Lillian's POV
Later that night Kukui had announced that he had some fancy conference in the city and he wanted us all to attend.
I hated leaving the Eevee triplets by themselves but they were being looked after by one of Kukui's aids. The conference was being held at some fancy hotel so we had to change.
I looked through my suit case and pulled out a fancy emerald green dress that reached to my knees and was made of silk. I curled my long brown hair and pinned it up into a fancy bun leaving two curls hanging down by my ears.
I put on my pearl earrings and pearl necklace and I asked Serena to help me with my makeup. I was sitting at the dressing table in my room while Serena had just finished my foundation and blush.
"Which color do you want?"
Asked Serena holding out eye shadow pallet.
"Doesn't really matter."
I said.
"We need sow thing that brings out your eyes Lil. How about this one?"
Asked Serena pointing to the rose gold eye shadow.
"That's a pretty color."
I said.
Serena smiled and carefully applied the eye shadow.
"Do you think Calem will like it?"
I asked.
"I'm sure he will."
Said Serena adding eye liner.
"Is it okay if use this black eye liner? I think it would definitely make your eyes stand out."
Said Serena.
"Not too much. I already have darker eyes."
I said.
Serena nodded and care felt applied the eye liner on the top and bottom.
"What if Calem likes some else."
I asked.
"I don't think he does Lil. Now it's time for mascara. This is supposed to be for extra length."
Said Serena opening the lid to my mascara.
"That's fine with me."
I said.
"So what about you and Ash?"
I asked.
Serena blushed and turned away.
"Ash is till dense as always."
She said.
"You should ask him to a sit with you at dinner tonight."
I said.
"Maybe..."
Said Serena.
Then I heard Rj knocking on my door.
"Hey Lil can I come in please?"
He asked.
"I'm yeah sure."
I said.
Rj opened the door and walked in with his Lucario and sat down on my bed.
"Wow Lil you look great."
Said Rj.
"Thanks. I can't take all the credit Serena's helping me with my makeup."
I said.
"She's really good at it."
Said Rj.
"Yeah now she has to dress up for Ash."
I said.
Serena heavily blushed.
"Yeah you have to make Ash's heart stop."
Said Rj messing with Serena.
"Can you two please just stop."
Said Serena.
"But you guys would be perfect together!!!"
I said.
"Yeah you guys would be the perfect couple."
Said Rj.
"No Lillian and Calem would."
Said Serena.
I blushed heavily. Just the thought of him made me have butterfree in my stomach.
"I'm not sure if he even likes me."
I said.
"Oh come on Lil he totally does! He's been my childhood forever! I totally know that he likes you."
Said Serena.
"He definitely does."
Said Rj.
"Thanks guys for the encouragement."
I said.
Spark came up next to me and I pet him on the head and he growled in contentment.
"I heard hazel's gonna be there."
I said causing Rj to blush.
"I head Hazel is going to dress up in one of her nicest dresses."
I said.
"Can you please stop Lil."
Begged Rj.
Rj's Lucario snickered at him.
"Lucario!"
Said Rj.
We all laughed at Rj for a minute and by them Serena had finished with my makeup.
"Here you go I'm all done."
She said.
I looked in the mirror and I could barely recognize myself. The girl staring back at me in the mirror didn't look like my reflection.
"Woah you did an amazing job Serena!"
I said while giving her a big hug.
"Your Wellcome Lil."
Said Serena.
Then Selene came into my room and her short black hair was in ringlet curls and her light silver eyeshadow made her grey eyes stand out even more.
She was wearing a fancy light blue dress that reached to her knees and had fancy silver swirls on the bottom of the dress and she was wearing silver high heels and diamond earrings and a diamond necklace to match.
"Selene you look great!"
I said.
"You do too Lillian!"
Said Selene with a smile.
"My dad says that he has a big announcement and he wants everyone to hear it."
Said Selene.
"Okay...."
I said.
We all walked out of my room and gathered around and sat down on the couch or on the floor and we gathered in Kukui's living room.
