I couldn't believe what I was hearing , I was so pissed off but hurt more than anything ... I put my trust into this girl just to find out she's been plotting against me all along
I walked out speechless
I knew I should've never ever trusted her yo , That's what I get for falling for bitches .
And David ? That Nigga sure had my ass fooled. Thinking I actually had a brother or some shit.
That's why I only hang with my day ones and ain't ever try to find nobody new.
I called my friend Daeshawn

"Word got around quick about Rodney's party
I know it wasn't my place to go and talk to him but I had to . It just ain't feel right to do this shit no more .
So I got dressed and decided to go ahead and head over there. When I got there, like 100 people was already there ... There was people passed out on the lawn people gambling and shit... But I kept on walking to the inside "
"And then what happened ?" The detective asked me
"I went in and found Rodney"
"Did y'all get into an argument "
"I mean when I got in there he was already drunk ... So when he saw me he said "I don't want to hear shit from you" and I was trying to explain myself . But he wasn't having it so he pushed me. And I decided that I should go before we both do some stupid shit "
"Did he make you mad when he pushed you?"
"Nah. I mean I understood why he did"
"Not being able to fight back made you look like a little bitch didn't it "
"What the hell?"
"What happened after you left huh? Did you come back and decide you wasn't letting him get away with that "

"You never liked him from the start, and you pretended to be his friend so that you could eventually kill him. Now you trying to tell me you let him get away with pushing you?"

I got up ready to beat his ass but one of the cops restrained me
"You got a bad temper young blood. I ain't even have to put my hands on you to get you mad"

"I guess we'll see " He smirked then walked out of the room

"Where were you on the night of the shooting?"
"At home"
"Do you have an alibi?"
"No my parents were both at work"
"Then how do I know your telling the truth?" He asked
"Look I wouldn't kill him "
"See I don't believe that. You were obviously in love with this dude , you were mad when he found Danielle , you were mad that she came in between y'all, you were mad that he wouldn't give you a second chance"
I started to tear up "I loved him , I wouldn't kill him"

"Why didn't you just kill her instead ? She was obviously the reason for all your problems , if you just killed her you would've had your guy "

He wiped away my liquids and walked out

"Who shot you kid?" I asked Rodney who was laying in his hospital bed in a coma
His heart beat started to speed up
"Nurse" I yelled
About 3 nurses and doctors came in to help him
A few minutes later he was stable again
My phone rang
"Hello?" I answered
"Hi, I have some information about The shooting , but I want to remain anonymous "
"Ok, what you got"
"Well he went into a room with a girl at the party... But she never came out "
"Do you know what she looks like ?"
"I wasn't really looking I just know it was a girl "
"Alright so-"
The line clicked
"Ok" I said confused "that was weird"

Rodney's POV
My eyes fluttered open and took in my surroundings
"Nurse nurse he's awake!!! Oh my baby boy" she said
"Huh?"
"You- you don't know who I am?"
"You look familiar... But I'm not sure who you are "
She cried "I'm your mother how could you not know me"
"I-I'm sorry , my memories not that great"
"Oh Lord God help Rodney to remember "

"Of course baby" she smiled and got up "my baby boy is finally awake"

The detective placed a picture of Shawn in front of me

"Because she kicked the shit out of me, made me look weak"

I grunted "fuck" I said under my breath
