Leia's pod spiralled toward the planet of Tatooine. Her mind was spinning and so was the pod, she was steering away from asteroids and space rubble which were borderline impossible to avoid. She managed however.

"Crap crap CRAP!" She hissed as the pod grew in speed, her pod was certainly not a well functioning one.

She eventually broke into the atmosphere which caused her body to rock forward, the seat belt almost choking her.

Flames began to envelope the vehicle and now Leia could see the ground nearing her. The sand was golden and spread across the planet for miles, not a single soul in sight.

And suddenly, all was dark.

"Ouch" the princess groaned as she attempted to sit upright. Her back was certainly not agreeing with her.

Eventually, she managed to sit. She brought her knee to the glass of the pod, breaking the thin it. Her knee was cut open but that was currently the least of her worries. How the hell would she get help from here?

She crawled out of the small vehicle and stood up to observe her surroundings. Sand stretched out for miles and miles and the planet was certainly very warm. In contrast to the glimmering surface, the sky was clear and ever so blue.

She began to move forward and with every step, her body ached a little more but she knew she had to continue no matter what the cost was. She was on a mission and she was certainly not going to give up quite yet.

She walked for what felt like hours, her chest heaving and her ankles swelling. In the distance she managed to spot a small black figure moving along with what looked similar to a horse.

She sped up to a jog towards it.

"HEY HEY! OVER HERE!" She called at the top of her lungs.

The creature didn't acknowledge her so she tried calling it once more, nearing it with every step she made.

"HELLO? PLEASE HELP!" She tried. The small creature turned its head and began making its way towards her and she, it.

Suddenly, she tripped and fell down the side of a sand hill and rolled. She landed at the creatures feet and it only looked down and snickered at her upset form.

She stood up right and frowned.

"I'm Princess Leia Organa and I'm demanding you help me travel to the nearest city," she said confidently. The creature stared at her for a second before dropping to the floor in laughter.

"Why are you laughing at me?! What have I done now?!"

The creature got up and said something in its native language before turning and continuing on whatever journey it had been on.

"No please wait! I have money? Um, I have a small walkie talkie? A few bits and pieces from my pod? A small motor?" She insisted, sounding much more frail.

The creature turned and eyed her with a glint in its eyes. It stood in front of her once more and made a sound. She pulled out all electronics she had on her and the creature looked satisfied.

It grunted at her and gestures for her to follow it.

"Oh thank you!" She cried out before composing herself and getting seated on the motorcycle like vehicle. Interesting, from afar, it looked like an animal.

Soon, they were off and the creature seemed to know where it was going very well.

Eventually, the sun began to set and her eyes grew tired, the creature definitely seemed to agree and hopped off the vehicle to begin preparing a camp for the evening.

"Do I get somewhere to sleep too?" She asked. The creature grunted and pointed to an extra tent in the storage unit. She began setting it up and by the time all was done, darkness had taken over the sky and filled it with beautiful shining stars.

The creature had created a small fire outside both tents. It cackled as small particles flew into the air.

Leia was finally calm and relaxed. Her heart was in high spirits for she had finally found refuge in what seemed to be a never ending tribulation.

She put out the fire and crawled into her tent. She removed her dress revealing a thin body suit underneath, this was certainly much more comfortable than the dress. She loosened her hair and finally lay her head down on the soft surface of the tent. Soon she would be back to work but for now, she was to enjoy the peace.

***

"Ah!"

Leia had been startled awake by the impatient creature.

"Oh alright alright, give me one second." She growled. The creature left and she put on her dress once more. She tied up her hair into two tight rolls on either side of her head as she would normally wear it.

She left the tent quickly and the creature took it apart and stored it once more. She sat on the back of the vehicle and they were off.

The sky on this day was as clear as the previous but the entire planet had become much cooler.

***

Leia saw it. The town coming up over the horizon. They had made it.

She gasped and found tears forming in her eyes. After all the problems and mistakes, she thought she wouldn't survive but now she had found a town. A town filled with humans probably. She had found true refuge.

They were soon entering. All the people glared at the creature but it paid no attention. It grunted at her. She nodded and understood before hopping off.

"Thank you so so much, you have no idea how much this means to me." It continued on its journey leaving her waving.

So, now what. Leia had made it but she had no idea where to go. The sun was lowering and she was definitely beginning to feel the wrath of her almost restless journey.

She walked around, gaining strange looks from the on lookers. She walked up to the most normal looking person she could find; a young girl.

"Is there anyway I can stay the night? I'm very tired and am on a tough journey," she asked.

"Eh... I'm not sure lady. There is a small motel but it's more of a bar if you ask me." The girl responded rubbing her head.

"Yes yes! That's fine, anything will do!" Leia said, relieved.

"It's straight ahead and to the left, look for a sign that says 'The Chalmun's Cantina'"

Leia nodded and thanked the girl before following the girls directions. She found it after around five minutes. The sign on the front was made of old wood that was clearly rotting. She sighed and walked in, knowing not what to expect.

Well. She really didn't expect what she found. Inside was a dark room filled with tables and chairs. In front was a bar. The whole place was filled with strange looking creatures from giant insects to aliens. There was a band playing a song on her right.

She walked up to the bar, squeezing through many people and things.

"What are ya looking for pretty girl," hummed the bar tender.

"A place to stay," she said, slamming down 10 coins on the counter.

"Sold." The bartender smirked.

He placed some keys in her hands and told her where to find her room. As she was looking for the entrances and exits the man was talking about, her eyes landed on a male human sitting on the other side of the bar, his head leaning against the wall. He had brown hair and was wearing a dark brown vest over a white shirt. He smirked at her and winked.

She rolled her eyes before slowly making her way towards her room. Finally, a COMFORTABLE place to stay.
