I was jolted up from a dead sleep by Isaac and Derek leaning over my bed shaking me. I looked around me; panicked. I was... In my room? I shoved both wolves aside and ran out of my bed,
"DAD!" I screamed, "DAD!" I looked all around the apartment until I found my keys and dashed to the door. Only to be stopped by Derek, he grasped both my shoulders in his hands and looked me in the eyes,
"Marcey?! What's wrong?" He demanded, I jerked around in his grip before he brought me into a hug,
"Shhh" he whispered into my hair, I started bawling in his arms and he slid down the door so I was sitting in his lap, Isaac sat across from us; watching us intensely.
I finally started to calm down and my sobs turned to hiccups,
"Marcey" Derek said, turning my face with his hand, "what's wrong?" There was so much worry in his eyes,
"D-dad.... He's... D-d-dead" I choked out, Derek and Isaac look at each other with confused faces,
"How? How and when?" Isaac asked, moving closer to me and placing a hand in my knee,
"What are you talking about!?" I screamed out, "you were there! You were all there!" I jerked away from Derek's lap and stood to my feet,
"W-we all went to my dads house because he wanted to meet Derek... Derek you went outside with him to talk! The kanama killed him right in front of you! Isaac you held me back! How can you not remember?!" My hands were on my head and I was yelling as loud as I could, I started to feel dizzy so I sat down in the couch,
"Shh, Marcey it was just a dream." Derek said, standing to his feet and crossing over to me,
"No it wasn't!" I yelled out, bending over to my head was on my knees, there was a throbbing pain in my head and I felt like I could throw up. Just a dream my ass!
"Babe... It just felt real! It never happened," Derek sat next to me and rubbed my back,
"No! How can you guys say that!" Derek looked to Isaac,
"Call Deaton... Something's wrong with her."

An hour later I was still sitting on the couch shaking, the image of my dad still playing through my head. How can they not believe me?! They were right there! And stupid Derek and Isaac wouldn't even let me go to the hospital to see my dads body! There was a knock on the door and a bald man with tan skin and a lab coat walked in,
"Isaac explained everything on the phone... So I can start working on her right away." Derek nodded and he walked over to me, "hello, I'm Dr. Deaton," I looked at him in realization,
"Your Scott's boss?" I asked and he nodded his head,
"Yes... Now why don't you tell me what happened?" I told him everything that had happened at My dads house and he listened closely.
"And she has puncture wounds from the kanama on her neck" Derek added once I finished, I nodded my head and moved my hair back so Deaton could see.
"Mhmm... And that was the last in counter with the kanama?" I bit my lip... I knew Derek would be mad that I didn't tell him this.
"No..." Derek looked surprised by my answer, "the day after the kanama came to the apartment and warned me that I wasn't on his list but if I tried to get in his way I would be... Then Derek, Erica, Boyd, Isaac and I all tried to follow the kanama after that when Derek had this thing going on with Scott." I could see a bit of anger in Derek's eyes,
"And Derek didn't know about this?" He turned to look at Derek and shook his head. Deaton sighed,
"Well I think I know what's going on here..." I looked to the doctor... Or vet.
"The kanama is putting false memory's into Marcey's head... Trying to make her unstable and distract you all from what he's doing."

