"Right were going to the training place for people who need to be able to use guns. This should be interesting" said Arata while attaching a chain to the handcuffs and hooking it onto a hook in the back of the van. He locked the door and ran to the door. Tori followed.
When we got there Tori unlocked the door.
"Hey don't give up, I'll make sure nothing to bad happens" he said.
Arata came over and untied me, the chain was still attached.
"Good news Tori, we got permission from the higher-ups to use him! Since he can't die, its not a crime!" Said Arata.
They led me into the building. There were officers everywhere.
"Mr.Shimazu why have you brought a criminal here?" Asked a young officer.
"He's not human. It's the shinigami, he can't die so we have use for him" said Arata.
Arata led us to a balcony type place. He tied me up like a dog.
"Everyone! I have brought a special person here today. In fact he's not even a person. He's a shinigami!" Shouted Arata.
Everyone looked confused.
"Your staying here so you can't escape. People might come and talk to you. Me and Tori are going to our rooms. Your job will start tomorrow" said Arata.
