30 day challenge

Hey everyone I downloaded this app called 30 day fitness challenge. Right now I'm doing the butt workout. From my point of view it look like it's working, and since I've been doing it since last week this is day six it got easier. Yeah it hurt in the beginning but now I'm not in much pain. If you want to try this app and think you can complete it here's a tip STRETCH STRETCH STRETCH. I can't stress that enough because if you stretch before and after and take a hot relaxing bath it won't hurt as much. At least for me so if it doesn't work for you this might not be a good app for you.
