Ethan's POV
The ride back was silent
I tried to make a couple jokes to lighten the mood but there was no use
Darkness follows vampires, but Isabella was the light that fought the darkness away
I hate to admit it but I knew that, Grayson knows that, even Olivia and Brie know that
Isabella's POV
"Tell me again why I can't go home" I say to Klaus
"Because there's many vampires who are looking for the white oak stake to kill me. My sire bond has been broken"
"Scared because everyone who you've ever turned is now out to get you? Not the Klaus I know"
"No, I'm never scared I have a family who protect me. And let's not forget you came here to get just that"
"Yeah but that was when I actually cared about family. I don't anymore, thanks to you" I say with a sarcastic smile
"Why can't you just use Hope to fight them off, isn't she supposed to be the most power baby in the universe?"
"No because she is an innocent little kid who I can't live without, you on the other hand wouldn't be so hard to let go" I roll my eyes
"Do you want to help me or go back to that awful town you call home?" He asks me. I sigh
"Who's first on our hit list?" I say, he smiles
Ethan's POV
I came downstairs to see Grayson slumped on the couch eating chips
"You can't eat away your feelings"
"I can try"
"I know this is hard for you but you can't live like this" "why? Isabella's gone" he stuffs his face with chips
"Technically she's not. She just turned into an emotionless version of herself" I joked. He didn't like that
"Plus you seem more down than usual. Like half of you is gone. I mean I know you guys were dating but it's not like you two..." he looks at me. "Oh my god you did. Congrats man" I said and tried to high five him but he dissed me
I sigh and look at him "Remember what she said to you? 'Bring me back' she wanted you to bring her back because she knows that you can. Me and you both know that's not Isabella, it's just the murderous vampire deep inside her"
"How am I gonna do that if she's all the way in New Orleans doing god knows what?" He asks. "We just have to let her come to us and in hopes that she doesn't do anything stupid"
Isabella's POV
I walk back into the house with blood covering most of my body. I had just got done ripping a vampire and their whole teams heads off
I see Klaus and a blonde girl with short hair
(Below is Freya)
"Isabella, this is my sister Freya" he introduced us. I wave
"She's going to see if you are really my daughter, which I highly doubt, and to make sure you're not a threat" he says. "Still don't believe me?"
"I don't believe anyone" he says
Freya grabs my hands, puts her palms over them and does a spell. It kind of hurt. She must have been very powerful because the spell was short but did a lot, I haven't even heard of it before
When she's done she looks at me "it's true" she says "I looked into her mind and searched her. She is your daughter Niklaus"
I look at him in hopes that he would now let me leave
"Well, so glad that's over. I'll be leaving now"
"No daughter of mine is leaving the house unprotected"
"Seriously?"
"In fact you are now under house arrest. You will stay here where it's safe. I can't have you running around and killing innocent people"
"how ironic" I think to myself
"Just a few hours ago you ordered me to fight in a suicide mission to protect YOU" I said. I reached in my pocket. "Oh and here"
I tossed some white oak at him "that's all they had on them. I went through their stuff and found out that they split the white oak with another group"
"So we must find them" he says and him and Freya leave the room
"And what am I supposed to do?" I say. "I don't care as long as it's in the house" he leaves
I try to super speed out of the house but I was pushed back by a boundary spell Freya must have put on the house. "Not like I have a choice"

I hear footsteps coming from down the hall
"You must be Isabella. Klaus' new daughter" she says to me. "And you must be Hayley. The girl he knocked up" I say.

She scuffs a bit. "If you're here to tell me that I'm better off staying to try to cheer me up you're wasting your time"
"Actually I was going to give you advice. I've been held captive here before and it sucked. But I survived" "thanks to me" Klaus enters the room but walks to the door just to leave out again
I stand up from my seat. "I can't even go out for a simple snack" I fold my arms
"Marcel has strict rules about this town and it begins with no feeding on innocent people" he says. I sigh "Marcel seems like a HUGE buzzkill. And why is he running things? I thought you were the king"
His face turns from a simi happily grin to a hateful glare
"If you're really hungry there should be blood bags in the fridge. Or starve. I don't really care" he leaves and I'm left alone with Hayley
"Hey. I would be willing to help you out of here" she says quietly. "Seriously? What's the catch?" I ask. "No catch. Just your freedom"
"Why are you helping me?" I question
"Have you not been listening? I've been locked up here. Not being able to leave. Only difference is I was held because I was carrying precious cargo and you're here because you are precious cargo"
"How are you going to undo the spell?" I ask. "I can find a witch to undo it. But it may take awhile" she says

She comes back with a girl that looks about my age
"Isabella this is Davina" she says

"A mikaelson" Davina says with a glare. I give her a confused look
"You didn't tell me she was a mikaelson. You know I hate this family. Why else do you think I broke Klaus' sire line. For him and the rest of his family to die"
"Hey" I say and she turns to me. "Listen I don't know why you hate them so much but we just met. You know nothing about me. Now breaking the sire line must have taken a lot of power, which means that you have enough to break the spell keeping me here. Plus you knew I was a mikaelson before anyone told you. And if you really wanted to hurt Klaus you would undo it. Think about it. You would be taking away something that obviously he wants to keep captive"
"He'd kill me" she says. "What...afraid of the vampire who you managed to unsire. You have enough power to put him down before he gets to you. Use it"
She looks at my contemplating what to do. She finally speaks "fine. I'll do it"
Grayson's POV
I walk into the living room. I had just got done texting Brie the whole story and asked for her help
"Brie said that when she gets back from her family bonding trip she will help"
Ethan in on the couch scrolling through his phone. "Can we do something fun now?"
The door bell rings "Get it" he says, eyes still on his phone
I open the door and Olivia comes in. "Got anything?" "No but Brie said she would help when she came back so..."
"Oh come on. Why are we STILL trying. Clearly Isabella doesn't want to found" Ethan says loudly
"Weren't you the one who said I should help get her back?"
"Yeah but it's almost been two days and plus, I only said that to get you in a good mood to go out but clearly it didn't work. Besides, how much trouble can she get into?" he says
Olivia's phone buzzes "I'm guessing a lot" I take the phone and read it
30 unknown victims found dead in New Orleans this morning
"How do we know that's her? It's probably a mass murderer or other vampire out on a killing spree because their having a bad day" Ethan says
"Can't be. A man named Marcel Gerard, who is like the king of the city, would never let that many people die unless" "a new vamp came into town" I continued her sentence
"I say we track her down" Olivia says. "Find her and put an end to this" "I agree" I say. "I'll need your help for the locater spell" she says I nod and we leave the room
Ethan's POV
"I'm surrounded by idiots" I say as they leave
I hear a noise in the kitchen
I jump up a scope the place out. Then I hear it behind me and I turn
Nothing
I run to check on Grayson and Olivia
They see me and become confused as why I just bursts into the door
"What going o-" Grayson says and was cut off by more sounds
It stops
It's quiet
Then we hear a voice
"No need for a locator spell" we all turn and become shocked as Isabella is standing in the door way
"I'm already here"
