We had decided to give Cabir and Chashmish some alone brother sister time. Hence, we left the hall and went and sat in chashmish's room. Alya and mukti literally started jumping and shouting when they saw her room filled with fab5 and my pictures while dhruv was the silent spectacular, like always.
After some time dhruv and alya were busy flirting, can't believe dhruv knows to flirt too! Alya is quite an influence on him. Lol! While mukti was busy talking to abhi, I stood there near the window admiring my stars.
Yeh hi hai bass jo kabhi akela nahi chodte. Nahi hoke bhi sath hote hai. That's the beauty.

"I am so happy to see you bhai." Nandini exclaimed, hugging cabir.
"Me too! "
"Waise mene suna aapne girlfriend banali hai, haan!? Haww!! Yeh kab hua!? " she said all dramatically while cabir ruffled his hair with a sly smile on his face.
"Meri love story bohot tragic thi! Kya batau bhena." he said dramatically, like brother like sister.
Nandini giggled while he admired her.
"Batao nah. Kab mile? kaise mile? Kisne phele propose kiya!? Kaisi hai wo? Areeey, naam kya hai uska? " Nandini bombarded him with questions.
"Ab tujse kya chupana! Mujhe bhilkul pyaar nahi karti. Phas gaya hu uske sath ab kya hai na dil nahi thod sakta na uska! Kya karu uss type ka ladka nahi hu nah! Tujhe toh pata hi hai kitna sanskari bacha hu main." He pouted in helplessness.
"Accha ji!?"
"Haan aur nahi toh kya, meh hu hi itna handsome meri ek smile peh hi toh flat ho gayi thi. Phir kya peeche padh gayi 'Mujhe girlfriend banalo please.' Mein bhi kya karta ladki ko rota nahi dekh sakta na toh haan bol diya aur phas gaya! Mein bichara!" he said faking sadness.
"okayy....! Kitni tragic thi apki story aap na ek kaam karo mai hu na meh aapka breakup kara kar hi rahungi roko rockstar ko bhulati hu

"Nandu listen meri baath toh suno listen...manik ko kyu bulana... Areeey" She ran towards her room to approach me.
I saw Chashmish running towards me, shouting my name like a maniac.
"Calm down, chashmish kya hua marathon kyu bhag rahi ho?"
"woh..h.. Bhai.... " she said but before she could continue cabir came and invaded our conversation.
"Manik chal bhohot late hogaya hai. Meri mummy ka call aya. Itne der tak tuj jaise jawan ladke ko bahar nahi gumna chahiye. It's not safe. Chal! " he hissed dragging me outside.
"Areeey, wait I am talking to her you go take the keys and leave I'll come. " I said when we reached the door while I saw others bidding bye to Chashmish.
"No! You come with me I want you." He said batting his eye lashes.
"What?!!!! "
"I mean I want you to spend some time with me and fab5 it's been long chal." Though I was not full convinced but this idiot had a point.
"Okay, give me one minute, mein usko bye bolke aata hu."
"Jaldi aana aur usse baat mat karna." He said lovingly.
"Kyun? Stop behaving like my girlfriend bro." I looked at him with suspension while he wiped his sweatbeads.
"Wooh.. Hah... tum log baat karne ruke toh bhohot time ho jayega jaldi ja bye bol ke aa baat mat karna meri kasam."
"Tujhe hua kya hai... kya chupa raha hai, bol."
"kuch nahi" he said looking here and there.
I turned to go and heard cabir saying " baat mat karna aur jaldi aana."
I went to her room while others went towards the door. I saw her looking at the moon and smiling.
I quietly picked up the books she made for me and tapped her shoulder.
She turned to look at me and smiled.
She was about to speak when I interrupted, " I'll talk to you tomorrow and I'll surely read these." I said pointing at the papers in my hand.
"Bye Manik si-" I raised my eyebrows making her stop.
"Bye, M-Manik." She said blushing.
"Bye!" I grinned.
I came out of the room to see Cabir standing there nervously bitting his nails. I tapped on his shoulder making him look at me.
"Tune usse baat ki?" Was his first question.
"Nahi! Chal abhi tujhe late nahi ho raha!? " I said angrily.
First he didn't let me talk to her and now he was behaving weird.
Okay, who am I kidding? He is always weird.

