Hello, dear readers. I have great news for you actually two if you count with this chapter but the thing I wanted to say was that in about a week I'm having the Autumn holiday. And guess what? I'm gonna have so much time on me to write new chapters. I will, I promise you, however since I'm a cruel author I will only update those chapters every two weeks. Why? BECAUSE I CAN. (Miranda's POV)
I was walking around in one of the most expensive shopping malls in London. Now thanks to being the fiancee of the prince of Great Britain I got afford to buy anything I wanted here.
Walking next to me was my mother who was as excited as me. We walked from a jewellery store- after buying a necklace of diamonds and two rings of gold and diamond- we went towards a clothing store. It had very gorgeous and sophisticated dresses that I had liked so I wanted to take a closer look. As we walked I noticed the most gorgeous man I ever seen in my life. He was sitting having a cop of coffee together with a few other men who looked older than him. They were talking while reading some papers. His hair was the darkest I've ever seen and his purple eyes deep in thought. Somehow my eyes just couldn't avert from him and I felt my heart beat a bit faster. It couldn't be that I was falling in love?
– Who's that fine young man over there? My mother too couldn't help but ask one of the workers in this mall who passed us by.
The woman took a look at the person but couldn't say which one of the men she meant. Every one of them were fine men.
– Which of them? she asked my mother.
– The one with purple eyes.
– Ah~ That's Mikhail Grace. Son of Lucinda Grace the famous actress, singer and artist years ago. His real name is too long therefore he often use Grace.
– Really? my mother gasped. I loved Lucinda Grace. My daughter too loved her music and movies. My husband was a fan of her sculptures and paintings. He is still. Although I haven't heard about her since the scandal about her marrying the emperor of Russia. Could it be he's a prince of Russia?
– Correct! He's the third prince of Russia. Speaking of royalties. You couldn't happen to be related to the British royal family, are you?
I put up a small mysterious smile, one of the smiles I've been practising, and didn't answer her question. This was something she had to figure out herself. Once I did that my eyes met his...

(Mikhail's POV)
During my meeting with my subordinates I felt people eyeing me. It was kind of disturbing but I suppose the kid wanted to be as near his lover as much as possible. Geez... He kind of reminds me of my useless father. He could barely concentrate on the deal as that girl smiled and mouthed words towards him. If only he knew what sort of person she truly was. Well, kids like him who grew up sheltered and pampered are always the easiest to seduce. All you have to do is not do whatever they say, act innocent, pretend that you're strong when you're weak, and also have a tragic background. How do I know this? Mother always made sure we watched drama series and read books about these sort of situations. Thanks to her I'm not that naive and thanks to my father I got quite traumatized for awhile... well that's another story though.
As my subordinates spoke with each other I checked my phone. It had been about three hours since we last saw each other. She was probably done now with her audition. I picked up my phone and sent her a message. I asked her if she wanted to come and eat with me. Some seconds later I got a message back saying, "OK". The excitement I got as I imagined our little lunch date really must have been shown cause I could feel myself really smiling.
– Mr. Grace, did something good happen? the kid asked me as he had a smug smile on his face.
– You could say that. However it's none of your business, I said with my business voice, that normally sounded cold. Now are we done for today?
My secretary checked the agenda and nodded as I got up and walked away together with my subordinates. When I was about five meters from the table I saw something out of my eye corner and avoided it quickly. Before anyone could gasp the person had fallen down and her face had landed onto the wasted milkshake of hers. My bodyguards immediately came up to us and picked the girl up. She squirmed in their grasp and begged them to release her however she wasn't their employer, I was.
– Miranda? I heard the kid's voice as he went towards her.
When he saw how helpless she looked his eyes turned red and started ordering my bodyguards to release her. I thought for a second but made a sign to them. They quickly lost their grip around her arms and she ran towards the kid. She cried in his embrace despite her dirty face dirtying his suit.
– Mr. Grace! What were you thinking? he yelled. How dare you hurt a woman!?
Could he get any louder?
– I'm not ashamed of my actions and I have no reason to be. If all it's the girl who should apologize to me. Well then prince Richard XIV since you seem to be acquainted with this girl I will let it go for now, however do make sure this sort of situation doesn't happen ever again. Are we clear?
The kid nodded his head aware that it was not only my fault.
– Well then, until we meet again, I said and my secretary waited with an umbrella as it was raining outside.
