What describes a person
Who has no drive
No passion,
No stamina to be better?
The world calls it depressed,
But I call it broken.
What describes a person
Who has no smile
No self love,
No love in her eyes
The world calls it hatred,
But I just call it broken.
What happens when you
Snatch a blooming flower
You slowly start to kill it,
The glory that was once there
Is no more.
So what happens to a person
Who's been snatched up and used
She starts to die slowly,
Her glory dimming,
Just like the flower.
I feel like that flower,
one that was the prettiest of the bloom,
then picked on repeat by many people,
using My beauty and liveliness for their own,
my life slowly dissipating as I watch the clouds roll by.
I just wish someone would have
stopped and observed what potential
I could have had
instead of plucking me,
for their own bouquet of wonder.
