" HELLO!? The heck, Damon! Asan ka na bang tukmol ka!? Nagsisimula na ang iba nating kaklase na magperform, pero ni anino mo, di ko pa nakikita!? Hurry up! Tayo na ang susunod na kakanta! "
Yan agad ang nasabi ko ng tumawag sa akin ang tukmol na Damon na to. Kanina pa namumuti ang mga mata ko sa kahihintay sa kanya. Kami kaya ang mauuna sa aming lima. Kung bakit ba naman kasi may pabunot-bunot ng number pang nalalaman ang prof naming yun eh! Yan tuloy, pang number 11 na pares kaming magpeperform. Si Damon ba naman ang bumunot, kaya ayun! Minalas at kami pa ang mauuna kina Empress. At minamalas parin kami dahil di pa dumarating ang Damon na yon!
( "malapit na ako my Angel. Na stranded lang talaga ako sa traffic sa may Edsa kanina. Mga 5 minutes at dadating na ako diyan. Wag ka nang magalit,oh? Papangit ka niyan, cge ka." )
Sagot naman nito sa kabilang linya. Wala akong paki sa pangit2x na sinasabi ng tukmol nato! At anong Edsa ang pinagsasabi niya!? Eh hindi naman sa Edsa ang daanan pag galing sa lugar nila ah? Sinong niloloko ng tukmol na to!?
" hoy tukmol ka!? Ako ba ang pinagloloko mo,ha!? Anong Edsa2x ang pinagsasabi mo diyan!? At kailan pa naging daanan ang Edsa pag galing ka ng LEE'S Condominium ha!? E ang lapit-lapit nun dito sa Frost Academy ah? Sampung minuto lang yan Damon kung lalakarin. At 2 minuto kung gagamitin mo yang sasakyan mo. Anak ng! "
Narinig ko naman ang pagtawa nito sa kabilang linya.

Sabi niya kaya naman ay tumingin ako sa kanan and then I saw him. Wearing his playful yet genuine smile. It's still the same smile that he always gave me before. The smile that made my heart beat so fast. The smile which was one of the many things that made me fell inlove with him. And I shook my head of that thought.

While Kendra is called, 'THE WINE GENIUS'. Why? Kahit naman maypagka-isip lukaret yang si Ken ay genius yan pagdating sa mga wines. Minsan nga, siya pa ang gumagawa ng mga binebenta nilang wine. At wag kayo! Her own-made wines are the best-selling wines and most in demand sa lahat ng mga pinakamalalaking restaurants, hotels, and bars in all over the world. And she owns the biggest winery in town! Pero ang pinaka sa lahat ay walang iba kundi ang aming mahal na prinsesa.

At narinig ko ngang tinatawag na kami ng prof namin.

At inakay na ako nitong si Damon papuntang stage ng auditorium. Nakita ko naman sina Empress at mga kaibigan ni Damon sa unahan at mga nakangiting kumakaway at pumapalakpak sa amin. I smiled at them back at ganun din ang ginawa ni Damon. Then the music played...

At nagsimula nang kumanta si Damon.Every girl in the auditorium scream as they heard him sing. I can't help but be mesmerized by his voice. Ganun pa rin. He still has the voice that can make every girl's heart melt.

Yeah. I can still remember it Damon.Who would have thought that we would fall inlove with each other. Ikaw na heartthrob ng campus noon at ako na isang ordinaryong babae lang. but seems like our lovestory wasn't the same as of those in fairytales. Malapit na nga sana tayong mag one year noon.
He looked at my direction and give me his sweetest smile. I can't help but to smile at him back. And I began to sing the next lines.

