It was early the next day and Kristina woke up with painful contractions. She was due to give birth in an hour...

Kristina:LORD!!! can time go any slower
Jermaine:just breathe baby
Kristina:everyone is constantly telling me to breathe,but do you think it's working
Jermaine:well if we are constantly telling you that,then maybe you should consider to continue
Kristina:(she got off the bed and walked around annoyed) Jermaine...don't (she shook her head and scoffed)
Jermaine:I'm just telling you this to help you kris (he yelled)
Michael:Jermaine
Kristina:well damn it,it is not working okay. I've been doing it all morning and do you think the contractions stopped.....no,so leave me the hell alone(she yelled back)
Whitney:kris calm down and you to Jermaine
Kristina:(sighed)
Jermaine:I'm bout to go take a walk (he walked out the room and mike followed him)
Kristina:at the time I need him most,he leaves. You know what...I'm not about to put up with his bullshit
Whitney:kris he was just tryna help you baby
Kristina:I know that but I can't keep breathing if it's not even working. I just want this to be over with already
Whitney:how far do you think you've made it to?
Kristina:well last time he checked I was at four and a half,so maybe like six or seven...I hope further....she's kicking but she's not even ready...see (she took nippy's hand and placed it on her stomach)
Whitney:this is my very first time feeling her kick
Kristina:no it isn't

Kristina:no it's not nippy. You felt her kick before. You and Michael came to the house...for the baby shower....you had just finished the "I'm Your Baby Tonight" tour
Whitney:you have a good ass memory
Kristina:mhm......jazzy......I want a caesarean delivery because she's acting like she doesn't want to come
Whitney:don't do that
Kristina:well me delivering her vaginally is not going to work. It's like the longer she stays in,the more the pain increases. I've already been in labor for damn near 13 hours
Whitney:that still doesn't mean you have to have a C-section
Kristina:ugh (she walked around the room trying to bare the painful contractions she was feeling) oh my god
Whitney:what's wrong kris?
Kristina:(she bent over in pain) there getting worse by the minute nippy
Whitney:(she grabbed her hand and took her to the bed) lay down baby
Kristina:I feel pressure (she started crying and breathing heavily)
Whitney:(she was heading out the room)
Kristina:where are you going nippy (she was starting to get scared)
Whitney:I'm going to get the nurse...it's alright...okay
Kristina:(she nodded her head)
As nippy was running down the hall the bumped into Michael
Whitney:where's Jermaine?
Michael:he still walking around...why
Whitney:kris is about to have the baby!!!(she continued to run to get the nurse)
Michael:WHAT?!?! (He went to the room kris was in)
He walked into the room to see kris crying and sweating
Kristina:Michael,where's Jermaine?
Michael:he's still walking around
Kristina:call him...NOW!!!
Michael:okay okay!!!
Nippy then walked into the room along with Dr. Lee and one other nurse and a minute later Jermaine ran in...
Dr. Lee:okay,Kristina I'm just gonna check and see if your fully dilated okay
Kristina nodded her head quickly and continued to breathe in and out. They gave Jermaine a mask,shoe covers,a hair net and scrubs to put on
Michael:babe,I'm going to call and see where my mother is
Whitney:I'll come with
she ran over to kris and kissed her and told her what she was about to do and said she loves her and that she was going to be able to do it and that she'd see her when jazzy arrived
Dr. Lee:(put his mask and gloves on and sat in front of her) alright Jermaine I'm gonna need you to help her through this...talk to her and hold her hand...okay
Jermaine nodded his head and did as he was told
Dr. Lee:alright Kristina...I'm going to need you to push for me okay (he pulled his mask over his face)
Kristina:okay...(she pushed and screamed as she felt the pain increase)
Dr. Lee:breathe Kristina...just take small deep breaths....now push
Jermaine:come on baby...you can do it....I'm so sorry for making you mad baby. I didn't mean to stress you out
Kristina:(nodded her head and breathe slowly)
Dr. Lee:your doing good Kristina...push
Kristina continued to push while Jermaine held her hand and stood by her
Dr. Lee:okay your crowning. Now when you feel your next contraction I want you to push as hard as you can
Kristina:I feel another one (she pushed and squeezed Jermaine's hand)
Dr. Lee:okay I got her head...one more big push for me and she'll be out
Kristina pushed one last good time and a minute later,she heard the little cries of her baby girl who was now laying down on her breast
Dr. Lee:congratulations on your beautiful baby girl... Born on November 20,1992 at 6:15
Jermaine:you did it baby (he kissed her and looked at his baby girl) Hey jazzy...daddy's so happy your here now (he kissed her and let her hold his finger)
Kristina:oh my gosh... I really did it babe (her eyes started to well up)
Jermaine:yes you did (they kissed again and he wiped her tears from her eyes)
Kristina:hey mama's little girl......I'm glad you are finally here......daddy and I are going to take real good care of you
Jermaine:and I'm going to spoil you (he laughed)
Kristina:before uncle mike and t nippy does (they both laughed and continued to look at their little creation)
Jermaine:babe,I'm going to go and get everyone
Kristina:okay love
He ran out of the room to the waiting room to see his entire family...
