"Alex... Alexsa... Babe... Baby..."
"What?" I mumbled turning on my side.
"Wake up ma."
"For what?" I sat up, rubbing my eyes.
"Because it's Christmas morning..." Kelly said frowning at me. "And I have a couple things to give you."
I looked up at him. "Didn't I tell you don't get me anything? You don't listen Kelly. I did not want you spending your money on me, I wasn't joking."
"Lil guh, get up and when you finish getting ready come to the living room."
I rolled my eyes and walked to the bathroom, lightly bumping his shoulder. Before I could even take 2 more steps, he grabbed me by my arm and turned me around.
"Alexsa, chill out with the attitude. How you gon' be mad at me on Christmas?"
"Kelly I specifically told you I didn't want or need anything." I pouted.
However, he told me the same thing but I had quite a few surprises for him.
"And that's fine, but you're mine and I'm gonna show you how much I appreciate you. If one of those ways is by spoiling you, then let me do it. It's not a problem, ight?"
"Alright." I sighed, pecking his lips.
He hugged me before walking out and closing the door.
I went into his bathroom, grabbing my toothbrush, pouring some toothpaste on it and started brushing my teeth. After about 3 minutes of doing that, I gargled some mouthwash and washed my face.
I walked back into the room, getting my duffel bag. I grabbed my outfit and shower cap before walking back into the bathroom and taking a shower.
25 minutes later I was out, lotioning my skin and putting on deodorant. I put on some foundation, mascara and lipgloss. I quickly got dressed in a fitted White T-shirt, Blue Red and White Reindeer tights and Blue Uggs. I placed my hair in a high ponytail and sprayed on my "The PinkPrint" perfume.
I grabbed my phone seeing I had 5 messages:

I responded to all of them before walking out and seeing about 20 gifts under the Christmas tree. I knew Kelly was in the kitchen because I smelled the delicious aroma of breakfast.
"Hey papa." I walked up behind him wrapping my arms around his waist.
"Hey beautiful. Give me 5 minutes and then I want you to open up your gifts."
I nodded. "Okie dokie."
I let go of him and quickly ran upstairs. I got 3 small boxes and 6 medium from out of the 2 duffel bags. I quickly ran downstairs and hid them in the back section of the tree as soon as Kelly walked out.
"Whatchu doing back there?" He asked.
"Oh... Umm... An ornament fell so I was just fixing it, sorry."
"Nah, you good. I'm loving the view."
I sat up and mugged him. "Shut up."
He laughed. "Alright, lets hurry up and d this before my pops them get here."
My eyes popped out of my head. "They're coming?"
"Yup, they should be here in about an hour."
I got up and hit the whip before jumping on him.
He was cracking up. "Chill." He patted my butt as a reference to get up.
We both stood and walked over to the tree.
"Pick one." He told me.
I chose the very first one that caught my eye, which was the one at the front with Gold wrapping paper. When I opened it, my jaw dropped.
It was a pair of 6 inch Louboutins. They were all Black with Gold chains which wrapped around the ankles.
I got up and kissed him. "Thank you babe."
He nodded. "Choose another."
I picked out 10 more and opened them.
1. A personalized jersey which read- Miss Oubre
2. Tickets to a New York Giants game and a meet and greet with Odell Beckham Jr.
3. A diamond necklace- ALEXSA
4. A poem he wrote with a Black card in it
5. Beyoncé's new perfume
6. Tickets to August Alsina's tour
7. 27 pairs of Victoria secret underwear and 10 V.S bras
8. An autographed jersey from Stephen Curry
9. Pink iPhone 6s

By the time I finished opening up the gifts I was in tears.
"Thank you so much Kelly." I hugged him as he rocked me back and forth.
He laughed. "What are you crying for?"
"Besides my mom, this is the most anyone has done for me. And to top that off, we've only known each other for 4 months."
He chuckled before kissing me passionately. "It's cool baby girl. You special."
I let go of him and he wiped my tears. "Kelly... What are the keys for?"
"I know you may not be comfortable with moving in yet, so i'll leave that decision up to you, but these keys are for whenever you wanna drop by. I don't need any notice or nothing like that."
More tears fell and I hit his arm, playfully. "Kelly, my makeup is all over the place because of you."
"I'm taking that as you accepting my offer?" He scratched the back of his neck.
"Boy, of course. I'm not gonna move in yet, but I'll definitely take the keys."
He laughed lightly. "Well I'm glad you like your gifts."