Isang sigaw ang pumukaw sa diwa ng natutulog na tagapagmana ng mga Fujimoto na nasa may ibabaw ng puno natutulog. Agad niyang idinilat ang kanyang mga mata at tumingin sa ibaba. At dun nga ay nakita niya ang isang babae na panay ang hilot sa paa nito. He was about to jump down when he heard her rant.
" pag minamalas ka nga naman oo! Bakit pa kasi dito ako tumakbo ng habulin ako ng mga froglets na yun, ayan tuloy! Natapilok pa ako sa kakatakbo. Waaaahh! Ang tanga lang eh! huehue!"
At maluluha na ito dahil siguro sa kirot ng kanyang paa. He can't help it but to be amused on her. She's plain simple but still she's beautiful. Yan ang nasa isip ng binata and he felt something in his chest.
'was my heart beating fast?'
Tanong niya sa sarili bago tumalon sa harapan ng babae. Nagulat naman ang huli sa ginawa niya.
" waaaaahhh! Intruder! "
Malakas na sigaw nito. Agad naman niyang tinakpan ang bibig nito bago nagsalita.
"intruder? Me? Hahahahha! Miss, you've got to be kidding me! How can a handsome like me become an intruder?"
And he flashes his sweetest smile on her. The girl suddenly blushed and he find it really cute.
'kawaii'
He thought silently.
Kaya naman ay kinuha na niya ang kanyang kamay na nakatakip sa bibig nito.
" gomenasai!"
Paghingi ng dalaga ng paumanhin. Nag squat siya sa harap nito at tiningnan ang paa nitong medyo namamaga na.
" doushita? Daijabou desu ka? ( what happened? Are you ok?)"
He asks. Umiling lang ang dalaga bago sumagot.
" nandemonai. Watashi wa genki desu. (nothing. I'm fine,thanks.)"
At sa sinabi nito ay ang lalaki naman ang napailing.
" I'll accept your sorry if you'll say your name and let me treat your sprain."
At sa sinabi niya ay agad itong napatingin ng diretso sa kanya. And right at that moment, he couldn't help but fall in the girl infront of her. It's as if he was staring at an angel.
"angel"
He whispered but enough for the girl to hear.
" you know my name?"
Tanong ng dalaga sa kanya. Kaya naman ay napakunot-noo siya.
" huh? I only said, ANGEL. Cause you look like an angel to me"
The girl blushed again that's why he chuckled.
" anataha dare? ( who are you?)"
The girl asked him.
" okay. I'll introduce myself first. I'm Damon. Damon Brent Lee. Anatawa? ( and you?)"
(A/N: Ang totoong pangalan po ni Brent ay DAMON BRENT LEE FUJIMOTO. Kung bakit LEE po ang ginagamit niya na surename,ay malalaman nyo po sa mga susunod pang chapters.. siguro,after 10 or more chapters.. heheheh.. )
She looked at him.
" I'm Yufa. Yufa Angelique Sarmiento. Angel for short."
At sa sinabi niya ay isang malaking ngiti ang ibinigay ni Damon sa kanya. And the next thing he said made her heart beat so fast.
" watashi wa anata no name. it ga anata ni atta suki. ( I like your name. it suits you)"
And right at that time, they both knew that they've fallen inlove with each other.

I couldn't help myself but to stare at her as she continues singing. Damn! Even up to now, her voice always give heat to my heart. Then she looked at me and give me the smile that she always gave to me. I hold her hand and entertwined it with mine as we both sing the chorus.

I wanna bring back those days wherein we think of nothing except just the two of us. Gustong-gusto kong sabihin sa kanya ang tunay na dahilan kung bakit ko siya iniwan ng mga panahon na iyon. But I was afraid that she would just runaway. Ayaw ko siyang mapahamak, kaya naman mas ginusto ko nalang na kamuhian niya ako. If only I can turn back time, to that day where we were so happy. napangiti ako sa sinabi niya. Pinagtitinginan na kami ng mga estudyante sa loob ng campus.Kanina ko pa kasi siya kinukulit na sabihin sa akin kung bakit di niya ako pinapansin simula pa kahapon. At kanina pa rin siya inis na inis sa akin. And seeing her like this makes me think that she like me too. Oo na! I like Angel. Or maybe, more than that. Sa dalawang buwan namin na magkasama, in school or even outside, Sa kanya ko lang naramdaman ang sumaya at ngumiti ng totoo. Pag kasama ko siya, napapakita ko ang mga kahinaan ko at kung sino talaga ako. Yong ako na malayo sa mundong kinalakihan ko.
In the world that I'm in,walang puwang ang pagiging mahina. And being the heir of Fujimoto Clan brings a lot of big responsibilities. I shouldn't be weak. Or show any sign of weakness. If you're weak, then you'll die. And we only have two choices. It's either to FIGHT for us to live or DIE.

Mahabang sabi ko sa kanya. Bigla siyang napahinto sa paglalakad at tumingin sa akin.

