Blame it on A Proscriptive Relationship and my sister for such a late upload! I couldn't put down A Proscriptive relationship and when I was done with (most) of my homework on Saturday night and was going upstairs to 'sleep' (more like write) my sister stopped me and said not to leave her alone cause she had to read. Chapter Twenty-Two - Beaches & Fun
There was loud knocking on the locked door as I hurriedly tried to put my bikini top on. "Are you done yet?" I heard Rose's annoyed voice on the other side.
"Yeah, hold on."
"Hurry up!" she yelled and started slapping the door ferociously.
"I'm putting my cover-up on! Jeez, Rose!" I shouted back irritatedly.
When I finished pulling the white cover-up down, I rushed over to the door that Rose was still slapping. When I pried it open, her hand went smack into my face, hitting my nose harshly.
"Ow," I murmured while rubbing my nose.
"Oh my gosh!" she took my face in her hand and started inspecting it, "I didn't mean to! It just sort of happened because I didn't realize when you opened the door and my hand just collided with your face and-"
"It's okay, Rose!" I stopped her ranting. "I'm fine! Why are you so worked up?"
She looked into my eyes with her wild blue ones, "Tonight's the night."
I scrunched my eyebrows together in confusion for a second before realizing what she meant. Tonight is THE night for her! "Oh," I managed to say, not knowing what else to say.
"What if I'm horrible in bed? What if he doesn't like it?" she started questioning in a worried voice.
"Don't worry about it, Rose. If he really loves you, it'll be amazing to him." I smiled at her.
She smiled back and said teasingly, "Since when did you become a sex expert? Has Noah done this?"
"What? No! We've never done anything like...that!" I cried defensively.
"Uh-huh, sure." Rose egged on in a sarcastic voice.
"I won't help you! I'll make sure no one leaves the house! Then everyone will be able to hear your screams!" I exclaimed triumphantly at her.
"No, no, no! Don't do that! I was only kidding!" she said through a panicked voice.
"That's what I thought." I smiled smugly at her.
She narrowed her eyes at me, "Let's just go out to the beach now."
I smirked and led the way outside, where I saw Noah and Alex. Noah was leaning against the glass, sliding door watching me walk towards him with a mischievous smile on his face. One that sent my heart racing.
Alex was laying down on a beach towel farther down the stretch of sand with his eyes closed. Rose ran over to him and straddled him. I rolled my eyes at her playful behavior.
Suspiciously Liam and Emily were no where to be seen. Maybe they were still in their room or something. I smiled at this.
As I walked all the way outside onto the moist sand, I felt warm arms, that instantly send sparks through me, wrap around my bare waist. "Mmm, Cupcake, where are you going?" Noah's soft groan in my ear sent shivers down my spine and made my poor heart beat even faster. I looked to my right to see his handsome face resting on my shoulder, looking in my direction with his eyes closed and a peaceful air to it. I smiled tenderly, loving how sweet he looked.
I rested my arms on his that were still encircled around me. "Nowhere, Loverboy," I murmured and just kept gazing at him. I could stare at his face for the rest of my life and be content with it.
He opened his eyes slowly, and his lips stretching upwards lazily as he stared back. Passionate, his gaze was intensely passionate as it burned into me. From the stirring in my heart and the butterflies in my stomach, I knew my gaze was just as affectionate. His blue eyes were more warm than I had ever seen them be before, like he only looked at me like this.
Someone cleared their throat from in front of us and we broke our eye contact as both of our eyes snapped forward. I felt the pressure lift from my shoulder and his right arm slip from my waist, the smooth skin brushing against mine made goosebumps appear on my stomach.
"So," Alex said, a tad bit uncomfortable, "we were thinking that once Liam and Emily come out we could all play tag!" his voice turned more childish as the sentence started nearing its end.
I grinned at his excitement and agreed, so did Noah. At that moment Emily and Liam came waltzing out the door, hand in hand.
We all gave them confused looks, but I was the first to break out of it. "When did this happen?" I asked them, pointing to their intertwined fingers.
"Uh, last night?" Emily looked apologetic that she hadn't told us yet.
I heard a snort that belonged to Noah from behind me. "What'd you do? Have hot rebound sex?"
I turned around and slapped his naked chest, but let my hand stay there, on top of the smooth contours. "Noah!"
"What?" Noah said defensively, shrugging. I trailed my hand down his naked torso lightly yet lingering, loving the feel of his smooth tan skin under my fingers. I heard him groan quietly and he pulled me into him so that his hot breath was on my ear and he growled quietly in my ear, "I wouldn't do that if I were you, you might regret it later," then he slowly trailed his fingers up my thigh, raising my cover-up slightly, but looking straight ahead the whole time so no one got suspicious and he whispered, "but then again, you might not."
My heart thudded at how true he was being cause if he was going to do anything like at the lake, then I doubt I was going to regret it. I could just feel his lips on my throat, his trailing fingers...
