I went home and changed into black skinny jeans and a button up. Today, I was going on my first date. Lame, I know. I'm 18 and I'm going on my first date. I've been kissed once. Josh met me at my house and gave me roses, which was really sweet. Low key almost cried. We went to a drive in movie just outside of town and we cuddled in his truck.
I had my arms around his waist, laying my head on his shoulder. Josh had his arm around my waist, holding me close. Every time he laughed, I could hear the vibrations in his chest. Every time he breathed, I could feel the rise and fall of his chest. He smelled like mint, musk, and candles. Like the candles they have in a church.
When the movie was over, he took me to Sonic. We shared tater tots and chicken nuggets. We drank milkshakes and talked. He held my hand and we caught up. We drove me home and I led him inside. We went downstairs to my room and had sex. Just kidding. His morals are in tact.