Nakita ko ang lungkot sa mga mata niya. I hugged her tight. She stiffened of what I did.
" I don't care about what people will say,Angel. As long as we're together, then the world is ours,alone. Daisuki desu.( I love you)"
At sa sinabi ko ay bigla siyang lumayo sa pagkakayakap ko at puno ng pagkagulat ang kanyang mukha.
" a-ano nga ulit ang s-sinabi mo? I-I am not hallucinating,right?"
She asked me. I smiled at her and hold her hands.
" you are not. And I mean what I say. I love you. Since the day that I saw you."
A single tear fell from her eyes.
" a-akala ko ako lang eh! I thought this day won't come."
Kahit alam ko na ang ibig niyang sabihin ay gusto ko pa ring marinig sa kanya na mahal niya rin ako.
" you mean?"
She smiled at me and nod.
" yes! I love you too, Damon! "
Napasigaw ako dahil sa saya. Mahal rin ako ng babaeng mahal ko!.
"yes! You heard it,people!? The girl that I love ,loved me too! Yeeess!"
I looked at her and kissed her forehead.
" starting today, you will forever be mine, my Angel. And I will never let anyone to harm you nor hurt you, I promise you that"
"and you will always be mine,Damon."

I saw the sadness in his eyes after we sang the chorus part of the song. Those memories of us together could never be replaced by anything. At yon lang ang meron ako ngayon. Ang meron ako na kasama siya.

If only you fought for us that time. I would help you with it. Dahil maging ako man ay ganun ang sitwasyon. Ang papiliin para sa kaligtasan ng taong mahal mo o ang mawala siya ng dahil sa iyo.
Sadya nga sigurong tinadhana tayo. Tinadhana tayo sa ibang paraan. We were destined to live in a world were the only way to escape is through death. And the only way to keep living is to kill.

At biglang tumulo ang mga luha niya. Oo,alam niya ang maaari at pweding mangyari sa pinasukan niya. But he loved Damon so much.at hindi niya kakayanin ang mawala ito sa kanya.
"siya lang ang tanging meron ako. The only thing that I have that I can really call mine,kuya! Pati ba naman ang tanging meron ako ay kukunin nyo pa sa akin? Spare his life. Please.."
Pagmamakaawa niya. Naawa naman ang kuya niya sa sitwasyon niya.but wala itong magagawa. Iyon ang nakasaad na utos ng kanilang ama. Utos na maging ito ay di nakaligtas.
"I'm sorry but I can't. I've been in that situation BEFORE TOO,Yufa. And even if it hurts me so much, I let go of the only girl that I loved. Mas ginusto kong pakawalan siya kaysa makita ko siyang wala ng buhay. It pained me so much. But that's the only way I know to save her from being dead."

I saw a tear fell from her eyes. It's like yesterday repeats itself. The only difference is that this tear is not a tear of happiness but rather, the tear of pain. I wanna hug her right now and tell her everything will be right in time. And that's what I also wanna say to her that day that I decided to leave her, even if what I did also hurts me so much.

Kahit mag-isa lang ay nakayanan naman ni Berserker na talunin ang mga kalaban niya. At ngayon nga ay si Phoenix nalang ang natitirang kalaban niya.

At isang mapaglarong ngiti ang ibinigay nito sa kanya. Sa narinig ay agad na uminit ang ulo ni Berserker at sumugod kay Phoenix.

At isinaksak ang kanyang blade kay Phoenix. Na hindi na naiwasan pa ng huli dahil nga sa bilis na taglay ni Berserker.
Kahit na nahihirapan ay isang ngisi pa ang pinawalan ni Phoenix na ngayon ay sapo ang tiyang nasaksak.

