"You're such a prude y/n, no guy likes you! You're useless" the most popular girl in school scolded me.
I nodded in agreement. She was right. I sighed sliding down my back on the school wall. People passed me by continuously staring at me. I covered my face and sobbed.
"Why am I living?" I asked myself.
"Because you mean something to someone" I heard a voice hovering above me.
I looked up to meet a pair of eyes with a beautiful boy. He helped me up and smiled.
"Don't worry y/n, someone cares about you" he said.
I shook my head.
"Shawn Mendes right?" I said sniffling.
He nodded and smiled.
"Do you wanna come over later maybe?" He asked.
"Why are you talking to me? I'm a loser"
"I don't think so, I think you're beautiful"
I blushed and smiled a little.
"So do you?" He repeated.
I smiled and shrugged. He smiled walking off. Is this real life? Did someone just ask me to come over to there house? Did someone just call me beautiful? I was so dizzy and confused. I can't believe this, this has to be a trick.

I walked up to Shawn's door knocking a little bit. The door swung open to a lazily dressed Shawn.
"Oh hey y/n" he smiled.
"Hi"
He let me in and sat on the couch looking around the place.
"Do you want something to drink?" He asked.
I shook my head and sighed.
"I would like to know why I'm here though" I said trying to sound strong.
"I like you"
"You w-what?"
He nodded and smiled. He grabbed my hand intertwining our fingers.
"Is this a joke?" I asked rudely.
"W-what no?!" He said worried.
I cocked my eyebrow and sighed. He scooted closer to me.
"I've actually liked you for a while now" he smiled.
"Really? Wow" I chuckled.
"Can I ask you something?" He said nervously.
I nodded and smiled scooting a little closer to him.
"Can I-I kiss you?" He mumbled.
My eyes widened. No ones ever wanted to kiss me, but I wasn't obligated to do it. So I nodded and soon felt his soft pink plump lips on mine. I've never kissed like this. I've never been kissed before. He let go fluttering his eyes.
"I'm so glad I finally had the guts to talk to you" he chuckled.
"Yeah me too"
"I want you to be mine" he said seductively.
I shivered a little at his words.
"But why, I'm useless" I sighed looking at our hands.
He looked at me with kind eyes and sighed.
"When you're with me, you'll always be my number one priority and you will always be loved"
