Owen and Amelia are just sitting with Emma while Ian is in Heart surgery.
{Arizona and Alex's POV}
Alex and Arizona are doing the heart surgery.
Alex: "do you honestly know what their going through?"
Arizona: "our focus is not on them it's on saving their baby!"
Alex: "but still, twins born seven weeks early"
Arizona: "their our friends just, let's save their baby their counting on us."
-two hours into the surgery-
Alex: "he's flat lining!"
Arizona: "CRASH CART! Charge to 300! Clear"
They both wait patiently for Ian to get a pause.
Arizona: "okay we got Ian back."
They both continue to work
Alex: what wrong with him that he keeps flat lining?"
Arizona: "I honestly don't know!"
-after he surgery-
After the surgery Arizona walks into the nicu to tell Amelia and Owen news about Ian.
Owen looks up to see Arizona and pats Amelia on the arm to awaken her. They both get up and walk towards Arizona with scared, worried, parent looks on their faces.
Owen: "and?"
Amelia: "please, if you don't have good news don't tell us."
Arizona starts to smile
Arizona: "Ian is going to be just fine! Their were complications but, he's is going to grow up with a big heart."
Amelia: "oh my gosh."
Owen and Amelia hug
Owen: "can we see him?"
Arizona: "yeah Alex should be bringing him in soon."
Alex wheels little baby Ian into the nicu and puts Ian next to his sister Emma.
Amelia and Alex look at them. Owen looks at Emma, and Amelia looks at Ian.
Then they both look at each other with the biggest smiles on their faces
Amelia: "thank you both, for doing everything you possibly can!"
Owen: "yeah we really appreciate it. We now have two happy healthy babies!
Chapter twelve is their wedding!