Before I could respond, there was a doorbell. I jumped up and ran as fast as I could, unlocking the door, which revealed Ms. Tonya- Kelly's mom. Mr. Kelly Sr.- Kelly's dad. Amber- Kelly's sister. Gared- Kelly's brother. Kareem- Kelly's brother in law. And Kylie- Kelly's niece.
"Hey guys!" I smiled.
"YAAAS!!! MY DAWG IS HERE!!!" Amber yelled walking in and engulfing me in a huge hug.
I laughed and she let go.
"Hey baybeh. You and Kelly are together now?" Ms. Tonya asked.
"You so nosey. If they wanted you to know they would've told you." Mr. Kelly sucked his teeth.
She popped him in the back of his head. "Ain't nobody ask you!"
I chuckled before opening the door wider and they both went inside.
"Hey pretty girl! Hey Reem!" I hugged them and Kylie reached her arms out for me.
I looked at Kareem for the O.k and he passed her to me.
"Hi schunga wugga!!!" I beamed and she smiled with her paci in her mouth then laying her head on my shoulder.
"Gared!! Look how big you've gotten in the last 2 months!!! You got taller, huh?"
He nodded looking up from his phone.
"You look 'bout 16 boy."
He laughed. "Nah, I'm only 11."
"God lee!" I chuckled.
Once everyone was in, I closed and locked the door back.
I heard everyone in the kitchen so I made my way over.
"If i would've known you guys were coming, I would've got you all gifts." I sighed.
"Chile, it's fine!" Ms. Tonya frowned.
"Yeah, you could just mail them." Gared said making us all laugh.
"I just might do that." I ruffled my hands threw his curls.
I swear all New Orleans people got good hair.
"Ya'll could go sit down. I'll bring the food." Kelly told everyone.
"Actually... Can you guys go sit in the living room? Before we eat I want to do something for Kelly." I smiled.
"Ooh, I wanna see this!" Amber walked out the kitchen quickly.
"Of course you do." Kareem mumbled.
"You said something Kareem?" Amber yelled from the living room.
"Nah bae!" He rolled his eyes walking out.
"They a trip." Mr. Kelly laughed and followed grabbing Ms. Tonya's hand.
"You have something for me?" Kelly whispered in my ear.
"Yes I do."
"All that attitude you gave me earlier for doing what i did, and you go and do the same?" He grabbed my butt firmly.
I gasped. "Stop Kelly. I have Kylie in my hand."
He laughed before walking out with me on his tail.
"Alex, babies look good on you." Ms. Tonya smiled.
"You forever instigating sum'. Just chill." Mr. Kelly mugged her.
"You got one more time."
"Nah, but they do though." Amber tilted her head to the side.
"Ya'll better get to work." Kareem smirked.
I knew I was more Red than the lights decorating Kelly's house.
"I have no problem with that." Kelly laughed.
"I'm gonna have a nephew?!" Gared screamed.
"Woah... Woah... Woah... We'll see about that when the time comes. I don't know about all of that." I put my hand up to stop the conversation. "What I do know is is that Kelly should open his gifts."
He shook his head. "Had some nerve sayin' i don't listen... Where are they?"
"Those 8 gifts behind the tree" I shifted Kylie on my waist.
He sighed and stood up.
"Alright first..." He started shaking the gifts.
"You such a big kid. Just open the gifts boy." I laughed.
"O.k, o.k."
The first one he opened was a small box which had an all Gold Rolex.
"Heehee! How you knew?" He laughed.
"I peep everything. Yeen know?" I chuckled and his family broke out into hysterics.
He opened up another small one which had "Madden 16" and "NBA 2K16" with an unlimited membership for PS4 and XBOX1.
"Woah!!! How did you get him an unlimited membership?" Gared jumped up.
"And for both consoles?" Kareem yelled.
"REEM IF YOU'ON SIT DOWN!" Amber said through clenched teeth. He mugged her, but sat down anyway.
"I had to pull a few strings, but..."
"You went out your way for me?" Kelly looked towards me and I nodded.
"My son's whipped." Mr. Kelly teased.
"Leave my child alone. And don't act like I aint have you wrapped around my finger just as much, if not more than he is around hers." Ms. Tonya flipped her hair over her shoulder.
"That was when I was foolish and ain't know no better."
"Boy bye. I can still do as I please with you if I really wanted to." She snapped.
Everyone started cracking up.
Kelly shook his head before opening up the biggest box there was.
"Babe..." He jumped up, bouncing on his toes.
I laughed.
"What is it?" Amber asked.
