"I knew it! What's wrong with Nick?" I said out loud, seeing the screen as it showed one of the characters looking dazed.
Shawn mumbled something along the lines of what the hell as Nick whispered, "Thank you."
I gasped as he put the gun to his head. "What?! No!"
He pulled the trigger, blood splattering on my favorite character, Glenn. Suddenly, Nick's lifeless body fell onto Glenn.
"NO! FUCK NO! GLENN! BABY PLEASE!" I yelled, tears brimming my eyes as they fell into the mob of walkers. I clutched Shawn, pointing at Glenn as they showed the walkers eating him.
Tears began running down my face easily, "Glenn was my favorite. How could they?!" I said, angry and sad at AMC. Shawn was still shocked, hugging me anyways.
"I'm glad Daryl is alive though." Shawn said, stroking my hair.
"You're not even gonna cry for Glenn? He was there since the first episode, five seasons ago! He'll never call Rick a dumbass again!" I tried to blink back tears.
Yes, it was only a tv show.
Only tv show that just ripped my fucking heart out.
"I'm sure he's not dead, it could just be Nick's body. They can't kill him, he's like one of the main characters."
"Shut up Shawn, you didn't know Glenn like I did— You didn't love him like I did." I gritted.
"Love him? You've never met the man! And he's married?"
"SHIT! What is Maggie gonna say?!" I realized.
"How about the boy who's cuddling you right now? Do you love him?"
"Yeah yeah Shawn, no need to get jealous over a," I choked for a moment, "Dead guy." Even the sentence was painful.
The camera showed Rick trying to contact Glenn, him receiving no answer.
"Fuck the walking dead." I mumbled, snuggling into Shawn's chest.
