one year later
nova's pov-
we sat on the couch together my feet resting in his lap as he traced random shapes on my legs as i watched the power puffs and
you are never

it's been a year since he marked me and personally I wanted to mark him
really badly
but I just didn't have the guts to do anything like that
the thought of sinking my teeth into my soul mate, and by now i feel the pull, potentially hurting them i couldn't bring myself to put him in any pain
we don't sleep in the same bed
or, well, we haven't for a year now
christ (A/N sorry all you christens out there) we don't even sleep in the same room, it's just after that
what he did
i was still that little bit cautious
i felt his eyes on me and i tore myself away from bubbles and buttercup to look at him his eyes were full of love and adoration a look that he always gave me and one i hoped i returned full force he went to say something but the pack house doors the ones located behind us were thrown open with enough force to knock an elephant off balance i turned to see a red headed lady walk through the door covered in heavy makeup that id nothing to cover up the long deep crease lines on her face
"daniel darling" the lady said as she saw my mate "i've missed you so much"
"claire?" daniel said questioningly as he looked at her i pulled my legs towards myself and he got up moving to her "what are you doing here?" he sounded angry and a little uncomfotable
claire threw her arms around daniels neck pulling him closer to her so her face was close to his neck nuzzling where i would mark him
"I still remember our nights together" she said in a voice that she thought was quiet and seductive
I felt something bubble inside me but I ignored it pushing it away does this cow have a nose he's clearly covered from head to foot in my scent my possessive wolf made sure of that good morning snuggles were not just for fun
"but I know that we must be mates my dear"
and suddenly I was up off the couch shoving the slut back she staggered a few paces back as my arms wrapped around daniels waist protectivly as I was watching in third person
"MINE!" I growled quietly and even with her werewolf hearing she didn't notice i gritted my teeth my face scunched up as I tried to control my anger glaring daggers at claire who backed away then smiled
"such a clingy child" she said making a shooing motion with her hands "you're not needed here now let the luna and the alpha talk" she told me
I saw red growling something vitiouse I looked up at daniel
"nova?" he asked looking down at me Ishook my head
"keira"
"oh" he said "keira can I have nova back please?" she shook her head
"you mine" I said burying me face in his arm
"whos this?" claire growled "and why is she touching you?"
I turned to her having had enough of the crap she was dribbling and growled
"he's MINE!!"I snapped loudly allowing some of my anger to slip through some of the pack members stopped and looked
"lunas doing it again" maria said as she walked past claire whoes face turned confused and angered
"i'm sorry claire" daniel said as he picked me up in his strong arms causing keira to purr burying her face in his neck "this is my mate nova"
"what no i'm your mate this this whore i---"I growled looking back to claire I snarled
"my mate" I growled out "back off"
she kept eye contact with me until she lowered her head I used my luna/alpha tone after all
daniel pov-
"mine"keira growled again as she looked at me
I sat on the bed an I watched her pace back and forth
"can I have nova back please?" I asked again this probably being the millionth time i had asked and she shook her head once more replying with a
"she doesn't let me out much"
before she did something new and moved to me sliding into my lap he arms wrapping around my neck
"but" she whispered against my ear as i gripped the bed tightly "there's something we've both been meaning to do"
"and what's that?" i asked fighting for a calm breath
I held her waist as she leaned back fearing she would fall until she brought her lips to mine in a bruising kiss using her body to push mine and i went with a gasp of surprise her legs around my waist as she straddle me Kolbie purred in my head and I felt my eyes flutter closed as she slid her lips down to the crook of my neck to the spot where she was going to mark me i felt her run her fangs over my neck too delirious with pleasure to stop her as she bit into my shoulder and I winced gripping her tightly feeling more pleasure flow through me followed by a strong burning sensation that coursed down to my member and burnt into me so deep as she ran her tongue over the two holes she made cleaning the blood off. I felt the venom twist into a symbolic name I parted my lips with ecstasy a moan leaving my lips when she kissed the tender skin she moved her mouth to my ear again
"your mine now" she whispered but it wasn't keira talking it was all nova
I swallowed hard as I recognized what was happening to me , I was on heat ... again,
but this heat was different stronger even
and judging from the way her eyes hesitantly shifted from black to blue she knew as well. pulling her closer moving my mouth to hers but she pulled back and I whined running my nose over her neck and laid soft kisses on my mark earning a shudder from her I pulled her closer and before she could react I joined my mouth to hers she gasped but didn't hesitate to kiss back but an action like this did little to cool my heat my little mate being too young to go on heat, was yet to know the feeling of practically burning up for your mate to complete our mating process to have my skin on her skin holding her while i th---- my room door was thrown open cracking against the wall
"caught you my sister" chimmed
I growled at her menacingly my wolf thinking his mate is in danger i flipped us over sheilding her body with mine but once I sussed out it was my sister I calmed down
"amy" I sighed as she froze and began to laugh
"are you on heat daniel?" I growled and nova blushed burying her head in my neck I purred at the sensation feeling the burning die away as her nose brushed against my shoulder
"yes" I hissed causing amy to laugh louder
"too bad little brother me and your mate sceduled a girly afternoon after her powerpuff marathon and there is no way your sexual desires are getting in the way of hair and shopping"
i looked down at nova and whined snuggling into her neck
"make her go away nova, make her go away"
i pulled back to look at her face only to find her eyes had glazed over why was she mind linking? she blinked looking up at me she pulled my face to hers kissing me she rolled us over putting me on my back she kissed along my jaw up to my ear before kissing my ear lobe
"bye babe"
and with that she rolled off me
yet again leaving me to fair my heat alone
