The next day, I pretended as nothing happened yesterday. It was just to painful to think of Yoongi with another girl. But, instead of hanging out with Areum, I stayed alone. She was hanging out with Yoongi anyways so what's the point?
But, I'm going to be honest. I wanted Areum to tell me that she was dating Yoongi. Then, I saw her walking down the hallway.. holding his hand.
"Areum!" I yelled out
She looked at me and smiled. Yoongi just had a blank expression like always but, he was happy before I showed up. He has some split personalities or something. First he's happy, then he's just blank.
"Oh hey, Ji Hyun!" she said as they walked up to me.
While she was walking towards me, everyone looked at her and smiled. She has gotten popular really quickly.
"Areum," I said and looked at Yoongi. He just stared at me, "I need to talk to you."
"Oh, okay." she said and she let go of Yoongi's hand to follow me to the roof. Yoongi just walked back to his friends and started talking.
-- THE ROOF --
"So, what did you want to tell me?" she asked me confused
"Um, it's hard to say this since you two are already together but," I said stopping at 'but'
She just tilted her head as if she didn't know I was talking about.
"I.. I like Yoongi." I said. I just hope she won't get mad at me.
She just stared at me and her lips turned into a frown. She looked at me with a death gaze and walked up to me.
"Are you mad..?" I asked
"No, of course I'm not mad, silly." she said calming me down a little
"I'M FURIOUS!" she yelled out and grabbed my hair
"DO YOU THINK YOU COULD JUST HAVE A CRUSH ON MY BOYFRIEND?!" she yelled out. She yells loud. Even China can hear it and we're all the way in Korea.
"I-I didn't know you were-" I said stuttering. I was going to finish my sentence but she cut me off.
"YOU DON'T COME NEAR ME OR HIM! HE'S MINE, GOT IT?!" she screamed
"Areum, I-" I got cut off again
"AND IF YOU TRY AND TAKE HIM AWAY FROM MY I'LL KILL YOU FOR REAL!" she yelled again
"I heard someone scream. Areum, are you okay?" Yoongi out of nowhere appeared and asked
She heard Yoongi and she immediately let go of my hair before Yoongi could see.
"Oppa!" she cried and ran into his arms. He instinctively wrapped his arms around her while petting her head.
"Oppa, J-Ji Hyun said if I-I don't stay a-away from y-you, she'll hurt m-me." she said while stuttering. She was fake crying, what a bitch!
Yoongi looked up to me and stared at me before he started giving me death glares.
"Don't you come near her or me or I'll hurt you." he said sternly. I just looked at him as my eyes were tearing up.
"DON'T YOU EVER TOUCH HER AGAIN!" he yelled. That kind of hurt my heart a little bit. Did he really mean it?
"Yoongi, wait. I can explain!" I yelled
Then he yelled at me, "WHAT IS THERE TO EXPLAIN?! YOU THREATENED TO KILL MY GIRLFRIEND!"
"It's a misunderstanding. She's the one who threatened me! You have to believe me, I swear!"
"Tsk, why are you acting like this isn't your fault?" he said
Then, Yoongi took Areum's hand and walked to class. But before they went out the door, I saw Areum sneak a smirk. That bitch!
I was left alone on the roof. I felt so hurt after what Yoongi said to me.
"Don't you come near her or me or I'll hurt you."
"Don't you come near her or me or I'll hurt you."
"Don't you come near her or me or I'll hurt you."
Those words kept replaying in my head over and over again. I've never felt so hurt before. I pulled out my box of cigarettes and started to smoke while listening to music. After I started smoking, I felt something wet on my cheek. It was tears.
I pulled the cigarette out of my mouth and threw it down the roof. I hugged my knees and started crying uncontrollably. I didn't even realize there was someone next to me, and they were hugging me!
I looked up to see one of Yoongi's friends, Jungkook. He looked back at me and started to wipe my overflowing tears. After he was done wiping away my tears, he moved some hair away from my face and hugged me tighter.
"I saw everything." he said
I just stared at him in confusion. Did he see my argument with Yoongi and Areum?
"Did you-" I got cut off
"Yeah, I did. But don't worry, I'll be here for you." he said
Honestly, he made me tear up and cry. He was my first real friend, and not a fake one like Areum.
"Thank you." I said while crying
For the whole day, I was just crying in his embrace. After I stopped crying, he offered to walk me home. Of course I said no, but he still walked me home anyway.
We stopped at the front of my doorstep and stepped inside. I let him stay since it was like 12:00 at midnight and I didn't want him to leave.
"Thanks for walking me home." I said as I was getting in bed
"No problem." he said and he smiled showing his bunny teeth
He sat on the bed and held my hand. He stayed with me until I fell asleep.
-- MORNING --
"Urgh.." I groaned as I got up from bed.
Then, I started to remember what happened last night. I looked around to find Jungkook, but he wasn't in my room. For some reason, I started to panic. I went downstairs to look for him, but he wasn't there either. I started calling out his name.
"Jungkook!" I yelled
"Where are you? If you're hiding from me it isn't funny!" I yelled
I sighed.
'He must of left when I fell asleep.' I thought.
Then, I bumped into someone.
"Boo." someone said
My eyes widened. I was going to scream until he covered my mouth. Then he uncovered my mouth when I started to calm down.
"Yah, you almost gave me a heart attack idiot!" I said and smacked his forehead
He stumbled back a little and smiled
"I'm sorry, little sister." he said
I tilted my head at his comment.
"Little sister? What the fu-" I got cut off by my so-called 'big brother.'
"Yah, yah, yah. No cursing or I'll kick your ass... little sister." he said and started to run around my house.
"Yah, Jeon Jungkook! Get your ass back here!" I yelled while chasing him
"Only if you can catch me!" he yelled
God damn he's fast. His friends don't call the golden maknae for nothing. When I finally caught up to him I jumped on him and pinned his hands up.
"Ow, you're strong." he said as I let go of his wrists. He started to rub his wrists and made fake tears with eye drops.
"You're so mean!" he said and he dropped down to the floor and applied more fake tears. As if I couldn't see him do that. What an idiot lol
"Yah, get up." I said while pulling his arm. GOD DAMN he is so fat, or I'm just weak.
"Not until you call me 'oppa'." he said while smiling like an idiot
"W-what?" I said and dropped his arm
"You heard me. Call me oppa. I'm your 'big brother' now and you should treat me like an older sibling." he said
"No! And you are not my big brother!" I yelled and kicked him
He groaned a little and smiled again. What the hell is wrong with him?
"Then I'm your boyfriend!" he said
I got flustered and got a stick to whack him with.
"Yah! No you're not!" I yelled
"Best friend?" he asked
"Nooooo!!" I replied
"Then what am I?" he asked
"You're a fucking idiot, that's what you are." I said
"I know you are but what am I?" he said
He's started to get on my nerves..
"Shut the hell up." I said and walked into my room.
He followed me into my room and sat on the bed with me.
"I'm your big brother, whether you like it or not." he said while smiling
"Whatever." I said and fell asleep
