"Goodbye" where the last words I heard from you that moment you walked out the door never coming back. My life ways incomplete without my dad he was my best friend we were so close.
"Jasmine sweetie are you ok?"
My mom looked back. she thought it would be better if we moved to a completely new state and start fresh. I never agreed to this she wanted to pleas her boyfriend so much that she dropped everything and moved. I'm only 16 so obviously I couldn't stay in Colorado.
"Yes mom I'm just thinking"
"Okay I don't want you to be mad because this is what we need"
Me mad no I was only furious with her I could not stand to be around her she would only make things worse. I put in my headphones to tune her and her annoying boyfriend out, I closed my eyes and drifted off to a better place.

Here where I slowly opens my eyes squinting just a bit the there it was our fresh start huh more like a fresh dump. This was nothing like our old place it was cold, big, not home! I walked inside and looked around the walls where to white ugh this needs some color. I finally made my way upstairs so many rooms to chose from
What kind of house has five rooms? I was going to go insane!! I choose the room furthest from my moms room it was an ok room had one big window huh not so bad.
After examining every single part of my room I finally started to bring my boxes to my room unpacking was a drag I put my phone on the large speakers I had, I needed to get this frustration out of my head!
What kind of radio station is there in LA I thought to my self humm ah here we go 102.7 kiss fm this can work. Once my furniture was where I wanted it to be I started unpacking my clothes, shoes, and jewelry.
One box caught my attention and I walked towards it; it was labeled "memories" I opened it a little smile creeped up it was me and my dad's funny selfies along with all the picture I took with my friends i was laughing at the ridiculous memories.
