Ingredients:

Ground chicken 1/4kg
4-6 cloves garlic minced
1 cup fresh holy basil
1-2 tbsp Thai fish oil
4-6 pcs red chili chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Procedure:
Prepare the pan with half cup of olive oil or canola oil, fry the garlic and chili until garlic is brown.

Add ground chicken and cook until almost done.

Add holy basil then fish sauce until almost dry.

How to make the garlic aioli sauce.

Place directly unsweetened yoghurt in the pan, put one tbsp mayo, add minced garlic and pepper wait to boil.
To serve with rice or pita bread.