Jermaine:SHE'S HERE!!!
He threw his hands up in the air and his brothers ran up to him and hugged him and congratulated him
Katherine:can we see her now
Jermaine:yes come on
They all walked down the hall to Kristina's room to see her holding a wide awake jazmine
Katherine:(she gasp) look at my grand daughter...
Kristina:here...(she handed over jazzy to Katherine)
Katherine:she's so tiny and just to precious....look Joe
Joseph:(he walked over to Katherine) jermaine's cheeks and nose and Kristina's eyes and mouth....jazmine mae...lit ole' jazzy mae...I don't know about y'all but I'm going to spoil this one for sure
Everyone looked at joe and laughed
Michael:not before uncle mike and t nippy does
Rebbie:no,no,no I'm the oldest...so I get to spend more time with her...
Janet:that doesn't mean a thing
Everyone was still laughing...
Jermaine:woah woah woah (he chuckled) this is my child so....
Jackie:and?...
Kristina:are they really doing this (she said talking to nippy and they both laughed)
Whitney:yes they are (they focused their attention to their family)
Kristina:heyyy (she said and everyone looked at her and she giggled) everyone's going to get a chance to spend time with jazzy okay and besides nippy's pregnant too
Everybody screamed and cheered for her and Michael...
Latoya:now...t toya gets to spoil the next one
Janet:now that's not right because you've spoiled half of our nieces and nephews already Latoya (she said with her head tilted)
Latoya:oh well
Katherine:to say that she was born early,she doesn't look like it
Kristina:I hope she grows (she let jazzy hold her finger)
Katherine:Michael was smaller than this...now look at him. She's gonna grow
Jermaine:get her height from daddy (he got jazzy from Katherine)
As time passed,they all got a chance to hold and spend time with jazz. It was getting late and visiting hours were about to be over so everyone was starting to leave after they hugged and kissed jazz,kris and Maine
It was now the middle of the night and jazzy was asleep in her hospital bassinet next to Kristina's hospital bed (below)
Kristina was laying down with Jermaine behind her.
Kristina:I'm just so happy that our baby girls finally here babe
Jermaine:I know...I am to....let's have another (he smiled deviously and started to kiss on her neck)
Kristina:(giggled) babe no
Jermaine:yes (they played around in the bed)
Kristina:come on J
Jermaine:you know that I'm just playing with you babe
Kristina:yeah I know but you also know that we're going to have to wait awhile
Jermaine: I know...but for right now let's just enjoy our time with our princess
Kristina:yeah. When are you gonna start back touring and stuff?
Jermaine:well Berry didn't want me to start back working so soon because of the baby. So,I'm gonna wait for about a month or two
Kristina:oh well that's great baby...look at her
Jermaine:I don't think that I'd want anything better than this. I have a family that loves me,a very beautiful woman who I adore dearly and love truly and married because of that one good reason and she has now given me a beautiful baby girl which I am going to spoil to death before her grandparents and aunts and uncles do
Kristina:(laughed) you got that right. I bet you that their gonna do the same thing when nippy has hers
Jermaine:you don't even have to bet on that because I already know (they both laughed)
Kristina:but on a serious note...I'm kind of happy that she came early...look at her baby
Jermaine:I know...just wait until she gets older when she starts talking back,wanting to go to parties,and hang out with boys,wanting to dress and look older
Kristina:baby
Jermaine:then she's gonna probably end up marrying that boy
Kristina:Maine
Jermaine:then he's gonna end up breaking her precious little heart which means I'm gonna have to break every got damn precious little bone in his body
Kristina:jermaine
Jermaine:the-huh?
Kristina:(giggled) baby can we just focus on the present day and not the future for right now. Let's just enjoy our baby girl,I mean nothing's wrong with her growing because we can always have another okay
Jermaine:okay...I love you baby
Kristina:I love you too...so much (they shared a passionate kiss)
Jermaine:come on let's get some rest so we can get ready to take our baby girl home tomorrow....woooo!!!!
Kristina:baby your to crazy
Jermaine:but I'm serious (they both laughed and shared another passionate kiss then went to sleep)
