Location: hidden
Abilities: can fly without a sound, are taught to not feel pain, usually hired to be assassins (like bounty hunters) can see in the dark. They cut off the ends of their tails and add a blade of their choice when they mature.
Colors: black dark grey dark purple usually really dark colors, rarely a Galaxy Phantomwing is born.
Looks: look above, have four wings, number of horns may vary. Black eyes(like Icewings)
