think you are texting me at 4:31 in the morning???
Message from: Unknown, 4:32
Well someone isn't a morning person.
Message from: (Y/n), 4:33
I don't understand, why someone would be
up at this hour?
Message from: Unknown, 4:33
Ask yourself the same question, sunshine.
Message from: (Y/n), 4:34
You know, my brain can't function at this hour.
So I think I'm going to go back to bed.
Message from: Unknown, 4:34
And yet here you are still texting me.
Message from: (Y/n), 4:35
Who are you?????
Message from: Unknown, 4:38
Meet me at the coffee shop next to the book store.
Message from: (Y/n), 4:39
Why should I trust you? I don't even know your name.
Message from: Unknown, 5:00
I can make you trust me.
Message from: (Y/n), 5:02
Show me then.
Message from: Unknown, 5:05
You and I are similar. Very similar... Your
favorite book is (favorite book) (or if you
don't like reading, substitute
it for a tv show or something). We both
went to the same middle school.
Message from: (Y/n), 5:06
I'll be right there.
I set down the phone. It wasn't even bright out yet, but my brightening bedroom window was open and had a light breeze coming though. Unknown texted me at 4:30 in the morning, and yet for some reason I don't find myself angry at this person. It's been a while since I had a nice conversation with someone in 4:30 in the morning.
A small grin spread across my face, and raised my arms to stretch.
I was supposed to meet a total stranger at 5:00 in the morning at a coffee shop next to a old bookstore.
I rubbed my eyes, and sat up, my feet dangling off the bed.
Message from: Unknown, 5:13
Are you coming?
And with that I found myself dressed and walking to the corner coffee shop.
To meet Unknown.
