"Anna, I'm home!" A voice called from downstairs. Louis shook Anna gently, since she had fallen asleep halfway through The Fault In Our Stars, which he was thankful for, because that meant he didn't have to suffer through the tragic ending. "Anna?"
"Annie, babe, I think someone's here," Louis whispered, pushing her hair away from her eyes.
She groaned, opening one eye, and giving Louis a sleepy smile, "Hmm?"
"Someone's here," he said, smiling back.
"Anna, honey?" The voice called again, making Anna shoot right off the bed.
"It's my mom," she urged Louis off the bed also. "Come on, she can't find us like this. Go sit over there." She pointed to her desk chair, giving him a light shove.
"Anna?" Her mom pushed her bedroom door open. "You in here?"
"Uh, yeah," Anna ran a hand through her hair and over her face, not wanting to seem like she had just been sleeping.
"Hey, why didn't you - " her mom stopped when her eyes landed on Louis. "Is this...?"
"Louis," Anna finished for her. "It's Louis. Eric told you he and his friends were coming, right?"
"Yes, he did," Anna's mom smiled. She stepped further into the room and Louis extended his hand for her to shake. "No," she smiled, swatting his hand away lightly and instead pulling him into a hug. "I'm Claire, it is so nice to meet you."
"It's nice to meet you too," Louis smiled. He raised an eyebrow at Anna, who shrugged, equally as confused.
"What were you two up to?" She questioned, pulling away from the hug.
"Just watching a movie," Anna pointed to the TV.
"Okay, that's good, that's good," Claire smiled at the two. "Anna, you don't mind if I borrow Louis here for a bit, do you?"
"Uh, no, why?"
"We just...we need to have a little talk."

So, OFFICIALLY I'm changing this title to Distance (I'll change it when i get a new cover, which is soon) and the sequel will be Disconnected, with Compromise as the third and final book.
This is all subject to change, because I'm vvvvv indecisive.
You should also know that I've NO CLUE when I'll be finished with this story and start the sequel.