"No! We didn't have 'hot rebound sex.'" Emily said, pulling me out of dirty thoughts.
"But that's probably not too far away either," Liam said smugly from beside her.
"Liam!" Emily hissed at him while lightly kicking his shin, though her cheeks were turning pink.
"I'm just saying the truth!" Liam pointed out, "Maybe even tonight."
I wrinkled my nose. So going to stay outside if there were two couples getting it on inside.
"Don't tell people that!" Emily scolded him.
"I'm just saying so they're not inside."
"Don't worry," I butt in, "Noah and I will be sure to camp out today."
"Why only you and me? Why not Alex and Rose..." Noah trailed off, baffled, but I gave him a meaningful look and he understood why it was just me and him. "Oh."
"Yeah."
"Now can we play tag?" Alex whined from where we was standing.
Before anyone could say anything, I threw my hand in front of me and yelled, "Not it!"
"Not it!" One by one everyone said as quickly as they could, but poor Rose wasn't quick enough.
I stuck my tongue out at her, "Ha, ha! You're it!"
She narrowed her eyes at me, "You better start running before I tag you."
I turned around as quickly as I could and started sprinting the other way, towards the ocean waves. I looked back, seeing Rose running after me with a determined look on her face and that got me scared. I hate being it. I like running away from people instead of running after people. I looked back again and I could see that she was gaining in on me and I frantically pushed myself to run even faster and into the green-blue water until it reached my knees. In a desperate attempt to slow Rose down so I could go hide behind something or someone, like Noah, I kicked my feet farther up when I ran in the cool water. It looked like I was doing butt-kickers, but I succeeded. The splashing water behind me kept hitting Rose in the face and she became slower and I took this as my chance to go run away and hide, whether we were playing hide-and-seek or not.
I ran over to Noah, the light brown sand sticking to my wet feet, and rushed behind him. I held him by the elbows, trying to make sure he didn't move, "Hide me, Loverboy!"
I heard him chuckle but stand in place, but I felt kind of embarrassed since I had just called him Loverboy in front of people. I don't think we've ever used our nicknames for each other in public.
I quickly dismissed the thought seeing as everyone, other than Rose, were too busy laughing and whooping to take any notice. Alex had bent back laughing while Liam was bent forward with Emily's hand resting on his back as she, too, laughed. Noah, on the other hand, tried to stay in place so he could block me but he was still snickering with the others.
Meanwhile, I peaked out from behind Noah's tanned arm to see that Rose had recovered and was sprinting towards us. A startled shriek escaped my lips and I hid behind Noah again, burying my face into his soft back. As I stared at his back, I forgot about Rose temporarily. His skin looked so soft and it was shining the barest bit in the sun. I rubbed cheek against it and I felt him tense a tad. And suddenly, out of nowhere, I had the sudden urge to lick him, to see if he tasted as good as he looked. I turned my head back so that my face was jammed straight into his back, and I licked him. It wasn't a quick swipe either, my tongue slowly traced up the line of depression in the middle of his back. Mmm, definitely tastes as good as he looks. This time he tensed completely and stopped laughing too. His hands reached backward and curled them around my forearms, pressing me closer to his back as he leaned his head back a little and whispered warningly, "Don't do that, I'm warning you."
My heart sped up again at the intensity of his words, but it didn't sound like he hadn't enjoyed it either. It almost sounded like he enjoyed it.
"Jade! I'm gonna get you!" I heard Rose scream, from in front of me somewhere but I couldn't see her since my face was still pressed into Noah's back. Noah let go of my arms and resumed laughing as if nothing had happened.
I looked out from behind my very sexy hiding spot and saw that Rose was standing right in front of us. She was breathing hard and if possible, her ears would've had steam coming out at full force.
I'm dead.

"It looks likes it's time for us to leave now." Noah declared as everyone finished eating the delicious food and Rose, Emily, and I had washed the dishes while the boys had just watched us with little smirks on their faces. I swear they were looking at our butts the whole time.
"Yeah, but tomorrow you guys have to wash the dishes." I grumbled from where I was seated on the high chair, momentarily glancing at Noah before resuming to look out at the dark night. The stars were brighter here, there were no city lights to disturb their glowing.
Rose and Emily agreed and Noah just laughed and said, "Keep telling yourselves that."
Rose crossed her hands over her chest and said stubbornly, "Fine, I guess you guys won't be having any lunch tomorrow afternoon since we're leaving after lunch."
"I can cook." Liam raised his head defiantly.
"What? Cereal." Emily scoffed and Liam's confident smile was replaced with a scowl.
"Fine! We'll do the dishes tomorrow!" Alex exclaimed, "Just promise us you'll cook amazing food for us tomorrow, too."
Rose smirked and walked over to Alex, planting a lingering kiss on his lips and said, "No problem, sweetie."
