"This is a stupid idea," Daire murmured as she, Scott and Stiles tried to walk through the hospital without getting into trouble.
"You say that about all my ideas," Stiles muttered back.
"Well that's because your ideas as well as questions are stupid" She sassed back.
Stiles stopped and looked at Scott, " You ready?"
What he was referring to was the great idea of sneaking into Lydia Martin's hospital room to check to see if her bite from the now dead crazy ass Alpha has healed like Daire's had.
Scott sighed, "Lead the way."
Stiles nodded with a smirk. The teens sneaked into Lydia's empty hospital room. Stiles slid backwards to the door, placing one hand on the side. They were all on the floor, Daire just hoped that this Stiles approved plan would go smoothly but like all Stiles created plans something was bound to go wrong.
As Stiles began closing the door, it let out a loud creak noise. He cringed and stopped. Daire had covered her ears, still not fully in control of her new supernatural senses. As Stiles pushed it farther and farther, the noise only seemed to get louder. It was like out of a horror film. Scott groaned, practically begging Stiles to hurry up.
The door finally clicked close and Stiles fumbled to lock it before falling down on his ass. Daire, ears now uncovered shot him a glare.
"What?" he whispered.
"What do you think dofus?" Daire snapped.
"Guys are we actually going to do this?" Scott asked.
"Do you want to know that the hell is going on?" Stiles asked.
Daire sighed and walked over to Lydia, "So who wants to do it?"
Both boys looked at Daire, " Oh my Mavis, you two are total wimps, you can fight an Alpha but to open a bandage your-ah hell" she muttered, pulling back the sheet. Daire lifted the gown far enough to get to the bandage and slowly began to peel it back. As she pulled it up, she caught a glimpse of what was under it. "What the hell?"
The boys walked closer in curiosity. Both reacted similarly to Daire.
"It's not completely healed?" Stiles questioned.
On Lydia's stomach was the bite that Peter had inflicted on her less than three days ago.
"Not even close," Daire murmured. " I don't understand. Doctor said she'd be fine."
"But the bites not healing like it did with us," Scott said, "Which means she's not a werewolf..."
Stiles gave him a confused look. "But Peter said either the bite turns you or kills you. And if she's not dying and she's not a werewolf.."
"Then what could she be? What am I?" Daire asked looking down at the strawberry blonde.
The three of them looked at each other, they had no answers.
Guessthey would just have to wait and see on the next full moon.
