JANES POV
I'm all tingly for the rest of the day as I think about that kiss, and then some jerk has to come ruin my happiness.
Eve and I walk into lunch and sit at the usual table with Jamie and Tyler when some guy comes over and sits on the other side of me. He sits so that he’s facing me, and has one leg on each side of the bench, “Hey babe.”
I ignore him at first not realizing that he’s there as I talk to Eve, but then she’s looking over my shoulder with wide eyes.
“What?” I ask turning my head and I jump back a little startled at how close he is.
He grins and you can just feel the cockiness radiating off of him, then I frown as I realize I know who he is. This is Johns best friend, I never actually got to know his name though. I never cared enough.
I raise an eyebrow at him, “Do you need something?”
He laughs and reaches over to play with a strand of my hair, “I heard you tutor.”
I bat his hand away, “Do I know you?”
His smile falters a little, “You don’t know who I am?”
“No.” I say annoyed.
“I'm Parker,” He says grinning, “Number one female pleasurer.”
I roll my eyes, “That’s not even a word. What subject do you need tutoring in? English?”
Parker seems unfazed by my lack of response to his flirting, and my obvious dislike, his hand touches my leg and he scoots closer, “Actually I was thinking we could both learn from each other. But what I'm thinking is more of a sex ed thing then English.”
A look of total disgust comes to my face and I don’t bother trying to hide it.
“I think you should leave.” Jamie says. I look over at him to see he looks down right pissed.
Parker smiles over at him, “I'm not bothering anyone, am I sweetheart?”
I shiver because he’s seriously sketching me out but he takes it as a good thing and rubs my thigh a little, I shove his hand away, “First of all my names not ‘baby’, ‘sweetheart’ or any other stupid pet name you can think of, it’s Jane. Second of all you are bothering me, I don’t even know you and you’re all up in my personal bubble.”
Parker just laughs, “Well I was hoping we could get to know each other.” He leans forward and pushes hair from my ear before whispering, “Very personally.” His lips graze over my ear with each word and I shiver with disgust.
Jamie literally growls and his hands are balled into fists, I'm starting to wonder if he’ll actually do something when John runs over, “Parker, leave her alone.”
I feel myself going weak at the thought of him coming over here to rescue me, I look up at him but he doesn’t look like he’s mad, he looks embarrassed. Mad would mean he’s jealous, embarrassed just means he knows how big of a pervert his friend can be.
Parker just grins, “We were just getting acquainted.” He winks at me and I glare at him.
“Yeah and Jane really looks like she’s enjoying your company.” He says sarcastically.
John tugs on his arm, “Just come on man, If we don’t get back soon Paul will steal your chips.”
Parkers head snaps in the direction of his table, “Damn, you’re right.” Then he smiles over at me and slips his hand into my hair before touching his mouth to my ear, “I'll see you later.” He whispers.
I shove him in the chest and he laughs before standing up, “I like that you’re putting up a fight, it only makes me want you more.”
My mouth falls open and then I snap back, “You’re disgusting.”
John looks at me apologetically, “I'm sorry about him.”
Parker smirks, “We’ll see you later.”
I scowl at him and John pulls him away, they’re not even all the way back to the table before I see John starting to yell at him. I smile, he really is my knight in shining armor.
“I would have forced him to leave if that other guy hadn’t come over.” Jamie says looking at me.
I shrug, “It’s fine,” Then I smile, “John came to the rescue.”
“John?” Jamie asks.
Tyler seems oblivious to all of this as he eats his pizza and Eve is looking at me wide eyed.
“Yeah,” I say blushing, “John.”
“You know him?” Jamie asks still looking angry.
“I'm going to be his math tutor.” I say still blushing. I mentally sigh, nice way to give away the fact that you’re crushing on him too. Then again at least he’ll only think I'm crushing, he won’t know I'm literally stalking the guy.
“What do you like him or something?” Jamie asks scowling.
“Why would you think that?” I ask annoyed at the scowl he gave me.
“You’re blushing, and you nearly swooned when the guy came over here.”
This makes me blush deeper to my embarrassment, “No, I didn’t. I was just happy that he was going to get rid of Parker.”
“Pfft, yeah right.” He says crossing his arms.
I roll my eyes, “Fine, I'll admit it so you can stop being so childish, I like him.”
“I'm not being childish.” He says annoyed, “You’re the one crushing on a senior.”
“So, we’re only a year apart.”
“And he’s leaving for college at the end of the school year.”
I frown, “It’s only a crush Jamie, and you don’t have to ruin it for me.” I angrily stand up and throw my food untouched into the trash can.
As I storm out of the cafeteria I realize how true his words are. John this year will talk to me because I'm his math tutor but when he leaves for college I'll never see him again. Then what will I be left with? Some stupid yearbook picture, that won’t even be in color.
