Tyler's POV
I always wondered what would happen to Josh Dun. Would he rebel from his strict, Catholic life, or just stick with it? Josh Dun was my best friend until we kissed in 8th grade. My parents let me have him over because they knew I liked him.
Josh and I grew up in church together, until my whole family got kicked out because their two kids were gay. My sister, Debby, is a lesbian and I'm gay. They didn't care. They supported us. My parents supported their kids. We're actually closer. We're a tight knit family. You hurt one of us, you hurt all of us.
I still see Josh every day in the halls of the high school. But that will soon end. And I'll go back to smoking behind the church like I do every summer.
