It was after a hunt. A demon to be specific. What he had said struck a few nerves. Worthless. Stupid. Unwanted. His words rung in our head as you made the cuts on your wrist. After the pain went away you bandaged yourself up and went to bed.

In the morning you undid your bandages. You haven't cut in a long time. You put on a long sleeve shirt and a pair of long pants.
You went downstairs to the kitchen in the bunker. Sam was probably in bed because the only person you saw in the kitchen. He was making breakfast. "Hey Babe can you get me the salt and pepper out of the cupboard?" Dean asked walking past you to get to the fridge. "Sure." you said. You reached up to get the salt and you didn't notice when your shirt sleeve fell down. Revealing your cuts. Dean looked to you then your arm. His eyes widened as he dropped everything to pull you into a hug. "Don't you ever do this again." he stated, holding your arm carefully. .He looked from your wrist to your eyes, one tear falling down his face.