At hindi na naituloy pa nito ang sasabihin ng mabilis itong pinugutan ng ulo ni Berserker. At isang pangako ang binitawan niya sa harap ng wala ng buhay na si Phoenix.
" I will not allow anyone to hurt the girl I love! I'll kill everyone who will hurt her."
" even if it means, losing her forever,Berserker?"
Agad na nilingon ni Berserker ang nagsalita at laking gulat niya ng ang kanyang ama ang nakita niya kasama ang mga galamay nito.
" blood master? "
He said in surprise. Isang blankong tingin lang ang ibinigay nito sa kanya.
" leave that girl. She has already becoming your weakness. And being weak has no place in our world, you know that! "
His father said to him. Bigla ang pagbuo ng mga kamao sa kamay niya. Hindi niya kayang iwan at lumayo sa babaing mahal niya. Ngayon lang siya nakaramdam ng ganito ka sayang pakiramdam pag kapiling niya si Angel. Nagiging tama ang lahat ng mga mali niya pag ito ang kasama niya. She has become her savior who save him from the dark world he is in.
" I love her,dad! And I can't live without her!"
Matigas na turan niya sa ama. Isang suntok ang binigay nito sa kanya na nagpatumba sa kanya.
" oroka! (stupid!) you have no choice but to follow what I say! As the right hand of our Lord empire, we ought to give even our life just to protect them! And you,being the heir of the Fujimoto clan, you are destined to serve the empire! Now chose! leave that girl or she will be gone forever! The choice is yours!"
Saad nito bago umalis sa lugar na iyon. Naiwan namang nagpupuyos sa galit si Berserker. Tama ang ama niya. Wala siyang magagawa... sa ngayon.. at dahil doon ay isang desisyon ang gagawin niya. A decision that changed his whole life.

Isang blankong mukha ni Damon ang dinatnan ni Angel sa may rooftop ng Academy. Hindi niya rin alam kung bakit ito tumawag kanina at pinapapunta siya ng rooftop. Kahit na naguguluhan sa ikinikilos ng kasintahan ay isang matamis na ngiti pa rin ang ibinigay niya rito.
" what's with that look,my Demon? Smile ka na . cge ka, baka ikaw naman ang papangit niyan."
She said trying to make the atmosphere between them lighter. Iba kasi ang pakiramdam niya ngayon. Parang may hindi magandang mangyayari. Tiningnan siya nito at agad na tumalikod sa kanya. Akala niya ay di na ito magsasalita pa but what he said next broke her heart into pieces.
" let's end this,Angel. Let's end this nonsense relationship. I've had enough. And I am over it. I-i don't love you anymore"
Ang sabi nito sa kanya. Mabilis na umagos ang mga luha sa mata niya sa narinig mula dito.at niyakap niya ito ng mahigpit.
" y-you're just kidding,right? Y-You didn't mean what you just said,right? T-Tell me Damon it's not true! T-tell me you're just lying. P-please"
Umiiyak na pagsusumamo ni Angel habang yakap si Damon. Gustong-gusto nang yakapin din ni Damon si Angel ngunit pinipigilan lamang niya ang sarili na gawin iyon dahil baka kapag ginawa niya ay hindi na niya kayang bumitaw pa mula sa babaing pinakamamahal niya. Kaya naman ay pilit niyang tinanggal ang mga braso nitong nakayakap sa kanya at hinarap ito. Kitang-kita niya ang mga luhang walang tigil sa pag-agos mula sa mga nito at sa loob-loob niya ay milyong beses na niyang minumura at sinasaktan ang sarili niya. He gathered all his strength to say the words that he know would really hurt the girl he loved so much.

At mabilis siyang tumalikod dito at lumayo na sa lugar na iyon. Hindi na niya pa liningon si Angel na kanina pa siya tinatawag. Masakit para sa kanya na makita ang tanging babaing pinakamamahal niya na nasasaktan ng dahil sa kanya. Ngunit ito lamang ang paraang naisip niya upang mailayo ito sa kapahamakan. Mas gugustuhin pa niyang mawala ito sa piling niya kesa mawala ito sa kanya ng panghabambuhay.
" I promise, if the day will come that our roads will meet again, I will get you back my angel. And by that time, I will protect you no matter what it takes. Even if it caused my life! Cause right now, my life means nothing without you in it."
He said to himself as tears flowed down his eyes.

At sa narinig ay mas lalo pang naghiyawan ang mga tao sa loob ng auditorium. Sina Klein ay nakangising tumingin sa kanila. Halos maging kulay naman ng kamatis ang mukha ni Angel. Hindi pa pala kasi nai-off ang mikroponong hawak ni Brent kaya naman ay narinig ng mga ito ang sinabi niya.
' and I will gladly wait until such time,Damon.'
Angel silently said to herself...
