It was half time now and time for the cheer off.
The West High Nights were first and they did their routine to a ridiculous upbeat song that didn't even any lyrics.
'The West High Knights score is an 8,8 and 8. A very good score!" The announcer yelled.
This was a good score but Veronica knew in her heart that her team was better.
They started doing their routine.

They were done and The West High Knights cheerleaders were shocked. Veronica smirked when she saw their faces.
"And The East High Wildcat score is A 9,9 and 9! The East High Wildcats have one The Cheer Off!" The announcer yelled.
Everybody cheered and celebrated.
"Veronica! Veronica! Veronica!" Everybody cheered.

The second half of the game began.
"And West High pushin' the ball. Fast break. Looking for an open man. Oh, but it's stolen by number 14 heading back the other way!" The announcer said as Troy stole the ball.
"East High has the ball! Time is running down on the clock! Looking for an open man. Fake. Swing to the outside. Ball on the perimeter. Look for a man on the inside. Nice screen. Shot's up! And it's good! A 12-foot jump shot as time expires for the victory! East High has won the championship! Your East High Wildcats are champions! Congratulations, East High!" The announcer yelled.
"Troy! Troy! Troy!" The crowd chanted.
Coach Bolton received the championship trophy.
"Congratulations." The League Man gave Coach Bolton the trophy.
"Thanks." He took the trophy.
Coach Bolton brought the trophy over to the Wildcats and handed the trophy to Troy. The rest of the Wildcats lifted Troy on their shoulders.
"What team?!" Chad shouted
"Wildcats!" The team screamed.
"What team?!"
"Wildcats!"

"Wildcats!" Chad shouted.
"Get your head in the game!" They shouted.
"I'm proud of you, son!" Coach Bolton hugged Troy.
"Aw, thanks, Dad!" Troy hugged back.
Ms. Darbus came from behind.
"Bravo!" Ms. Darbus congratulated Coach Bolton.
"Brava!" Coach Bolton congratulated her.
"Ah!" Ms. Darbus smiled.
Veronica and Troy were standing next to each other. They looked around to see if anyone is looking and hugged for 1 second.
"I saw that!" Gabriella came from behind.
"Ah!" Veronica and Troy screamed.
Gabriella, now in a red dress hugged Tory.
"Congratulations, Wildcats!" She congratulated them
"What about your team?" Troy asked happily.
"We won too!" She told him.
They give Veronica a 'can you go away ' look
"What?" She asked cluelessly.
"Ohhh." She said after a second and left.
Troy moved in to kiss Gabriella, but Chad ruined it.
"Yo! The team voted you the game ball, Captain!" Chad came in between.
"Yeah, thank you. Thanks a lot." Troy kinda upset that his moment got ruined.
Troy walked off. Taylor ran towards Chad and he took her into his arms.
"So... you're going with me to the after-party, right?" Chad asked her.
"Like on a date?" Taylor asked happily.
"Must be your lucky day," Chad smirked.
Taylor went to Gabriella and Veronica.
"Chad just asked me out." She told them.
They share a happy laugh.
As soon as Taylor walked away and Sharpay came over to Gabriella and Veronica.
'Well, congratulations. I guess I'm going to be the understudy for one of you in case you can't make one of the shows, so... break a leg." She told them.
They looked confused.
"In theater that means good luck." Sharpay giggled.
As Sharpay moved on she was confronted by none other than, Zeke.
"Hey, Sharpay. I'm sorry you didn't get the lead, but I think that you're really good. I admire you so much." Zeke told her.
"And why wouldn't you? Now, bye-bye." Sharpay was about to leave.
"Oh, wait. I baked you some cookies." Zeke told her.
"Ew." Sharpay walked off.
"Nice game." Ryan took the cookies.
"Thanks." Zeke walked off.
"Yay, cookies." Veronica hugged Ryan from behind and took the cookies.
"Composer, here's your game ball. You deserve it, playmaker." Troy gave Kelsi the ball.
Kelsi didn't quite know what to do with the ball. Jason came up behind Kelsi and removed her hat, letting her hair down. He guided her hands and together they shoot the ball. Score!
Veronica went to Martha.
"Hey." Veronica greeted her.
"Hi." Martha greeted her.
"So you like dancing?" Veronica asked.
Martha happily nodded.
"How would you like to be on the cheerleading team?" Veronica asked.
Martha suddenly hugged Veronica.
"Woah!" Veronica yelled.
