To those who are bullied emotionally or physically constantly.
To those who think they don't share a purpose in this world.
I understand your pain because I know how it feels to be bullied.
The situations have scarred me in a brutal way. I don't think I can ever forget the crying, the suicidal thoughts, the breaking down at 4am, the dreading of opening my phone and seeing the texts.
But if there is one thing I have realized from the pain is... you shouldn't let it eat you up. I am much stronger than I was before and I am proud of myself. I still cry, I still hurt, I haven't suddenly become a rock but not like then. Never like then.
Moral is, everyone goes through pain. What matters is how you turn into from it. Whether you learn and grow as a person from it or you let it break you slowly. The choice always depends on you. Choose wisely.
This book is dedicated to all those who are going through their own battles, no matter big or small, and think they can never overcome their demons. You can and you will, I believe in you.

I, in, NO WAY support suicide or self-harm. This book is for raising awareness to those bullied and bullying. If by any means it seems that I am showing regards to the negativeness then I can assure you, it's not like that. Stay safe and always remember, suicide isn't the answer. Don't give up.
