We walked out of the building and into the dimly lit streets. Ross grabbed my hand as we walked down the streets. I sighed.
"What's wrong Mace? Are you feeling alright?"
"I don't know Ross. I don't know anymore. I feel like crap right now. Do you know how it feels knowing you can't do anything to help someone who is heartbroken?" My voice started to quiver.
"I do though. My sister went through the same thing. I couldn't do anything about it though. All you do is sit and wait for her to realize he wasn't worth it." He pulled me into a hug as I sobbed into his shoulder.
I know that I just met this guy but he seemed to understand everything. He was fun and easy going.
"Lets get you back home." he picked me up and I fell asleep instantly.

She fell asleep the second I picked her up. She sighed and snuggled into the crook of my neck. She looked like an adorable kitten.

"Ross do you know how reckless you were? What were you thinking? You can't just do something like that!" Linda yelled in my face.

"Come in!" she said in a sickly sweet voice. Lying two faced bitch.

"It's Macey. Why do you want her here? Why can't I hang out or potentially date one special girl before you shoot her down?" I yelled.

"Ross. Calm down. We're not saying you can't date her. That's actually the opposite. We need you to date her for a year. Did you see the pictures the paparazzi put up this morning? It's all about you two from last night. What you were doing I don't care. What I need you to do is keep it up. We'll even pay you for your services." Linda said so sweetly and kindly I was almost fooled.
