Hey guys!! Sorry I took forever to upload. But I am finally on winter break so I am Hoping to upload more often. This chapter is a bit unexciting. I'm afraid the next chapter might be the same because I have to write about how M and Taylor met. I have to get it out of the way so that way you guys can see howM was before the break up and the changes she's been through. The crowd was crazy and I fed off their energy. I looked over to the teacher and she gave me the signal to continue with the show.
“I think you guys have waited long enough for the main event. If we can have the Class of 2012 and 2013 join me on stage to have a sing off please.”
The auditorium was roaring with anticipation. I went to stand in my place. For this part of the show, the Drama department built rotating stages in which we were to dance and sing. It took at least a week to get the hang of the rotation. The lights were dark and all you could see were the lights from the rotating platform.

The whole crowd was out of control. Everyone was cheering and screaming. Mrs. Riley came back and said, “Quiet down guys, it’s time to pick this year’s winners. Is it the juniors of 2013?” people clapped but weren’t shouting as loud.
“Is it the seniors of 2012?” everyone screamed and clapped.
“Congratulations class of 2012,” Mrs. Riley announced. “Now, let’s continue with the rest of our performances. Up next, we have a rising star…”
We got off stage and went to the dressing rooms. I decided to clean up a bit since I was a bit sweaty from the dancing. A lot of my friends congratulated me and gave me hugs. I was happy and I knew that whatever I decided to do in life, I had to keep singing. Singing was my passion and nothing else that I chose to do, could not bring the same passion and rush as singing did.
I walked out from the auditorium and headed to my car. I had completely forgotten about Taylor until I saw him leaning on the hood of my car, waiting.
“Hey, I didn’t think you were going to show up.” He teased.
“I thought we agreed to meet in the student’s parking lot which is in the back of the school.” I said.
“I wasn’t aware of that. I thought this was the back.” He said. “Well, what did you want to talk about?”
I unlocked my car and threw my stuff on the passenger seat. “I uh…just you know…wanted to make sure that we understood each other that later today its all about business and that as soon as things are cleared up you leave.”
“M, you don’t really want that.”
“Well, that is all I wanted to tell you. Everything else can wait till we are behind closed doors.” I said and tried to climb in but Taylor got in my way.
“Don’t leave yet,” he said and bent down to smell my hair.
I shivered from pleasure at his intimate action but I knew that people were bound to come out soon from the auditorium soon. I couldn’t get caught with Taylor in this position. I pushed Taylor away and he understood.
He opened the door wider for me and said, “I’ll see you later tonight.”
Why is it that when he says that it sounds so hot and silky? I nodded and got in. He closed the door and I had to take a deep breath. My legs were shaking a bit and my head was spinning a bit. His aroma and presence alone was like a drug to me. I got my seat belt on and turned on my engine. Taylor was leaning on his 1967 black Chevy Camero.
Taylor and I always talked about our future goals, dreams, aspirations, and anything that we wanted to have. He once had told me that he wanted to own his own vintage Camero and looking at him now, he fulfilled his dream car. I always talked about owning my own vintage mustang. Of course, I had to go through a lot of searching and bargaining to find the beauty I drive in. Taylor probably had someone doing the work.
I pulled out of the parking lot and drove home. School started at 8 in the morning and ended at 4. Our school is very dedicated to educate the best. We were always number one in math and English. So we kind of had to stay longer if we wanted to keep our title. The streets were darkening as the sun began to set and the moon began to make itself known.
I didn’t live very far from school. I lived approximately 15 minutes away. When I got home, there was a message on the voice mail. I clicked to hear the message and it was my mom saying that my parents wouldn’t be home for another week. That they had deposited my allowance in my back account and that if I needed something, I had my brother to help.
My parents did a lot of traveling. My brother was currently attending USC and was living on campus. I basically had the whole house to myself. It always felt lonely and boring. I didn’t like to be lonely in the house because it always made me think. Somehow my train of thought always led back to my past and I hate it. My past is painful and any memory from it brings back the awful pain.
I cleared my head and went upstairs to my room.