Isaac and I were in the car driving, he was taking my to my old home to see my dad. I still didn't believe that my dad was alive... But I guess that expected, or that's what Dr. Deaton said anyway.
Derek didn't come because he felt this wasn't the most appropriate time to tell my dad I was on a relationship. I agreed and Isaac offered to drive me, I didn't really feel like going alone...
"It's funny... Usually it's the other way around... The children are in denial that the parents are dead, not in denial that there alive." I looked to Isaac with a less then amused face,
"Like you would know..." I scoffed, feeling irritated by the whole thing,
"Actually.... I would." My eyes widened in realization and I turned my body to face Isaac,
"Oh my god Isaac.... I'm so sorry! I didn't-"
"No. It's fine. Lets just get to your dads house and get this over with." He whispered the last part and I slumped down in my seat, 'why am I such a bitch?' I though to myself.
We pulled up to my dads house shortly after that, his police cruiser was in the driveway and I didn't even waist time hopping out of the car before Isaac could put it in park.
I ran up the 3 steps to the porch and banged on the door, no one answered for a couple seconds and my heart started hammering, Isaac come to my side and gave me a halfhearted smile, I could tell he was still upset about earlier. Finally the door opened and there stood my dad, he was dressed in his police uniform and I waisted to time pulling him into a hug.
"God dad. I missed you." I muttered, it took his a second to recognize it was me, but when he did he wrapped me in a hug,
"Well this is a nice surprise," me dad chuckled, tears spring to my eyes at hearing his laughter. He noticed my tears and lifted my chin up "why are you crying?" He asked,
"I just... I missed you and... Oh god dad I'm so happy to see you." My dad smiled and looked up, seeing Isaac for the first time, "hello son, you must be Isaac" my dad stuck his hand out and Isaac shook it, "we'll why don't you two come inside? I just made coffee" Isaac and I agreed and followed my dad inside and we all sat around the kitchen table.
Memories of what I thought happened last night, but what was really a dream all came flashing back through my mind, but I tried my hardiest to get rid of them.
"So what have you been up to kiddo? I heard from the sheriff you got yourself a boyfriend." My dad raised his eyebrow in a fatherly way, demanding answers. Isaac smirked at me and I felt a blush creep onto my face, my dad looked between Isaac and I and raised both eyebrows,
"Is it... You two?" I started laughing,
"No dad, Isaac and I are just really good friends."
"Let's keep it that way," my dad muttered before he took a sip of his coffee, Isaac and I weren't meant to hear that, but because of our hearing we could, "so who is it?" My dad asked, setting his mug down. I took a sip of my coffee before looking down at the table,
"Er... Derek." My dad gave me a look as to continue on,
"Derek...? Derek who?" I took another drink of my coffee,
"Hale" I answered, my dad looked between Isaac and I with wide eyes,
"Is she telling the truth?" My dad asked Isaac, Isaac shrugged and nodded
"Yeah...there cute together too" I rolled my eyes at Isaac, that was so something he would say.
"Yeah... And how cute are they in the bedroom?" My dad muttered sarcastically,
"Well I don't really know... And I wouldn't really like to find out" my dad looked at Isaac,
"Isaac!" I snapped, not wanting to get into this conversation with my dad, my heart beat went up and I knew Isaac heard it too by the way he looked at me,
"Have they had sex?" My dad asked Isaac, but looking at me. Isaac shrugged
"I don't know...I don't think so... I would have been told if they did."
"For the love of christ." I muttered, propping my elbows up on the table and putting my head in my hands, my dad smirked.
"I'm just playing with you kid." I rolled my eyes and stood up,
"Well dad thanks for inviting us inside but I know you have work soon and Isaac and I need to clean the apartment." I grabbed Isaac by the collar of his shirt and dragged him out of the house.
We got in the car and I glared out at the street,
"That was embarrassing" I muttered, Isaac sighed a happy sigh and smiled at me,
"I know" and with that he put it in reverse and headed home, a smile on his face the whole time.

Isaac and I walked up the stairs to the apartment, as I went to turn the key I smelt something different
"Do you smell that?" Isaac asked, I nodded my head slowly,
"Yeah..." I quickly turned the key and threw open the door.
I was shocked to find Derek and an older man (about 40) with brownish hair that could almost look dirty blonde in the light sitting and talking on the couch, Isaac growled at the sight and I looked confused as to what was going on.
"Uh...who's this?"I asked,
"A crazy asshole." Isaac said,
"Now, now Isaac" the man said in a calm voice standing to his feet and walking over to us with his hands in the air slightly, "that's no way to treat a guest," he turned to look at me and gave me a dazzling smile, "you must be Derek's mate Marcey, a beautiful name for a beautiful girl," he stuck his hand out for me to take, "I'm Peter, Derek's uncle."
