Please don't lock yourself away in your room Because you think you're worthless. Don't exclude yourself from being happy. Go have fun with your friends. You are loved and mean everything to your loved ones.
Come downstairs and spend some time with your family. Maybe go outside for a walk. Read a book under your favourite tree.
If you want to heal, then do things that will help heal you faster. Try to be social. Don't become a recluse.
Get out and help others. Don't let then suffer just because you are too. There are thousands of planets in the solar system that revolve around a center point, and that point is not you.
You will find that helping others will help you. I'm not saying you have to go out and be someone's counselor. Just help them by making them smile more. Send your friends funny pictures when they're sad. Smile at strangers and say hello. Check on people you haven't heard from in a few days.
If you want this world to be a better place, then you have to make it a better place. It is your job to care for others.