"She got me a custom made hover board with my name and number on it." He walked over and pecked my lips.
"You got bout 4 more. Go back." I smacked his butt.
"Alexsa, chill out with that gay-"
"Cuss in front of my child if you want to Kelly." Amber warned.
He walked back over and opened up another small box.
"How you got these?" He asked and I just smirked.
They were a pair of "Ball Hog" gloves made by professional basketball trainer Koran Godwin.
"What do those do?" Gared asked.
"They're supposed to make ball handling drills more focused and engaged." I shrugged.
"BRUH..." He fell back on the couch.
Laughing, Kelly opened up a circle shaped box.
"Now before, you think, "I already have plenty of basketballs", this ball isn't your ordinary one you can find at Walmart. It's a 94Fifty ball and it has a sensor installed. Once you connect it to your phone and download the app, it notifies you the measurements of the rotation, arc, shpt release speed, dribbling speed and power."
"Girl you the best gift giver ever. Kareem aint dare get gifts like this for Christmas. Next time around, I'm calling you." Amber giggled.
"Bet." I smiled and moved Kylie to my other hip.
His next gift was a portable massager.
"I know after some games and practices your sore and you may not have the time to get a massage or you may have to fly straight afterwards, so... Yeah."
"Mommy, i know you said not 'till I'm 14, but if all girlfriends give presents like this, I might have to start early." Gared shook his head.
Everybody died.
Kelly moved onto his next gift which consisted of two things.
The first were contacts that were 99% proven to never fall out. The next were dribbling goggles. They prevent you from looking down while you dribble.
"I know you always complain about having to fix your contacts every time you sit down, so these are almost guaranteed to not fall out and then the dribbling goggles are because you always say you need to practice not looking down when handling the ball. They help you stay focused on what's in front of you and not below you."
"Gon' be looking like Amari Stoudemire out there." Kareem chuckled.
I laughed. "Nah, they could only be for practice."
"O.K. Last one..." Kelly sighed and ripped off the wrapping paper surrounding a box about the size of a doorknob.
"Those are keys?" Ms. Tonya asked.
"Nah... it's a rattle for Kylie." Mr. Kelly rolled his eyes.
"LORD GIVE ME STRENGTH!!! I DO NOT WANNA MURK SOMEONE ON YOUR BIRTHDAY!!" She yelled at the ceiling making everybody crack up.
"What are they keys for?" Gared asked.
Kelly pulled them closer to his face, before his jaw dropped.
"You playing?"
"Nope! It's ready for you at the dealership right up the block." I laughed. "All you have to say is "ATOW" to the old White guy and he'll hand it over to you. You don't have to sign paperwork or anything."
"Somebody's working on Christmas day?" Amber asked.
"People will do a lot for a couple dollars." I shrugged.
"I'll be back." Kelly jogged out the door.
"Is he really about to walk to a car dealership?" Kareem laughed,
"No, it's literally a 2 minute walk. It's the first thing you see when you turn out the complex." I informed.
"What type of car is it?" Gared asked.
"You'll see, but in the mean time... What do you want for Christmas, handsome?"
"Whatever is good. I already got a lot today."
"Did you get stuff for your phone?"
"A playstore gift card and 2 sports related cases." He responded
I knew he had the Samsung S6 Edge+ so I had the perfect idea.
"Alright well before you guys go, I'll have something for you, O.k?" I smiled.
He nodded excitedly.
"Girl you don't have to get him anything." Ms. Tonya frowned.
"I know, but I want to."
Before she could protest, you can hear a loud motor come down the street.
"I'm guessing that's him." I chuckled.
"Let's go and see it." Mr. Kelly suggested.
Once outside, everyone had a look of shock on their faces.
"GUUUUURRLLL!" Amber shouted.
"Yooo! You got him a 2015 Maserati Ghibli?!" Kareem added.

I laughed and shook my head. Kelly jumped out the car and ran to me.
Kareem quickly took Kylie from my arms as Kelly picked me up and passionately kissed me. My legs automatically wrapped around his waist and my hands automatically connected with his hair. He bit my bottom ip before pulling away and squeezing my butt.
"So you just went against the grain like that?" He whispered in my ear.
I rolled my eyes. "Do you like it?"
"I love it, but that's not what I asked."
I smirked. "Yes I did."
"I got something for you later then."
I just put my head in his shoulder.
"I wanna test drive it!" Ms. Tonya yelled.
Kelly's neck turned so fast I could've sworn he got whiplash.
"Ain't NOBODY driving my car. N.O.B.O.D.Y. NOOOOOBOOOODYYYYY!"