As I unlocked the door cabir pushed me aside and barged into the house. He went to my room and just fell on my bed muttering, "Guys I am sleeping. Do not disturb me! I repeat DO NOT!"
Is this guy serious?
I signalled mukti and she smiled wickedly. I pulled the duvet while mukti shouted in his ears.
Thud!
Mukti and I rolled on the floor laughing while Alya and Dhruv shook their head.

"He was not suppose to fall! Poor guy." Alya said looking at cabir.
"But he did!" mukti exclaimed and we again started laughing.
"What is it guys! Why can't you let me sleep? Or ese kon uthata hai, bhai?" he said placing his hand on his hips in Dr. Mashoor Gulati style.
"Hum!" Mukti and I shouted in unison.
"Or tu humeh Chashmish ke ghar se bhaga ke laya to spend some fab 5 time and now you want to sleep?"
"Aur nahi toh kya, you expect bhai and I to sing lullabies for you to make you fall asleep. You are impossible cabir!" Snapped mukti.
"The word impossible itself spells 'I AM Possible" he said acting like a professor telling his theory only to receive a flying pillow from mukti.
"What the hell! " Cabir exclaimed rubbing his face.
"Good shot! " I said to mukti as I side hugged her.
"You gotta pay" I hear cabir say and before I register his words I was hit by a pillow.
I threw the pillow aiming at cabir but he ducked making alya take the blow.
"MANIK!" She squeaked.
And this is how a pillow fight starts...

"That was fun!" Alya says as we all lay on the floor with cotton flying in the air breathing heavily.
"All thanks to nandini. It is because of her party that we all got to spend some time together."
"Waise nandu is so cute, just like a doll!" Mukti says and a smile crept on my face.
"Akir behen kiski hai." Cabir said poking his nose in between.
"Meri" dhruv started.
"aur meri." followed by alya.
"aur meri bhi! " mukti said smiling.
"aur me... " I stopped mid sentence, registering what I was about to say.
Phew!
"aur Abhi ki! " I say and all burst out laughing while cabir frowns.
" I think I need new friends." cabir said looking at us.
"Go find yourself." we all said turning our face in the opposite direction.
"You all are the most horrible people I have ever seen in my life!"
"We know! And thank you" I said with a sarcastic smile.
"That wasn't a compliment!" cabir says irritated.
"I felt it was one. Kunki friends are meant to be kamine and we are no doubt." I said.
"I don't know why I love you guys" he pouted.
"We love you too cabir." Alya said and finally making cabir smile.
"Waise manik, nandini teri bhen nahi hai kya? " Cabir said out of the blue.
"No, she is my... Umm.. Friend" I said getting a little nervous.
"You mean chashmish!" Mukti smirked at me.
"Do you like her!?" cabir asked suspiciously.
"Nah!" I said nonchalant.
I don't know from where I got the strength to say that. It was so difficult to say when I knew it was not true.
"Good! Waise bhi I don't want a guy like you dating my sister." he said with a serious expression.
I am gonna kill him some day!
"What do you mean by a guy like me!?" I said glaring at him.
"A guy like you means a guy like you! As simple as that."
I was about to pounce on him but stopped listening to his next sentence.
"Waise bhi she has a boyfriend. She told me herself."
"SHE HAS A BOYFRIEND?" mukti shouted in horror.
"Ya!" cabir said looking here and there, shifting little far away from us.
"Remember manik she came to you when I interrupted your conversation, she came to tell you to accompany me when I am going to meet her boyfriend tomorrow. It's her birthday na so he will come."
Cabir you just gave me a heart attack.
Devil😈- why are you not dead, yet?

I didn't pay attention to what they said. It was all too much to handle.
"ya-a" I said nervously with a fake smile.
"Jealous bhai?" Mukti whispered in my ears with a sly smile.
I took control of my inner mess and replied, "Jealous me?.. Nah!" I said and then turned around to wipe my tears that were about to fall.
