A loud bang was heard in the distance. The ringing could be heard for more than a few seconds.
Then came the noise of chanting. Somebody praying from above and unfortunately Sara and Matt could hear her.
"Oh god! Please save me. I promise I would forward that message to all 1000 of my Facebook friends. I promise. Please, just save me."
Matt and Sara, silently departed from the balcony, only to die of laughter the very next moment of entering the confines of Sara's apartment.
She lived alone, if you wouldn't count Matt coming over. He lived in the skyscraper next door with his kin, the family that had adopted him when he was 5, not knowing then about his ingenuity.
As a person would normally do in these kind of situations, they stayed inside and did not go out for the rest of the night.
The only problem was that the two of them were deemed to be eccentric by some and close to insanity by others in talks of the social circle.
So without further delay, they packed two sandwiches that were made by Sara's domestic help, because dinner was essential for survival, and took their jackets from the hangers and exited.
