Dear Leah,
I went outside today. For the first time in months.
My therapist told me to find ways to make me happier, and he suggested exercise. I chose to go on a short run around the block today, but it felt more like a marathon to me. I didn't realize how out of shape I was until that moment.
Anyways, when I got home, I wanted to take a shower. I was looking for a towel when I saw a stack of envelopes on top of the drawer. I don't know how I never saw them before; I pass by that drawer a million times every day.
I got curious, so I scanned over them and realized they all had something in common.
On each of the envelopes, it was addressed: To Stephen.
It was your handwriting.
I guess I wasn't the only one writing letters while the other was away.
