Homemade Oatmeal cookies Recipe 🍪🍪🍪

Ingredients:
•1 cup butter
•1 cup brown sugar
•2 eggs
•1 ½ cup all purpose flour
•1tsp baking soda
•1 tsp cinnamon powder
•1/2 tsp of salt
•3 cups of Quaker oats uncooked. (2 cups powdered, 1 cup rolled oats)
•Raisins (Optional)
•Crushed nuts (Optional)

Procedures:
In a bowl cream together butter and sugar.

Add flour, salt, cinnamon, and soda.
Blend in egg, oatmeal and raisins, you can add chopped nuts as well.
Drop by heaping teaspoons on a flat pan or roll into balls and flatten slightly.

Bake at 175c or 350f for 12 minutes, if you want it a little crisp, bake for 15 minutes. 😊
