Underground society {For sale}

A girl, Roxy whose mother is an angel that was banished after falling in love with a human. The mother and father are killed, leaving her and Jamie, her brother to support and look after each other. On her thirteenth birthday, Roxy begins to get signs that she is an angel. The Angels hear about this and want her killed too because her mother was a traitor. Roxy ends up joining a secret underground society of banished angels, Roxy's and her brother are really close and he's protective of her, so he goes with her to the underground society even though he has no sign of being an angel. The underground society are trying to upthrow the current leader of the angels, but the leader is no Angel at all he's a devil in disguise.