"And that's our cue to leave!" I said loudly as I got off the high chair I was sitting on and started walking outside. I heard Noah grunt an agreement and soon the sound of soft footsteps were heard behind me.
I walked out into the warm, yet slightly chilly, breeze. I smiled happily as I watched the ocean's lapping waves, the sound comforting. I heard the door close behind me, not a second later, I was engulfed in muscular arms. I leaned back into his chest, loving the feeling he gave me and the way my heart sped up at his touch. He leaned in and his breath tickled my ear as he whispered, "Let's go sit by our tent."
I nodded and he pulled one of his hands away from me, but left one as we started walking to the big green tent. We had set it up earlier with the help of the others.
We sat down right in front of the entrance. I was sitting with my legs criss-crossed while his were on either side of me. He was directly behind me and he, again, wrapped both arms around me and pulled me closer to him, and I scooted back closer to him at the same time. He rested his chin on my shoulder and looked out at the ocean just like I did or at least that's what I thought until I saw his head resting against my left shoulder, and he was looking at me. I turned back and sighed, incredibly cheerful, the peaceful atmosphere added to it and I couldn't help but say, "Don't you think it's absolutely gorgeous?"
"It is." was his reply.
I looked at him and frowned, "You're not even looking at it."
"I sure am." It took me a while to realize that he had meant me when he had agreed to me. A blush found its way onto my cheeks, and when Noah noticed, his serene smile just grew wider.
I looked away from him, feeling embarrassed and looked out at the dark navy blue, almost black waves that reflected the moon's white reflection in it. The sky still held streaks of a dark bluish purple color. The tiny stars that I hadn't seen in so long twinkled far away. I wanted to go to sleep seeing a sky like this every night, where no matter what happened, the night sky would be able to make me feel happy again. Where it'd make me feel like nothing bad could ever happen.
I felt Noah plant a soft, lingering kiss on the crook of my neck which caused me to roll my eyes closed. "You're beautiful, you know that?" he whispered as he turned me around so he could see my face. I complied and he stared straight at me, his eyes taking in every inch of my face, memorizing it. I shied away from his glance, feeling a little self-conscious at his burning gaze. "Look at me, I want to see your breathtaking eyes." he demanded me in a soft, quiet voice, and I looked back at him. He thinks my eyes are breathtaking.
I didn't notice as he inched closer into the tent until we were completely inside. He started leaning back until he hit the the ground and he pulled me with him so that I was lying on top of him.
"Cupcake," he flipped us over so that he was on top and he said huskily in me ear, "I think it's time you get the punishment for teasing me."
"Teasing you?"
"I don't know what else I'd call the things you did earlier today."
I felt my cheeks grow warmer as he pulled back to look in my eyes. His were full of lust...and another emotion I couldn't quite name. It was a strong emotion, almost covering the lust and need in his eyes.
He leaned back in and bit my earlobe pulling it slightly. My eyes closed again as I moaned in a low voice. He went directly to my neck, but unlike last time where he was gentle, he was more passionate this time. He kissed and sucked roughly up my neck and I threw my head back, allowing him accesses my hands fisted in his shirt. I loved it. I loved that he wasn't gentle.
Continuing down the side of my neck, he reached the crook and started sucking hard while I moaned again lustfully. His hands started caressing my thighs, gently working their way up the white cover-up I still had on. They stopped right before my core, and started stroking the skin. I gasped at the sudden need I was feeling like a burning.
His lips, on the other hand, reached the hollow right under my ear and he grazed his teeth against the skin. He touched my jaw with his lips before slowly licking across my jaw.
That's when I realized I wanted some of him, too, so I flipped us over so that I was on top now. He seemed surprised, I could tell from his expression, but at this moment I was driven by need and couldn't care less. I bit into the soft skin at the meeting of his neck and shoulder, not hard enough to break skin but hard enough to leave a mark of my teeth on it. I started nibbling and kissing along his shoulder, living his scent. I pulled at the hem of his shirt and he pulled it off. I pushed myself down and started licking up the defined
contours of his chest. He groaned loudly and I felt it right under my tongue. I could see that he was very excited.
Suddenly he flipped us over so that once again he was on top. His lips were about to touch throat again, but I knew I had to stop him before it turned into something bigger. Something along the lines of what was going on inside the beach house. But just cause I was going to stop him didn't mean I wanted to, cause I REALLY didn't want to.
"Noah." I groaned, "I think that's okay for one night." I pushed him a little and he sighed and laid down beside me. He pulled me against him and I relaxes into him. "Noah?"
"Hmm?" he answered from beside me, sound a smidge sleepy.
"How come this," I said, not sure what else to call it, "always happens?"
"Because I get sexual urges. I guess it's cause I used to be a player."
"Used to be?" I tried to keep my voice from showing the incredulity in it.
"Yeah." he answered causually
"You're not a player anymore?" I was shocked, really shocked. "What caused you to change?"
I heard him shake beside me, and felt his rumbling, "You're really stupid."