Gladion sat next to me on the couch and Elio sat next next to me on the other side of the couch.
Calem saw that there were no empty seats on the couch. Calem glared at Gladion and sat down next to Rj on the floor.
"Hey Lillian."
Said Elio with a cute smile on his face.
I blushed and waved back. Gladion looked over at Elio and rolled his eyes and Calem gave Elio the death glare.
"Lillian you look beautiful."
Said Elio while blushing.
I blushed and smiled at him.
"Oh thanks Elio."
I said while tucking a strand of hair behind my ear.
Gladion glared at Elio and crossed his arms while Rj was holding Calem back from trying to strangle Elio.
"So guys so have an announcement."
Said Kukui clearing his throat.
"I would like you to meet my assistant Ginny Alster."
Said Professor Kukui.
A tall pretty women with straight Platinum blonde hair came out. She had on black glasses and lip gloss on. She looked no older than twenty-one.
She had on a blue blouse and a black Pencil skirt that reached to her knees and she had on a white lab coat and black heels.
She had light sea blue eyes with a green tinge in them. She looked oddly familiar. I had a strange feeling about her.
"Nice to meet you everyone."
She said in a cheery tone.
"Also we have some more guests coming too. Let me introduce you to Steven, VG, and Alec."
"STEVEN WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE?!?!?!"
I shouted in shock.
"I came to help and also to see someone. Have you seen Aracel around?"
He asked.
Steven was Aracel's ex. Honestly I wasn't quite sure why they broke up. She never told me. Aracel walked in and walked towards Steven.
"What do you want Steven?"
Asked Aracel with her arms crossed.
"Well I wanted to talk to you."
Steven pulled Aracel aside and whispered in her ear. Aracel looked shocked but followed Steven outside.
"Where are you going?"
I asked.
"Nowhere we're just going to talk."
Said Aracel.
"VG WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE?!"
Shouted Rj.
"Do you not want me here?"
Asked VG.
VG is Rj's big brother who doesn't own a Pokemon but wants to be an electric type trainer like Clemont, Lutenit surge or like Elesa. They were all trainer who were experts on electric types.
"I heard about Sophicleses. He's an expert in computers and on electric types as well and I came to check on my little bro."
Said VG messing up Rj's hair.
"Please stop that I told you I don't like it when you do that!"
Shouted Rj fixing his hair.
"Hey Lillian I heard about your new case and how you left your post as champion."
Said Alec.
"I didn't leave my post I left Diantha in charge."
I said while crossing my arms.
"You actaully look like a champion for once."
Said Alec teasing me.
I rolled my eyes and glared at him.
"Your one to talk. Since when do you ever try to act professional."
I said firing back.
We were only teasing each other but this is always how it's been. Alec and I have always teased each other. It's the norm for us.
"Haha very funny Lil."
Said Alec.
"So what brings you here Alec?"
Asked Rj.
"Oh you know I came to check on Hazel and challenge Lillian to a battle."
Said Alec.
"Now's not a good time for a battle Alec."
I said.
"Oh come on Lil please?!"
Begged Alec.
"No we're leaving soon for Kukui's diner party at a hotel in the city."
I said.
"VG you and Alec are invited too. You're Wellcome to come."
Said Kukui.
"Hmmm... Sounds like fun. Hazel's comming too right?"
Asked Alec.
"Yeah she is."
I said.
"Rj maybe you guys can dance together."
Said Alec teasing Rj.
Rj blushed and glared Alec.
"You're so annoying!!!"
Shouted Rj.
"I'm only trying to help."
Said Alec.
Rj rolled his eyes at Alec.
"So Lil I heard that you're asking for a felon's help."
Said VG.
"Gladion's not a felon!"
I shouted.
"Not yet."
Said Calem.
"Haha very funny."
Said Galdion glaring at Calem.
"Can you guys try not to kill each other?!"
I shouted.
"I make no promises."
Said Calem.
"And I'm the future felon?!"
Shouted Gladion.
Calem glared at Gladion and I rolled my eyes at their childish behavior.
"Whatever you two."
