"Diana... Are you sure you want to jump into this head first so soon?" He asked once he finally had her alone again.
"Bruce Wayne." Uh oh... "I carried your child. I'm perfectly fine marrying you on short notice. Besides. The sooner we do this, the less time you have to talk yourself out of it." She said with a knowing smile.
He blushed a little at her guessing his reason for aprehension. "I don't know Di..." He rubbed the back of his neck. "This is against everything I know. Everything I've clung to."
"And everything that made you miserable and brooding." She added.
He smiled. "You're right. I'm still not comfortable getting married here instead of at the mansion."
She kissed him. "It was either here or Themiscura and there they wouldn't have been so nice to the groom."
Bruce thought hard on that. "I guess this is the best option then."
"You're not just a pretty face!" She teased. "Get some sleep Bruce. We get married tomorrow."

"Do you Bruce Wayne, take Diana as your lawfully wedded wife? To love and to hold, in sickness and in health? For richer and... I guess in your case for richer or richer? Till death do you part?"
Bruce glared at Clark. "I do, wisecrack."
The man of steel giggled. "And do you Diana Prince, take Bruce to be your lawfully wedded husband? To love and to hold, in sickness and in health? For richer or poorer? Till death do you part?"
"I do." Diana chuckled.
"Then by the power invested in me by the United States of America's government; I now pronounce you husband and wife. Kiss her Batsy."
Bruce rolled his eyes and kissed her softly. "Can I punch him with a glove of Kryptonite now?"
"No Bruce!" She laughed, punching him gently. "Diana Wayne... I like the sound of it."
He smirked then. "So do I." He rested his forehead against hers. "Forgive me for having second thoughts about this."
She smiled and turned towards their friends with a smile. "I forgive you Bruce. But now you're all mine." They walked out hand in hand and not even an hour later Shiera and Clark were trying to get details about what Bruce had planned for their honeymoon.
"I'm telling you it's nothing big. We aren't even leaving the manor. There is no sense for a wedding night since we already have a kid." He rolled his eyes as Clark laughed. "What Kansas?"
"No need for a wedding night... Uh huh... Sure. If you two don't use protection you're gonna have a school bus full of kids."
Bruce growled and walked back towards the portal to his home. This married thing was already a wart on his backside. This was mostly done out of curtesy to Diana and Luna. It was the right thing to do. Didn't mean he was going to enjoy it. Diana came up behind him with Luna and he felt a pair of little hands pull on his black curls. He needed a haircut. He turned and kissed his baby. "Hello little moon. I assume you want something?"
The baby giggled and held out her arms to him. "She wants her daddy." Diana cooed as she looked at him reverently. She loved him so much and he only wished he could return that to her.
He took the little girl and held her close to his chest. "I've got you... Now sleep."
Luna instantly closed her eyes and began drifting off making Diana's jaw go slack. "How did you?"
"She loves her dad." He said simply before walking through into the bat cave.
Months went by without a hitch. Bruce hardly noticed a difference in his work from before he was married. The only difference was now he had something to come home to besides Alfred and Richard. If he came home hurt, instead of Alfred's painful remedies, he now was treated with soothing balms from Themiscura. Diana's ways of healing were not nearly as uncomfortable or painful as the traditional ways of using chemicals to clean and sterilize.
But no good thing can last forever.
*ding dong*
Alfred opened the door to see Selina Kyle standing there. "Hey Jeeves. Brucie home? All his windows are locked and that's not like him."
"Miss Kyle! You're out of Arkham! How?" Alfred stuttered.
"I'm cured." She said in air quotes. "I wanted to see my Brucie before I head off to find my own place. See if he'll offer me a room."
"Master Bruce is at work." He said evenly.
"Alfred! I could use some help!" He heard a feminine voice call.
Selina pursed her lips. "That didn't sound like wheelchair Barbie... Who does Bruce have over?"
"A friend. Now please miss Kyle. Vacate the premises or I'll have Master Grayson forcibly remove you."
"Little Robin? Doubt he could."
"It's Nightwing now Selina. So scram." Richard seethed coming around the corner with his son. "I will let Bruce know you were here after he told you to never come back."
She frowned. "Fine. I'll see you around Dick."
"You do know it's not an insult if it's my name right?" He called after her.
"Your parents named you Dick... That's an insult in and of itself!" She called back.
Alfred frowned. That was close. If Selina found out about Luna and Diana there would be no price great enough to keep her from going public with the news.
Richard groaned. "For the record I could handle her."
Alfred shook his head and came back inside the mansion to find Diana struggling to get Luna's onesie on, the child kicking her little legs and giggling. Alfred smiled and picked her up allowing Diana to slip her into it. "Thank you Alfred."
"You are most welcome Miss Diana."
"Please. Just Diana." She corrected with a smile as they heard the door open.
"Diana? Alfred? Richard? I'm home!" Bruce called running up the stairs smiled when his baby came crawling out to meet him.
"She's been crawling all day. Had to change her a few times cos she got into things she shouldn't have." Diana said watching as Luna tried to pull herself up on her father's dress pants.
He smiled. "Cute. A little advanced though. She's only six months old." He leaned down to pick her up. His baby almost always went right to sleep when he held her. He didn't know why but he didn't mind it either. Babies were always cute when they slept. But instead of falling asleep she grabbed his nose and made a noise...
"Honk! Honk!" She smiled.
He raised an eyebrow. "First word huh? Honk?"
"Second word actually..." Diana smirked. "Luna what's your favorite animal?"
"Bat!" She cried happily. "Bat! Batty!"
Bruce nearly fell over laughing as his baby began flailing her arms. "Her favorite animal is a bat? Has she even seen one?"
Diana chuckled. "She has."
He kissed her nose. "Bat huh?"
"Batty!" She squealed flapping her arms like wings. It was precious. His baby girl liked bats.
"Well alright then. Sleep." He commanded and Luna laid her head on his shoulder yawning.
Diana shook her head. "You have to have Pheremones." She said. "That's the only explanation!"
He laughed before moving to lay her down. "I have to go to work early tomorrow. I never got the reports for the last quarter and I need to compare a possible trend in the stocks."
She sighed. "Whatever. Fine."
He kissed her forehead. "Sorry."

The next morning he came in and came to the desk of his secretary. "Morning Veronica. Could you get the reports for the last three quarters and especially this last one? Never made it to my desk and I think I may have found a trend to exploit." He said looking at his phone a picture of Luna on the screen that Diana had sent him. She was so darn cute.
The woman smiled sweetly. "Of course Mr. Wayne." This was going to be the day her life changed. She was GOING to make billionaire bachelor Bruce Wayne her man.
Let the trouble begin.
