I woke up at around 10:30 with cramps.
I haven't had cramps in six months, since I was pregnant. I went to go check and blood was every where.
I went to go wake up my boyfriend Patrick, shaking.
"Mi Amor what's a matter?"
"I'm bleeding.. from"
"but your pregnant! you. can't get your period!" he says
"babe I know... we just need to go to the doctor. now!" I say.
he grabs somethings and we head to car
Waiting was honestly the hardest part.
"mrs and mr. stump?" the nurse said
we get up, walking to the door.
I sit on the little table and explain everything to the doctor.
"well we will run some tests and see what's going on." she says
she puts some nasty goopy stuff on my stomach. she moves a little camera around for about 5 minutes when she stops.
"I can't detect a heartbeat" she says
" that's not possible. the baby has to be in there. it has to be"
"mrs. Stump, I'm afraid your baby has died. you will be bleeding a lot. just wear a maxi pad 24/7, until the bleeding stops. you can stay in here for as long as you need" the doctor says, walking out.
"pat.. it's my fault. maybe if I wouldn't have went on that run last week"
"y/n. there is nothing we could've done. it's not our fault. maybe this is a sign showing us it's too early to have a baby."
"Patrick. we are 33 years old"
"y/n it'll be fine. whenever you start ovulating again we will try. I promise."
