"Aaliyah? Liiyyahhh....wake up gurl SWEETHEART"
As I flutter my eyes open, I realize that I'm on the floor with all my friends crowded around me.
"What happened?" I ask, sitting up and rubbing the back of my head
"Well you met my boys and just...fainted" Lucas explained, it's all coming back to now
"Really?"
"Yea lil sis dats wah happened" Dillyn says with his heavy Louisiana accent
"Lil sis? Is there summ else I missed"
"Nah but Lucas tol' me you was family so his fam is my fam ya heard meh" he replies, raising up his fist to give me dap.
I dap him up then turn to Will, "Hi Will imma big fan of your music" I say, sounding like a groupie lord help me
"That's wassup lil mama" he smiles, grabbing my hand and kissing it. I look at Lucas and he's giving me a death glare and so was Tiara.
"Well, I need to go to the nurse, walk with me Tiara?" I ask, grabbing her wrist pulling her to the teacher to get a pass.
"Can I get a pass to the nurse office, I just hit my head really hard" she goes into her drawer and pulls out a pass. After filling it out, she hands it to me and we exit the class.
"So what was that look for?" I ask her curiously.
"No reason" she says bluntly
"Bitchhh you a damn lie we've been friends since forever now tell me"
"Well it was when Will kissed your hand.. to be honest I was LOWKEY jealous" she announces, and my eyes get wide.
"You like WILL!!!" I whisper yell, causing her to blush.
"Yes and I'd appreciate it if you'd back off my man" she chuckles, letting me know she was serious but not that serious.
"Oh trust me Will is cute and all but I'm focused on someone else actually"
"Who Dillyn?" she questions me
"Nope it's someone I can never be with"
"Ohhh Mr.Light Bright curly haired dreamy eyes huh?"
"Yea..." I put my head down, not knowing whether to blush or cry.
"Awwww don't be sad, if it happens, it happens. If it doesn't then it doesn't" she spoke truthfully

Schools Over (Lucas Coly POV)
Walking towards the main exit doors or the school, I look for Aaliyah. What happened earlier didn't sit right with me but imma let it slide (#berleezy comment if you kno him)
Spotting her beautiful face, I jog over to her. Sneaking up behind her, I grab her waist and put her on my shoulders. She very light actually.
"Ahhhhhh LUCAS PUT ME DOWNNN!" she screams, pulling my curls
"Ouch shit ok" I say, lowering her off of my shoulders
"Why would you do that?" she yells, punching me repeatedly.
"Damn stop Liyah I'm sorry"
"You better be"
"You didn't have to pull my hair, shit hurts"
"Aww ny liddo baby c'mere" she commands. I do as told and she pulls me do to her height and kisses my forehead ever so softly
"We should go to the park and chill today"
"Seems legit yall down?" Aaliyah asks everyone else
"Yea fasho" they say in unison
"Ight meet yall there I needa change"
"Me too" Aaliyah chimes in

Pulling up to the park, I see everyone's already here. Getting out, I notice they're all mugging me.
"What?" I ask
"You take to damn long been sitting here for damn near 20 minutes ya heard meh" Dillyn says
"Nigga I went and got my nails done and STILL made it here before you" Aaliyah adds
"Damn my bad yall" I apologize
"Yea yo bad" Tiara says, walking off with Will let me find out
"Come on Aaliyah let's walk around"
I say, grabbing her hand
"What about me?" Dillyn asks, raising his hands in the air
"Call her bro" I respond, he gives me a confused look
"Call who?"
"Call her " I repeat
"Ohhhhh ight then" Dillyn catches on, pulling out his phone
We continue walking around the park, just joking and playing around. I swear this girl is perfect to me. She's just...everything I need and want in a girl.
"Aaliyah...can I ask you something? I ask, stopping us and looking deep into her eyes......
