Annabeth POV
Hi. My name is Annabeth Chase. Not Annie. Not Annabelle. Not Beth. AND DEFINITELY NOT ANNABABY OR ANNABABE (you'd be surprised by how many people call me that.) I live in New York. I used to live in California. I now live in New York thanks to my amazing boyfriends (Percy Jackson) mother and stepfather. They payed for a plane ticket so I could be with Percy and close to Olympus as I am the architect of Olympus after the war with Kronos. I stayed in a hotel last night so I can surprise him tomorrow.
Outside Goode High School
"Ok Annabeth." I whispered to myself. "You can do this."
I walked into the school head up high with confidence. I was being stared at by not just by boys wolf whistling with an Aphrodite type grins but by girls as well with looks of disgust. I was wearing a sea green jumper over a normal blue tee , black skinny jeans , my combat boots , my camp necklace , my owl earring that my mom gave me and a gold plated necklace engraved with the initials 'S.B + W.G' that stands for 'Seaweed Brain+ Wise Girl'.
I made my way to the office to get the information I needed. Paul made sure that all our lessons are the same except from elective and make sure are lockers are next to each others.
"Hello? Can I help you?" The lady said. She was wearing a black power suit and her hair was in a bun neat and tidy.
"Yeah. I'm Annabeth Chase I just transferred." I said
"Ah yes! Mr. Blofis told me about you." She said handed me about 10 sheets of paper. "Here is your schedule locker number and combination then some basic rules. Have a Goode day!" She said a little to cherally.
"Thank you." I said and walked out. I bumped into a girl outside of the door. "Oh my gods I'm so sorry." I said picking up the papers we both dropped.
"No it's ok. Are you Annabelle Chase?" She said. "By the way my names Chantelle." She continued putting her out. She had red hair and blue eyes.
Chantelle:
"Yeah I'm Annabeth. Not Annabelle." I said and shook her hand.
"Oh sorry. I'm assigned to show you around can I see your locker number and schedule please." She said blushing a little bit.
"Course." I said and handed her the pieces of paper they were on.
"LUCKY!" She shouted catching the attention of a few passing students.
"What?" I asked laughing a little. She must have noticed.
"Your locker is right next to the hottest guy in school and one of my best friends!" She whispered/shouted. "Your schedule is the exact same except elective he takes marine bio."
"And who is this?" I asked holding back the laughter as I had a good idea who she was talking about.
"Percy Jackson." She said blushing a little. "I'll introduce you to him. But just remember he's off limits he has a 'girlfriend'" She said putting girlfriend in air quotes.
"Sure I'd love that but can you show me to my locker please.
"Oh yeah sorry this way." She said turning around.
At the locker
As me and Chantelle were at our lockers (hers was next to mine as well) she shrieked. That caused me to reach for my knife as a reflex.
"There he is!" She screamed.
"There who is?" I asked moving my hand away from my dagger.
"Percy Jackson." She said calming down a little.
I turned around to find him. My beautiful Seaweed Brain surrounded by people. There were 3 guys and 2 girls. 2 of the guys had their arms around the girls. I blushed and Chantelle must have noticed because then she asked:
"Are you blushing?"
"What?" I asked being snapped out of a delirium that only Percy Jackson can put me in.
"You so are." She said letting out a giggle. As the group drawer near I looked back to see Percy talking to a blonde girl wearing a really skimpy outfit that probably barely passed the dress code.
