Harry had set out some proper requirements about the nannies. He wanted a certain type of nanny. Of course, most of the time he didn't want a nanny or nannies for his children but he realized Lucy and him couldn't be there all the time. Lucy insisted on working most of the time anyway, and she wasn't going to change her mind. Harry already knew Lucy wasn't going to give up everything for a child; she would've kept her duties and wouldn't have slowed down for anything.

Earlier, Harry had asked what Lucy looked for in nannies, which she replied, "I don't know. I've never dealt with nannies before, hadn't the pleasure."

Harry kissed her on the cheek and talked non-stop about what he hoped for.

The whole situation reminded Lucy of interviewing bodyguards. The monarchy chose the bodyguards or nannies in question first, where vigorous background checks and other checks happened. If one was to work within Kensington Palace, background checks needed to be done. If one was to work closely with any member of the royal family, especially if around innocent children, all checks needed to be done. Once checks were done by the monarchy and government agencies, and then somehow they had the qualifications, they came to meet the royal family. In this case, Harry and Lucy.

The nanny, whomever was interviewed, sat on a chair while Harry and Lucy, surrounded by a few other members, talked with the nanny. The normal questions were asked, and then some weird ones. Situation questions were asked, varying from very possible to very impossible. Lucy read off the questions she was given, none she thought to ask herself.

"How do you feel about dry humor?" Lucy asked every nanny. "Perhaps some sarcasm or sass?"

Each time Harry glanced at his wife but said nothing.

All the nannies were qualified, some having done nanny jobs before with other very private people. Lucy didn't think private was the appropriate word for the occasion that brought them all together, but it worked. Perhaps high class, but that tasted wrong. It wasn't that they were higher-class than anyone else, or she liked to believe that, but rather, there would've been people following their child wherever it went. That wasn't exactly normal.

Harry seemed to have a good feeling about some of the nannies. Lucy just nodded.

Once the nannies were excused with the promise that a nanny would've been chosen in the week, Lucy and Harry moved into their living room. Lucy immediately sat down and put up her feet. Harry started to massage them; he only really did that when he wanted something. Lucy pretended to ignore him, but he continued.

"Harry, what?" Lucy's head rested on the back of the couch, eyes closed. Throughout the whole day, the baby had been kicking up a storm. His kicking was mostly kicking continuous now; he just kept going. Sometimes he would fall asleep, allowing Lucy at least a little time for rest. But the baby always kicked through the night.

"You're almost at seven months," he said.

"Yes, time flies when you're having fun. Your point?"

"It's a boy."

"Good. You remembered."

"We should start talking about names." Harry continued to massage Lucy's feet. "We have a list we can choose from, though, and if we ask nicely, I'm sure my father would be happy to give and take some of the names we give him." He smiled. "And, I mean, I thought we might have some names picked out before he comes."

"You mean when he magically pops out of my body." She smirked at him. "Sure, give me some names."

"You haven't thought of any."

"Andrew, after my brother. That's royalish, isn't it? Your uncle is named Andrew."

Harry nodded. "First name?"

"We're spitballing here, Harry. It's a name. We'll put them in order later." Lucy sighed. "I still like Leopold."

Shaking his head, Harry pulled out a list written on a piece of paper.

"You're kidding, right?" she asked.

Harry ignored her and started at the top. "Alexander, Charles, David, Edward, Frederick--"

"Please Fredrick," Lucy said. "His cousin is named George and he'll be Fred. Hopefully both of them will be gingers then this will be a family of Weasley's."

He cleared his throat an continued, "Henry--"

"Yes."

"No."

"Yes."

"No."

"Put that on the list, Harry."

"Could we not?" he asked.

"A middle name?" she asked.

"No."

"Second son?"

"No." Harry continued, "James, Louis--"

"Is that Louie or Louis?"

"Louie," Harry said. "There's an s but it's silent."

"No, continue."

Harry sighed. "Philip, Richard, Stephen, Thomas, Victor, William, Xavier."

Lucy frowned. "Leopold didn't make the list?"

"No, sorry."

Her eyes narrowed on her husband. "You told your father, didn't you? You told him your dislike for the name and he didn't put it down."

"I no idea what you're talking about." Harry didn't even try to hide his smile that Leopold wasn't on the list.

"Henry Albert David Charles," Lucy hummed, quite the name.

Harry raised an eyebrow at her. "It's Henry Charles Albert David."

Never in her life was she able to remember his full name. "Why do you have so many middle names?"

"Because life," he answered.

"What's Charles', William's and George's?"

Harry thought for a moment but he knew them all by heart. "Charles Philip Arthur George, William Arthur Louis and George Alexander Louis."

That hurt Lucy's head. "Okay, names here are long. We'll go with it. Perhaps try to stay away from some of those names."

"Do you have favorite names already?"

"Frederick Andrew Philip David."

Harry rolled his eyes. "You're not going to let Frederick go, are you?"

"If I can't have Leopold, why not Frederick?"

"You're so desperate to make us Weasley's?"

"Yes, especially if the ginger passes on. I want the kids to at least have fun with their names." Lucy paused. "And what if the child magically pops out female?" she asked.

"Then we need a better physician," Harry said.

"What names you do have?"

His eyes scanned the list. Harry hadn't released the information of what the gender of the baby was to even his family. Lucy didn't have much family to give the information to. She told her most trusted cousins when she was pregnant and her good-friend Sydney. But Sydney was traveling somewhere and was unsure when she would be back, if she would ever come back.

"Well, we have Alice, Amelia, Anne, Beatrice, Caroline, Catherine, Diana, Dorothea, Edith, Eleanor, Elizabeth, Emma, Louise, Margaret, Philippa and Rose." Harry smiled at her but Lucy didn't look impressed with any of those names. "We have time." He patted her foot, and Lucy closed her eyes again, huffing.

He continued to massage her feet, thinking of the names. Harry couldn't tell if Lucy joked about Frederick but the name started to grow on him, as long as they stopped with the Weasley names after him.

"Ow," Lucy growled at her stomach.

Setting down her feet, Harry joined her on the couch and placed his hand on her bulging belly. Underneath the skin moved rapidly. "I don't think he likes the name Frederick."

"Oh, now he's definitely getting the name," she huffed. Lucy pressed a hand into her stomach but he kicked violently. She let out a groan and Harry smiled down at her.

"You look beautiful."

"Because I'm annoyed?"

"I love you."

Lucy didn't get a chance to respond when her son took a shot a her in the kidney.
