Zorah's POV
I'm in Choir working on reading my notes. I have to work with Jamal on this song called Set Fire to The Rain by Adele. Ms. Collins thought it would do justice if I do an Adele song for the Beginning of School Bash(BSB) next week. The BSB has a talent show where you have to sing a song with one to two instruments playing. Jamal is going to be my partner so I'd be comfortable.
“Ok that's a wrap,” said Jamal ending the song.
“How'd I do?” I ask smiling.
“You did great!”
“Really?”
“Yeah!”
“So you ready for next Friday?”
“Totally.”
Bring!!!
I grab my book bag off the floor and wait for Jamal to get his things. We walk out the classroom and walk around campus to my next class. It's been a week and Jamal hasn't found out about Jacob and I. Since I told Jamal I didn't have a boyfriend he's been flirting with me a lot this week. He's been walking me to my classes, volunteering to hold my books, and helping me with homework.. I know he likes me and wants me to be more than a friend but I just met the guy. I don't want to be like them girls who hook up with these boys before getting to know them.
“So I'll see you this afternoon?” asked Jamal as we stopped in front of my writing class.
“Yeah,” I reply smiling.
“Alright then.” He smiles and walks off leaving me in front of the class room.
I walk inside and get prepared for this assignment we have to work on.

“So the answer is three right?” asked Jamal as we work on our math homework.
“Correct,” I say looking down at his paper.
“Good, good. So Zorah I want to ask you something.
“Sure what is it?”
“Do you want to make a YouTube video of you singing?”
“Uh I don't know.”
“Come on. If you can sing in front of me you can sing in front of a video camera.”
I wait a minute before answering him.
“Well I've always wanted to sing for people so sure.”
“Great! Let me get my camera.” He pulls his backpack over to him and takes out this silver video camera.
“How long have you had that in there?” I ask him with a curious face.
“For a while,” he says smiling.
“I feel like you were planning this, this whole entire time.” We share a small laugh.
“Now what song are you going to sing?”
“Diamonds.”
“Oh cool. Now get ready.”
I quickly put my mid-back length hair in a bun and look at him with a go. He holds the camera up and gives me a thumbs up.
“Hi my name is Zorah and I'm singing Diamonds by Rihanna,” I say into the lens. I take quiet deep breath and start to sing.

I look at Jamal with a smile. All he had was a shocked look on his face.
“And cut!” he said with a smile while turning off the camera. He starts clapping. “Just beautiful!”
“Thank you. I'm glad you like my singing,” I say doing a mini bow.
“I'm not talking about your singing. I'm talking bout you.” I blush. Why does he do this to me?
“So is it ok if I put it on my YouTube channel?” he asks.
“Sure,” I say smiling. I go to him and I give him a hug. “Thanks Jamal.”
“No prob. Anything for my future baby.” I back off him and give him my best “excuse me!” face. “I'm just kidding...for now.”
“Oh whatever!” I say rolling my eyes.
“I'll give you a whatever! Come here!” he gets up and looks down at me devilishly.
“What are you thinking?”
“Nothing except this." He tackles me and pins me down to the floor with his knees. He then starts tickling me all over.
“Haha stop! Rape! RAPE!”
“I'm not stopping until you tell me who you love!”
“I love Jesus! Now get off! Haha!”
“That's good but not what I meant! Tell me who you love as a boyfriend!” He moves his hands to my stomach and tickles a lot harder.
“I love Mindless Behavior! Haha! Please stop!”
“Wrong answer! Come on! Who do you love?” He starts to tickle me harder and all I could do was say...
“I love you! I love you!” He gets off me and starts laughing. I knew my face was red..
“Now that's what I wanted to hear,” he says pulling me into his arms on the floor.
“Not funny,” I say giving in to his cuddle as I try to breath.
“Come on I know you want me.” He uses his right hand to motion to his body.
“Maybe I do. Maybe I don't” I smile.
“Will this make up your mind?”
Before I could say a word he leans in and brushes his lips against mine. Then he starts to slowly and passionately kiss my lips. His lips are so soft and smooth. They tasted like cherries and he was turning me on and making me kiss him back. I get on my back and he climbs on top of me and we still start kissing. After about a few minutes we stop kissing. I look into his eyes and he looks into mine.
“What does this make us?” I ask him.
“Anything you want it to be,” he says pecking my lips. We smile at each other. Well so much for getting to know the guy better! Oh well! I know I like this boy a lot now! ;)
Jacob's POV(Late that night)
I'm laying on the bed with my ex. Her name is Star. Yeah she was in the OMG Girlz until Beauty quit and Babydoll got arrested. We're laying on my bed watching YouTube videos on my laptop . I then came across my cousin's video channel. I click on his name JamalOnDatBBall. I click his recent video called (Diamonds Cover).
“Hi my name is Zorah and I'm singing Diamonds by Rihanna,” said the girly voice. At first I wasn't paying attention until I saw her. She looked different from the last time I saw her. Her hair grew a lot longer and her body developed more. She looked hot! But how did Jamal know Zorah? Matter of fact, why the heck is he videoing her?
“Hey isn't that your ex?” asked Star rubbing her finger on my chest.
“Yeah why?”
“Oh nothing.” she clicks pause on the video and looks at me. “I'm glad you broke up with her and took me back. You know I had nothing to do with what happened between her and Babydoll.(A/N by the way she's lying). I'm glad I broke up with Ray for you too. I love you baby.”
“I love you too,” I lie. I can't stand Star because I know she's lying about not being involved; I saw it in her eyes. I knew she didn't like Zorah because she told me. I feel like she told Babydoll some things as well. I do believe Star was going to kill Zorah after Babydoll was going to kill Kimoni. I don't love her like I love Zorah. I want her back, but I believe Jamal is going to take her away from me before I get the chance...
Ohh snap! It seems like Jamal and Zorah got a thing going on. Jacob found out about Zorah meeting Jamal. Will Jacob try and step in if they get together? Will Star get involved if Jacob gets involved? After what happened between Zorah and Jamal right now, what team are you?
