They obviously they still missed Kai but for Tali's sake they needed to move on at least enough to get back into routines. Over the last two or three weeks Ziva had started to get sick, she was throwing up in the mornings, heartburn during the day and was constantly in the toilet but she assured Tony she was fine.
"Ima, Abba, Wake uup its Christmas" Tali giggled jumping on their bed, she was dressed in pink Santa pjs with red cuffs and a white paci stuck firmly in her mouth, her therapist said it was her way of coping with losing Kai and when she was ready she would throw it out herself
"morning Tali" Ziva smiled pulling Tali to lay down with her
"no Ima let go" Tali whined giggling "I want to see if Santa came" she said wriggling out of Ziva's grip
"Fine" Ziva groaned "wake up Abba" she said getting out of bed and walking to Tali's room to get her pink fox blanket, while Tony was getting up Ziva went downstairs to make hot cocoa for her and Tali and a coffee for Tony, "look Tali Santa came" Ziva smiled putting a Santa hat on Tali's head, under their tree there where silver and gold presents and around the fireplace where blue presents with candy canes.
"He came" Tali grinned running over to the presents, "he brought some for Kai" she smiled putting them all in a pile along with the ones from her, Tony and Ziva "can we save them for her when she comes home" Tali asked
"Sure Tals" Ziva smiled placing a cocoa on the table by Tali "its hot Tateleh be careful"
"Right whose presents are you going to open first" Tony asked sipping his coffee
"Santas" she shouted slightly, Santa got her an Elsa doll set, a project mc2 doll, a bucket and spade set, a "real athletes wear leos" sweatshirt, two leos, a pack of shopkins, 3 shopkins blind bags, 3 splashlings blind bags, white converse for her AG dolls, higher black converse for her AG dolls, a westie plushie, a husky plushie, a penguin plushie, a seal plushie, a weird pink plushie, a doodle cake crayons tooth brush holder and a pinkish peach and blue tent. Then from Tony and Ziva she got matching red dresses for her and an AG doll, a pink seat for her AG dolls, an Anna doll set, a poke ball pillow and a set of three pokemon plushies that where Pikachu, Squirtle and Bulbasaur.
She got three figure keyring blind bags and a batman build a bear from Abby and Tim, a Pascal plushie, a set of shopkins and a hand made bed (Made by Gibbs) from Jenny and Gibbs, a bunk bed barbie set with one doll and a small lilac pusheen plushie from Clayton, a set of Jungle in my pockets and a huge nyan cat plushie from Jimmy and Breena, 3 tsum tsum blind bags, an AG doll laptop and a purple octopus plushie from Ellie and a dark purple gym mat from Ducky.
"Tali, we have one last present for you" Tony smiled handing Tali a rectangular box, sitting down she carefully opened it
"Lea Clark" she grinned gently taking the doll out of her box, "I love her" she grinned hugging the doll then Tony then Ziva
"Actually Tali there's one last present here" Ziva smiled passing her a tiny box, Tali opened it revealing three pairs of tiny socks
"Ima, there too small" she giggled "they wont even fit my dolls"
"I know" Ziva half smiled, she was nervous now "do you want to know why" she asked
"yeah" Tali said slowly
"They're for your new brother or sister" She said, Tali's face dropped
"New" she asked
"yes, I'm pregnant Tali, I'm having another baby" she smiled
"no" Tali yelled storming upstairs to her room leaving Ziva in tears
"Zi" Tony asked but Ziva just shook her head and went to sit in the garden, "Sweetcheeks" he smiled sitting next to her and wrapping his arms around her "why didn't you tell me" he asked
"I just did" she sniffled
"I meant before"
"I wasn't sure if I was pregnant until two days ago and anyway there was a small gold box meant to be on your pile with a baby grow saying Little sis" she explained
"How far along are you"
"2 and a bit months"
"Go talk to our little ninja" Tony smiled
"okay" Ziva smiled pecking him on the lips and leaving

"Hey Tali" Ziva smiled sitting on the end of Tali's bed
"Go away Ima" she yelled muffled by her paci and pillow
"you need to listen to me Tals" Ziva demanded
"No" Tali cried
"Yes Talia, I was having this baby before Kai went missing"
"really" Tali asked surprised
"yes remember the day everyone came over for the water fight" Ziva asked
"uh huh"
"That was when this baby was first coming okay, we aren't replacing her okay tateleh"
"uh huh, sorry Ima" Tali apologised crawling into Ziva's lap "So when can I see this baby
"Not for a while, he or she isn't coming for a few months" Ziva smiled, one minute Tali didn't want this baby the next she wanted it straight away "Now shall we go eat that gingerbread house" Ziva asked, they made the gingerbread house two days ago and since then Tali hadn't stopped asking to eat it
"Yes" Tali almost yelled running out her room to the stairs "come on Ima" she called stopping
"I'm coming Tali" Ziva laughed
"Hey" Tony smiled both his girls were smiling and laughing, he had another baby on the way and deep down he knew Kai was safe wherever she was
"Abba look my doll can sit at the table now" she grinned still clearly excited
"Yeah isn't that cool" he smiled "Gibbs will be here in two hours Tali okay" Tony asked, Gibbs, Jenny, Amanda and Kelsey where all coming over for Christmas dinner then the day after everyone was meeting at Gibbs for the day
"Can we put my new bed in the playroom" Tali asked her mouth stuffed with gingerbread
"Sure" Tony smiled as Tali went to get down "after you've finished eating" he added
Tali waited till after she had finished eating then with Tony she took a lot of her toys/Christmas presents upstairs and set them all up in the playroom, was it worth putting Tali in the playroom more permanently so the new baby would have a room, they could always put they playroom in their office as they barely used it, Tony asked himself.
