It was a normal day at school, being bullied. What did I expect? I'm a nerd. Yes. I just don't know how to talk to other humans, and things was worse when my parents left me. After that I became so quiet that I'm like air to everyone around me, and I don't mind at all I can't trust anyone.
I'm sitting at the farthest part of class. Like I said I don't like to talk.
Kring! Kring!
As I heard the school bell ring I dashed out the classroom. Alright so I'm not that much as a nerd than you thought, I used to play soccer and known to be the fastest player in the field.
When I got to the front gate I was greeted by my personal maid
"Welcome home dear" she bowed
"Nanny-Chan! I told you to wait inside, someone might see us!" I whispered at her. She giggled
"I just can't wait inside for you dear~" she gave me a quick hug and we went inside together
"You doing ok dear?"
"Hai"
"You look worried...is something bothering you?" She was always so worried. When my parents left me, my uncle and aunt took me in since they have no child and heir to their company. Since I'm their only living relative (not caring about my parents) they adopted me and treated me as their own.
"I'm fine nanny-chan...it's just that...oh! Never mind! Lets just get in already~" I skipped to the house with nanny. As you can see I'm way different here at home. This is the real me.
As soon as I enter my room I quickly opened my laptop to talk to my chat mate in an (insert random website). I don't know what he really looked like since he didn't put his picture on his account but I know what school he's in. His one of my schoolmates, he said that he also he plays soccer like me! Seriously?! He made me this stupid account name called swiftestrabbit! Damn it!!! It was so embarrassing. I never liked this website anyway
Well until I met /nn/. She says we're schoolmates! We were very close...but only through my laptop 'darn...'
"Why can't I change my username?" I asked him

"Whatever..." I shut my laptop and entered my room

Bunny-chan texted me to wait for him on one of the benches under a cherry blossom tree.
I kept on walking then I saw a cherry blossom tree.
"Eh?.../yn/?" I heard a masculine voice behind me
I looked and saw Fey Rune. One of my classmates and my idol. I looked away and blushed
I always admire him since he was really good at soccer
"H-hey there...F-fey" I said shyly
"What are you doing here? Waiting for someone?"
"Well yeah...you?"
"Same here then" he smiled "Hey! Sit here while your waiting" he patted a space hear him. I looked away and sat near him as I was fangirling in my head.
'OMG! OMG! OMG!!!!'
"Strange...she's really taking her time" he mumbled
"Huh?" unconsciously came out my mouth
"What?...oh yeah! I forgot to ask you. Do you know someone named /nn/ at our school?" He asked
"Hm...I never heard that name actually-" I paused all of a sudden
wait...thats my nickname! No /yn/ I'm sure that there's other girls with that name right?...RIGHT?!?! I mentally slapped myself

"I'll just text her then" he pulled out his phone. Then after a few seconds

Oh my goodness...I'm the /nn/ he's looking for. I blushed and didn't notice him

After texting /nn/ on Fey's phone you didn't realize that Fey noticed your phone and he widen his eyes
"/yn/? Your.../nn/?" He asked
"Err...." you looked away blushing
Then Fey chuckled and his phone vibrated

A smile crept on his face
"Well.../yn/ or so I say /nn/" he looked at you
"Its finally nice to meet you" he reached out his hand to you. Of course you hesitated a bit but took it eventually
"Y-your not gonna make fun of me?" You asked sheepishly
"Why would I?" You quickly melted at his smile then took your hand away
"Friends?" He asked
"Y-you know...there are consequences for nerds to hang out with a popular guy like you" you hang your head low
"Nonsense...but if things do go that far, I promise that I'll protect you" he smiled and hugged you
'This is gonna be troublesome...but I'll take my chances' you thought and hugged him back
