"It's the weekend!" I sang jumping on my bed.
I threw myself down and just lay on my bed. Penny was sleeping over from today (Saturday) and we would go to school on Monday together. I was really excited and pumped up for this. I decided to call her.
*phone convo*
"Heeey!! I'm so excited for later!" I say
"Me too!" Penny says
"Can't you come earlier. you live just across the street!"
"No, I'm packing right now and besides it's just 10:31!"
"Awwe, alright then."
"Peyton, Peyton stop! Don't do that!" I hear penny say and I laugh.
Peyton is her little 3 year old sister. She is brunette with brown eyes and really really cute. Sometimes I wish I wasn't an only child and I had a little sister. But then again I'm good.
I hear Peyton speaking on the other end "but I want to come too! Why can't I come?"
"Because it's a big girl sleepover." Penny tells her
"Fine!" I hear her say
"She was packing her teddy bear in my bag. Oh and apparently some clothes."
I laugh again "text me when your done, alright?" I say
"Okay, bye!"
"Bye!" I say

I decided to go get some snacks even though our house was already filled with snacks. But those are our home snacks. I went downstairs and begged my mom for $50.
I walked out of my house with a little purse in my hand. I then saw Penny in her window so I waved her and she waved back.
I started thinking of snacks to buy. Maybe some Pringles, cookies, marshm– my thoughts were interrupted by someone calling my name.
"Taylor, Taylor!" I spun around to see Kirby running my way.
I started walking faster but he still caught up with me.
"What do you want now?" I ask
"Well.... I got something for you!"
"Oh is it annoyingness cause I'm sure feeling it!"
"No! Just... Look it!" He says handing me a paper
I take it. It has numbers on it.
"What's this?"
"Would you believe me if I told you it was Caleb's number?" He says with big grin
"Didn't I tell you stay out of this?"
"Well yeah but I didn't think you meant it,"
I roll my eyes and give him back the paper.
"Oh com'n, like you don't want it!"
I stare at him for a second.
"Give me that!" I say as I take the paper and stick it in my pocket.
I turn to the direction of my house and heard Kirby whisper "atleast she doesn't know I gave him her number,"
"What?" I almost yelled as I turn to him "are you crazy?"
He nervously laugh "long story," he scratches the back of his head.
I walk toward my house.
"Sorry?" He says confused
"It's too late now for sorry!"
I enter my house not knowing if Kirby left or whatever.
"Taylor, you back with the snacks already?"
Oh shoot!
I forgot all about that!
"Uhh I decided our house is actually filled with snacks and we don't need the supermarket's stupid snacks." I lied
"Okay but we got it from the supermarket , you know?"
"Oh darn right?" I say then start running up the stairs
"Well can I have my–" I heard my mom say and was cut off apparently because I halfway in my room.
I arrived in my room then sat on my bed. I looked at the number. Should I call? Should I text? I put the number in my drawer. Maybe some other time. I then heard the doorbell.
"I'll get it!" I heard mom say.
After awhile I see Penny barging through my door.
"Penny!" I say and hug her.
" I was done packing and my mom said I could leave." We both squeal
"Omg! We're gonna have so much fun!" I smile
"You looked kinda glum when I came in, what was wrong?"
"Oh nothing Kirby got me angry. As usual."
"What happened?"
"He gave my number to someone without my permission." I thought for a little while (but not long enough for Penny to ask another question) "wait–how'd he get my number?" I asked confused
"Oh he saw me walking my dog and he asked me for your number."
"And you gave it to him?"
"Was I not supposed to?"
"Never mind that. It's okay." I said with a smile
Then I got a text from a random number.
