I sat at home, in my dad's recliner, he had been arrested and sent to jail, once again, "Could this day get any worse?" I sigh, placing my head in my hands,
"You okay?" Mickey asks, coming out and sitting down across from me,
"No, I'm the oldest, I feel I should be doing better than what I'm doing right now,"
Mickey placed a hand on my knee, "You're literally five minutes older than me, don't let the pressure fall all on your shoulders, we're here to help you." I smiled,
"Mick, I have to tell you something,"
"Anything,"
"I think I'm falling for that Gallagher kid,"
"Hmm, okay, why?"
"I don't know, he's nice, he makes me feel like I don't have this burden of being the daughter of Terry Milkovich on my shoulders, you know?" Mickey smiles at me,
"Go for it,"
"No, as a Milkovich you know it's better to suppress my feelings,"
"No, I want you to be happy, go for it," I chew on my bottom lip,
"Mick, no-"
"If I tell you something would you tell Ian how you feel?" I nod,
"Okay, tell anyone, I'll break your fucking neck!" I shake my head, chuckling at him,
"You love threatening me, your twin, who has never, not once betrayed you, what is it?"
"I'm gay," The smile that broke out on my face, made my cheeks hurt,
"I know,"
"What the fuck do you mean you know?"
"You're my twin brother, I know you better than you know the back of your hand, Mickey, I knew," He glared at me before breaking out into the biggest smile,
"So, do you think any differently of me?"
I furrowed my brows, "Why the fuck would you think that? You're my brother and I love you no matter what,"
He puts his fist out and I bump it, "Between you and me?"
"Always, I guess I should hold my end of the deal, I'll be back by five," I promise, grabbing my jacket and opening the door to reveal Ian, "Shit, Gallagher!"
