I looked down and clutched my bag tighter in my hands. I looked at Sting and Rouge who had taken care of me for 7 long years, and then back at Natcu and the rest of Fairy Tail, in all honesty, I spent more time as a Saber than a Fairy. I bit my lip and kept thinking it over. "can I have some time?"
I looked up and Natsu smiled and nodded, "take your time, don't worry"
I walked towards Sting and sighed, "I don't know what to do.."
I shook my head when Sting was going to comfort me. I headed towards the train station to go back home to Sabertooth.
~timeskip-back at the guild~
I went into my room and placed my stuff on my bed. I looked at Ryu, "What should I do buddy.."
I played down on my bed and looked at the ceiling and sighed. I heard a knock on my door and saw Rouge. He came in after i said he could come in. He sat next to me on the bed. I looked at him, "I don't know what to do RoRo.." He smiled and pet my head.
"I know that it's hard to choose... don't worry Sting and I will support whichever guild you decide to stay with..." With that he stood up and left. I sat up and looked down.
~Sting's pov~
I saw Rouge walk out of (F/N)'s room. "So?"
He looked at me, "She doesn't know.."
I nodded slowly. I was the new guild leader, and I have a 50% chance of loosing one of the best members of this guild to Fairytail. I sighed and walked past her room towards my office. "I love you, (F/N)" I whispered softly. I smiled sadly and went into my office and sat at my desk, "She loves Natsu, even I can tell that much..." I sighed and let the tears fall, "I'll do it tomorrow, though she might end up hating me for the rest of her life, as long as she ends up happy with him, I have no complaints."
~nightfall: (F/N)'s pov~
I ended up deciding to stay with Sabertooth, only because I couldn't find it in my heart to leave them after all the memories I made with them...
~next day~
Everyone was welcoming Yukino back to the guild. I smiled and joined them and I saw that Sting wasn't with us celebrating. I saw him at the side with a conflicted expression.
"Sting?" I called as I came over to him. He looked up and his eyes went from conflict to coldness. He stood up and walked away. "I wonder what's with him.." I mumbled softly. I shrugged and went to get a drink. I sat at the bar and kept thinking about why was Sting so conflicted earlier. I sighed and drank my lemonade.
I saw that Rouge was talking to Sting and he seemed upset to, he then looked at me and smiled then looked back at Sting.
Sting nodded and went into the hallway that led to his office. Rouge walked up to me, "our new master wants to see you.." he then walked away.
I was confused slightly and went towards his office. I knocked on the door, "Sting?"
"Come in.." was the reply.
I opened the door and went in and sat in one of the provided chairs. Sting had his back towards me so I couldn't see his expression. "(F/N)?" he said with his back to me.
"yeah?" I answered.
He then turned to me, "Leave..." He simply said.
"What?" I asked confused.
He simply rolled his eyes, "I said leave, you are nothing but a burden to the guild with the way you are. You have no reason to stay and besides, the people here were only nice to you because our old guild master liked you for your powers." He said sternly.
"Sting... what are you.." I said.
He then sat down in front of me, "Its very simple, you are a burden, 7 years ago, me and Rouge took pity on you so we took you in with us, you were nothing but a burden this whole time, I mean you nearly killed Lector and Frosh with your powers because you were too weak to know how to control them. You are a danger to us and this town. I want you to pack up and leave this guild before you end up killing someone" he told me.
"A-are you kicking me out of the guild S-sting?" I said softly with my head down.
He huffed, "Are you really that big of an idiot? Leave anything you got from Saber in your room and be gone by nightfall, if not, then I will personally make you leave this guild, understood?"
I clenched my fists and nodded, "yes sir..."
I quickly stood up and went to my room. I wiped my eyes as tears fell down my face. When I entered my room I let the tears drop freely. I got my suitcase and started packing. I saw the amulet with me and Saber. I bit my lip and there it too the ground breaking it. I sniffled and looked for all my other pictures of me in Saber and threw them in a pile and used my magic to cut it all up. I slunk down to my knees and cried into my arms. I quietly continued to pack. It was slowly coming closer to nightfall and I had packed everything and I had erased my guild mark already. I pulled up my suitcase and I went to the main guild hall and everyone fell silent when they saw me, I quickly walked towards the big wooden door. When I was outside I heard loud chatter inside. I turned for one last look and hugged Ryu close to my chest and walked towards the last place I knew as home.
~Sting's pov~
I watched from my window as she left. I placed my hand on the window sill as she left, "good bye (F/N)..." I clenched my fists and went to her now empty room. I saw picture frames were broken and ripped up, pictures of her past 7 years with us. I smiled softly and picked up one of the very first pictures we took together. I crouched down in the mess of broken memories and cried my heart out. Rouge came in and put his hand on my shoulder. I turned and saw he seemed upset, Lector was hugging Frosh as she was crying and Yukino who had found out was also crying. The whole guild was crying over the fact that their most loved family member was going to leave, and will most likely never come back again.
"At lest now she is going to be happy with Natsu-san, right Rouge?" I said as I looked up at him.
He slowly nodded, "we know her better than she knows herself, she was... No, is and always will be a fairy... we were just... we were tigers who kept a beautiful fairy as our own personal prisoner..."
Frosh came up to Rouge, "I want her to stay, why did she leave!!" She cried.
I clenched my fists, "I made her leave Frosh, if you want to hate anyone hate me..."
I stood back up and went to my office. "I sincerely hope that she will be happy with Natsu-san."
I arrived in my office and looked at a picture of me and (F/N) when she finally was able to master her water magic. I picked it up, grabbed a match and burned it, "good bye forever... (F/N) (L/N)..."
I played a song on the Lacrima and sat down in my chair listening to the song, "(F/N), one day... I hope you can forgive me for being selfish.." I let the tears fall freely.
~(F/N)'s pov~
I was at the front gate of Fairytail. I sniffled slightly and opened the door to only see a handful of people inside. I saw Mira was still here and I went up to her, "hello how..." her voice died down as she saw me. "(F/N)?"
I smiled, "is it too late to join Fairytail Mira?"
She smiled and shook her head, "no.. not at all! Welcome back (F/N)!" She smiled as she gave me a Fairytail stamp over where my Saber mark was.
I smiled and looked at her, "can I stay for the night?"
She smiled and told me on the second floor there were some extra room where I could stay. I nodded and went into one of those rooms.
I settled in on the bed and looked out my window.
~Sting's pov~
I looked out my window of my office gazing at the moon and the stars, "are you looking at the same sky? If so, I feel ashamed of looking upon the same thing you are.." He then turned away and started to fill out some paper work.
