This is something that I wote two years ago. Its qiute short but its one of my favourites.

Our Emotions
Love can save you,
but it can also kill you
Happiness can feel great,
but it can vanish in a instant
Trust can be helpfull,
But it can blind you also
Your eyes never decieve you,
but can you accept what you see.
Hate can be long - lasting,
but grudges last a life - time
Acceptence makes you kind and open minded,
but can you stand your ground against the unknown
Peace can be calming in situations,
but sometimes it can be fake
Taking chances can win you your dreams,
but can make you lose everything,
and make you feel dead inside too.