I'm only halfway down the hall when someone calls after me, “Jane wait!”
I keep walking and actually pick up pace but they run after me and grab my arm. “I'm sorry, I didn’t mean it.”
I turn and look up at my feet, “You were right anyways, he’s leaving and I'm staying here.”
Seven years of my life will have been wasted on pining after him.
Jamie cups my face in his hands, “I'll still be here.”
I look up at him and raise an eyebrow, “Why are you holding my face?”
His eyes are staring into my own and at my question he steps back releasing me, “Sorry.” He says blushing.
I roll my eyes and punch his arm, “I forgive you, for the comment about John, and the weirdness of you touching me like that.” I laugh, “If I didn’t know better I’d think you wanted my shit.”
“You’re shit?” He asks, his voice sounds a little weary.
I hit his hip with my own, “My body.”
“What if I did?” Jamie asks.
I laugh, “Yeah right. Don’t tease me.” He frowns and I link arms with him, “That’s what I like about you and Ty, there was never any worry about any of us liking each other.”
He laughs but it sounds a little forced, “Yeah.”
I look up at him curious as to why he fake laughed but when he doesn’t look back at me I just shrug and smile.
I have one more class after lunch and then I take the bus home. When I walk in neither of my parents are home yet and I smile; finally, some alone time. I make my down the hall to my bedroom and flop onto my bed. I put my headphones back in- I always listen to music on the bus and took them out to yell out to my parents- and turn up the volume. Soon I'm surrounded by The Killers and I grin as I relax. I let my mind play the kiss over and over and over.
I don’t know when I fall asleep but I do, and because I was fantasizing about John so much, my dream immediately picks up where my fantasy left off.
Instead of my pulling him into the closet, it’s the other way around. I'm walking somewhere; I don’t really know where when I feel myself pulled into the janitors’ closet.
I find myself falling and strong arms wrap around my waist holding me to them, I shiver, and unlike the shivers that Parker gave me, these ones are from lust.
“Who are you?” I ask them.
I hear them laugh in my ear, “Of course you wouldn’t know. I always seemed invisible to you.”
I touch my hands to his chest and just like I shivered for him, he shivers for me, “Do I know you?”
“Probably not, but my names John.”
My breathe catches, “Of course I know you.”
His hand slips into my hair and the other one pulls me closer, “I never thought you noticed me.”
I laugh, “After you helped me when I fell off my bike I never stopped thinking about you.”
“I never stopped thinking about you either.” He murmurs.
Then his lips are on mine and I'm being pushed into the wall. My legs wrap around his waist, and his lips find my neck. “I love you.” He groans.
“I love you too.” I say.
“Jane,” He moans, “Jane… Jane?”
“John.” I moan.
“Jane!” His voice starts to sound oddly like my mothers and I jump back and open my eyes. My moms blue ones stare back at me and she’s pursing her lips trying not to laugh.
“What?” I ask annoyed. That was one of the best dreams I’ve ever had and she just had to ruin it for me.
“I came in to ask if you were hungry for dinner, but it seems I interrupted something.”
I furrow my eyebrows together, “What?”
“Who’s John?” She asks grinning.
I groan and bury my face into my pillow, “No one.”
She laughs again, “Yeah, sure. Anyways do you want dinner or not?”
I sigh and nod, I would have said no but because of stupid Jamie I threw away my lunch.
“Alright, I ordered pizza it’s on the table.”
I nod again and she laughs, “Don’t be embarrassed Jane. It’s not like you’re a boy.”
I groan, “What does that have to do with anything?”
“Well if you were a boy you’d be hard and that would embarrass both of us.”
“Mom! Please leave before you kill me.”
She pats my back and laughs again before walking out. Now I can’t even bring him here for tutoring, my mom will know I like him. Which of course she’ll only embarrass me more.
I sigh, but force myself to sit up. I grab some pizza and go back upstairs. One good thing about throwing my lunch away earlier, means that I'll only be eating pizza for one meal instead of two.
I wait for my lap top to start up as I much on my first piece, I log on and I see I have a friend request. I sigh when I see it’s from Parker. I don’t press accept or ignore but just leave it pending and check my other stuff.
Why couldn’t it be from John? I ask myself with a sigh.

Alright here's part four and that means that I will now have to sit down and actually type if I'm going to post. This is the last part I had pre-written. Honestly right now I'm the worst poster ever and I know that. I've been really busy! But I'll try to actually take the time and post. I know it's a long time away but if I don't post much till then, then on christmas I'm getting a lap top and I'll probably write more once I have it. I hope you'll all be patient with me. It's amazing that I'm even putting anything on the internet after being plagerized a total of five times now (that I know of.)
So I hope ya'll like this chapter and I'm thinking I might sit here and write the next one right now. Or at least start it. If I don't fall asleep. :D