~~~~~ TWO HOURS LATER ~~~~~
Tali was dressed in an adorable red dress and her doll was wearing a winter warmth set Tali had bought the other week, when Kelsey and Amanda arrived Tali rushed to the door to show off her new doll, Kelsey had brought her new doll which was the truly me #65 and Amanda wasn't that interested but she followed the girls up to the playroom anyway.
"lets make a musical" Tali called to both Amanda and Kelsey
"you have musical.ly" Amanda asked grabbing Tali's phone
"Yes give that back" she said jumping for it "Amanda" she warned launching into ninja mode she tackled Amanda and got her phone back
"Closer by Halsey" She asked
"Sure, do you know how to use this" Amanda asked but Tali just smirked and pressed record
"easy" she grinned watching it back, she quickly typed a caption, added a few hashtags and uploaded it "how many likes do you think we'll get"
"uhm 25" Kelsey guessed opening the goldfish she brought over
"12" Amanda guessed grabbing a handful of goldfish from Kelsey, Tali just giggled switching the WiFi off on her phone so it didn't crash, the three girls spent most of the afternoon in the playroom eating sweets, playing and making more videos on Amanda's phone.
"Girls" Ziva eventually yelled "food's ready"
"coming Ima" Tali called back
Everyone sat together round the table, they had turkey, roasted potatoes, Yorkshire puddings with crackers, everyone was having a great time till Tali asked a question
"do you think Kai is happy"
"what do you mean" Ziva asked slightly startled and confused
"do you think wherever she is she's enjoying Christmas too" Tali asked again
"of course she is" Ziva smiled at her
"how do you know" Tali wondered
"I just do, and Gibbs has a gut feeling" Ziva tried to explain, it was something she didn't understand herself
"Like that time I told the police lady she was looking in the complete wrong place" Tali asked smiling now, if she was right before then Ziva must be right now
"Exactly like that" Ziva smiled "Come with me quickly" She smiled leading Tali upstairs
"Shall we tell everyone about the new baby" Ziva asked
"Yes, I want to tell them" Tali giggled about to run off
"wait" Ziva called "I bought you this jumper, it says big sis" she pulled out a grey jumper with white writing "help me bring down the table presents and don't mention it, see how long it takes for anyone to notice" Ziva smiled as Tali nodded and pulled the jumper over her head "good, take these" Ziva laughed Tali messed up her hair when she pulled the jumper over her head, adjusting Tali's hair Ziva grabbed her own pile of presents and led Tali carefully back downstairs
They handed the presents out then went back to their convosations until Kelsey spoke
"Aren't you the younger twin" she asked looking at Tali's top
"yeeaahh" Tali trailed off
"So how are you big sis" Kelsey asked again, by this time everyone was listening
"guess" Tali grinned
Everyone blurted out random things, like getting a dog until Jenny aimlessly said "Ziva's having another baby" then all the talking stopped and everyone turned to face Ziva
"well done Jen" she smiled
"That's why you where off the other day" Gibbs said putting two and two together
"How far are you" Jenny asked, she basically was getting another grandchild to spoil
"Just over two months" Ziva smiled "Don't tell anyone yet, I want to use the same top tomorrow"
"sure" everyone agreed, after another half an hour the girls went back upstairs
"so you want to see how many likes that musical got" Tali asked smirking at Amanda and Kelsey
"yeah let's see who's closest, what's your guess" Amanda asked
"I'll write it down" Tali said grabbing a piece of paper writing on it then folding it up
Tali logged back in then went straight to the video "498" she read aloud
All three of them where shocked, "what was your guess" Kelsey asked
"250" Tali said
"how many followers do you have" they asked completely shocked, a six year old was standing in front of them acting cool about how many likes she was getting and Amanda got 40 as a maximum
"over 2000" Tali shrugged "lets make another one, I'll tag you this time" Tali grinned so both Kelsey and Amanda went along with it.
They stayed until 7 when Jenny decided they probably should get going before it got even darker.