"Alright, we get it son. Chill." Mr.Kelly frowned.
"Kelly, I'm sorry, but Alexsa's my girlfriend now. So umm... Alex get down and come over here." Gared said seriously.
"Try it and you gon' get hurt lil bro." Kelly told him.
"On second thought..." He walked back in the house.
Everyone laughed at his foolery before following him inside.
********9 hours later (7:00 P.M)********
"God of all gifts, we thank you for the many ways you have blessed us this day. We are grateful each of those who are gathered around this table. We ask you to bless us and our food and to bless those we love who are not with us today. In our gratitude and love, we remember your humble birth into our lives and pray for those who are are without enough to eat. We remember the stable in which you were born and pray for those who have no place to live. We remember your challenging message of caring and giving and we pray for peace in families and nations throughout the world. We bless you and give you thanks in your Spirit who brings our hearts to life the Christmas Day and forever. Amen." Kelly concluded.
"Amen!!" Everyone yelled.
"That was deep." Melissa nodded.
"I'm saying..." Gabby added.
Around 6:00, Gabby, Melissa, Nenê and John arrived after spending the day with their families.
"Well you guys can dish out as much as you want and eat as much as you want." Kelly shrugged before standing behind me as we walked around the table getting food to eat.
There was a mixture of New Orleans styled dishes, island dishes and common everyday dishes. The New Orleans style dishes were a huge bowl of Gumbo, Fish, Seafood, Pork and Chicken Po-boys, Crawfish Étouffée, Jambalaya, Red beans and Rice and Maffulettas. The common dishes were Turkey, Glazed ham, Stew Beef, White rice and baked chicken. The island dishes were Curry Chicken, Jerk fish and Roti. For dessert was Beignets, Chocolate Cake and Banana's Foster. To drink was Apple Cider, Ciroc, Red Wine, Sprite, Coke and Orange Fanta.
I honestly don't know how we were gonna finish all this food, but I for sure was gonna go ham.
10 minutes later, everyone was seated and eating. About halfway through our meals and talking and laughing, Kelly stood up clanking his spoon and glass together.
"I just wanna say something real quick" He began and grabbed my hand pulling me up.
"Alexsa... I know we've only known each other for 4 months. I told you this before but I'll tell you again.. You're it for me.. You're not anything like the other women I dated. You don't care about the money or fame or material things. You'd be down for me even if my name wasn't on the back of jerseys. So.."
He reached in his pocket and took out a Black box which said Jareds. My eyes nearly popped out of my head as I let tears fall for the 3rd time today. I value Kelly and I think I like him a lot... Just about love him, but marriage? We haven't even known each other for half a year.
"Don't panic! I'm not asking you to marry me or anything like that because I know that's what you're thinking.. But this is something close to that..
He opened the case and placed a blinding diamond ring on my finger. I broke down placing my right hand over my mouth.
"This ring is a promise.. This ring will serve as a proof of my love and my promise.. My promise that I will do right by you, no matter what. I know we still have a lot to learn about each other and we have to learn to deal with each other's flaws and personalities, but uh..." He chuckled and shook his head. "I think I may be in love with you. With you. With your attitude. With your reckless mouth. With your stubbornness. With your jealousy. With just about everything. I know this ain't the most affectionate thing in the world, but I'm trying. So please, may you accept this promise ring."

I laughed, wiped my tears and nodded as everyone clapped heavily.
"Yes?" He asked.
"Yes, Kelly. Yes!" I jumped on him and pecked his lips repeatedly before he grabbed me tighter and gave me a panty dropping kiss.
"Yaaas! I got that on video." Amber yelled.
"Same!!" Gabby and Melissa added.
"Send me it." I sniffled.
"Ya'll so cute." Mr. Kelly smiled.
"What y'all kids say now-a-days? Relationship goals!!" Ms. Tonya yelled.
Everyone got quiet and looked at her. "No." We said simutaneoulsly before laughing.
About 10 minutes later we went back to eating and I couldn't stop looking at my ring.
"You like it?" He asked.
"I love it. And about that you think you love me thing... I feel the same." I kissed his cheek.
He turned slightly Red.
"I know you ain't blushing!" John laughed.
"You a female now?" Nenê added.
"Y'all don't do my baby." Ms. Tonya warned and they backed off.
I chuckled at their antics.
Kelly intertwined our fingers before taking out his phone and taking a picture of our hands.
I soon felt my phone- well old phone- vibrate in my pocket and saw an Instagram notification.