I said while rolling my eyes.
Now I'm curious about what Aracel and Steven are talking about.
Aracel's POV
I'm curious as to what Steven wants. I walked outside with home and sat in a beach chair next to him and he looked up at me and he looked like he seemed pretty serious.
"If you want to get back together with me it's not happening."
I said.
Steven looked up at me in shock
"That's not what I came here for. I'm worried about Lillian. Olympia told me about her visions. Lillian's in grave danger and I wanted to tell you because I didn't want to scare her."
Said Steven.
"What kind of danger?"
I asked.
"Life and death kind of danger..."
Said Steven.
I stood there in shock and began pacing back and forth across the sand.
"Okay... So you're saying that Lillian might die?!"
I shouted.
"No! We can prevent it if we're careful!"
Shouted Steven.
"Steven you can't change fate!"
"It's not fate it's only a prediction! We have to do our best to protect her! She would do the same for us!"
Shouted Steven.
"I know that she would! Who else was in this vision?"
I asked.
"A pretty women. Olypima couldn't make her out and she never said her name. Then she said she envisioned strange creatures attacking the island."
Said Steven.
"Strange creatures?"
I asked.
"Yes. Strange creatures. She said they were from another world. They protect our world and only appear when someone threatens to destroy the world."
Said Steven.
"She said she saw a young woman right?"
"Yeah. Olypima said nothing else about it."
Said Steven.
"I'm not sure what to now... Lillian's in danger Steven! What should we do?!"
I shouted.
"For starters we have to protect her. Then we have to take down whoever that woman in Olympia's vision is."
Said Steven.
"Great a young pretty women. Hmmm well that narrows our search down to half of the world!"
I shouted.
"Don't get snippy! I wanted to help! I waned to tell you because your one of her closest friends. I thought you should know. I do care about you too you know! You have a right to know. I still care about you even if you don't care about me."
He said placing his hand on my cheek.
I slapped his hand away and glared into his sky blue eyes with my purple ones.
"Steven I told you it's over."
I said.
"I just wanted to let you know how I felt. You don't have to have to feel the same way."
Said Steven.
"You're darn right I don't I told you it's over between you and I Steven."
I said walking.
Then Steven gently grabbed my hand and pulled me back slowly.
"Look Aracel... I-"
Steven cut himself up and looked away from me and stared at the ocean. He took a deep breath and then turned back to face me.
"Aracel I know you don't want to go out with me anymore. I get it. I understand but I would at least like us to be friends. Can we at least do that? I mean if we're going to be around each other we can at least stop hating each other please?"
Asked Steven.
I looked away from him and let go of his hand.
"Okay. We can be friends."
I said.
"Okay good."
Said Steven nodding.
I sighed. I hope this doesn't turn out bad or get awkward. After all he is my ex so this should be interesting even though I've moved on to someone else....
"Hey Steven it's been a while."
I turned around to see Alain walking towards Steven.
"Hey Alain! So congrats on winning the Kalos League future champ!"
Said Steven with a smile.
"Thanks. Well I've actaully decided to help Professor Sycamore with his research. I'm only here to support Lillian."
Said Alain.
"So you two are friends?"
Asked Steven.
"Yeah Lillian and I have been best friends since we were very little. We're practically brother and sister."
Said Alain.
"Oh I see."
Said Steven.
"So you two know each other?"
Asked Alain referring to Steven and I.
"Um yeah..."
I said quietly.
"Is something wrong?"
Asked Alain who sounded confused.
Alain placed his hand in my shoulder and I heavily blushed.
"No no! Everything's totally fine!"
I said while blushing heavily and laughing it off.
"That's good."
Said Alain flashing me a cute smile.
I heavily blushed: he has the sweetest smile.
"Well I'm heading back inside see you later Aracel."
Said Alain waving good bye.
Steven looked a little hurt but began walking off.
"Where are you going?"
I asked.
"For a walk. I'll see ya later."
Said Steven sadly.
I swear that guy has a hard time showing his emotions which is kind of why I broke it off in the first place... He has a heart of steel....
